Overall I did like my stay but the bathroom is kind of tight.

Bed was kind of comfy.

I cannot physically check in because I could not get in touch with the property manager. The bathroom is tight and hard to move around.

Even if i was staying in a palace with this kind of communication i wouldn’t stand it.I wont choose this apartment again

It was a quite clean apartment There was a bus stop nearby

If i good rate my communication for both the check in and during my stay i would put -5 /10 The reason behind this is simple Ive asked for a special time to check in, few hours before 17:00as I was meant to and the owner agreed Upon my arrival i was waiting for more than an hour, tried to communicate but nothing has happened At the very end , the owner gave me the password for her keybox with which I managed to enter the apartment Furthermore, during my staying she tried to communicate through my telephone in order to take my passport details but i was in Bosnia and couldn’t answer Ive sent her the details in boooking app but she seemed like she didn’t want to use the app

The room had a kettle inside the room and it was located close to a market and bakery.

The reception of the host because there were no instructions to access the apartment and take a long time to support us during a weekend afternoon. The room is close to the street, so the noise is a bit complicated.

Great place to stay to be able to access the whole dubrovnik

It was very clean and more or less everything was available. The public transport was at a walk of 2 mins.

There is an intermediate agency, completely unnecessary and even annoying sometimes. Even their name and logo resemble to booking.com which might be confusing for some customers.

Perfectly located, spotless apartment with friendly hosts

The room is situated in the best area of the town as far as we were concerned, very close to a great beach (5 mins walk) and a few minutes walk from lots of nice restaurants. We caught the bus into old town from just across the street. The room was spotless and we found the bed comfortable enough. The shower was powerful and free coffee and tea was a nice touch. The host was very helpful and even stored our bags on the day of our flight home. When we came to leave, her mother-in-law treated us to some mint juice, local biscuits and lovely conversation!

A little difficult to find. GPS shows it to be at the bottom of the steep lane but the property is in fact at the top end. Luckily the host, who was great, came out to meet us and was very responsive on email when we were lost.

Really nice staying overnight in a beautiful city for very acceptable price!

It's only a room with bathroom, but very nice and with everything one would need - you can feel a young woman's touch in every detail... Location is really good, the bus stop is only half a minute walk from the room and the bus takes you directly to the entrance of Dubrovnik's old town.

If I may say that the bed was just a bit too soft for my own taste...

Die Unterkunft ist toll. Die Lage ist hervorragend- nur 3 Minuten Fußweg bis zum schönsten Strand in Dubrovnik. Der Strand war nie zu voll, die Aussicht auch top. 1 Minute bis zur nächsten Bushaltestelle, der Bus bringt Sie innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten ins old town. Klara und der andere Besitzer waren beider immer zu Fragen ansprechbar, hat auch kostenlos einmal unsere Handtücher gewechselt, obwohl es in die Kosteb nicht einbezogen war. Die checkout Zeit durften wir netterweise auch um wenige Stunden überziehen. Klara hat immer schnell und freundlich auf meine Nachrichten geantwortet.

De ligging.. openbaar vervoer op wandelafstand.. wel zeer klein maar had niet anders verwacht voor die prijs .. 2 nachten €100 .. kan je ook niet te veel verwachten

Super recomendable

Ubicación perfecta con mucha tranquilidad, en 15 min de bus con la línea 4 o 6 estás en la puerta de pile perfecto! Pequeño pero tiene todo lo necesario para una visita a la ciudad. Recomendable 100%

Bis zur Schlüsselübergabe etwas umständlich: erst Vermittler anrufen, dann erhält man die Nummer des Eigentümers, von dem man den Schlüssel erhält. Vor Ankunft viele Emails des Vermittlers mit dem gleichen Inhalt. Badezimmer etwas klein.
