Lokalizacja to największy atut tego miejsca. W 3 min dojdziecie do plaży, na której wieczorem pięknie prezentuje się zachód słońca, a w ciągu dnia można wypocząć na kamieniach bądź części wybetonowanej z zejściem do wody po drabinkach. Z obiektu w niecałe 5min dojdziecie do przystanku autobusowego do Starego Miasta. Obiekt znajduje się na promenadzie gdzie jest dużo pubów. Nie martwcie się, pokój ma klimatyzację i jest bardzo dobrze wyciszony.

Can’t beat the location. If you’re looking for a convenient base for a few nights in Dubrovnik, this is perfect. Right above the promenade in Lapad. We loved staying in Lapad, chill vibes away from the hot/touristy bustle of the old town. Nice beach nearby and rocks to sunbathe on. Plenty of food options too. Easy to bus into the old town, just down the road. Close to the port, we called a taxi and it was a quick trip. The room was really tidy and more spacious than we anticipated. Nice balcony overlooking the street. Mini fridge to keep drinks cold. Also has a great aircon!

As the place is above the main street, we could hear live music on one of our nights. But this didn’t bother us as it was all finished by 10:30pm- just something to be aware of if you go to sleep early.

Excelente localização, faz tudo a pé com muitos bares e restaurantes.

Other than the fact that the room was nice, very clean, and had a cute balcony, I was very disappointed.

The hot water lasted for a maximum of two minutes and then it would turn freezing cold. When I brought it up to them, the lady came in my room, turned on the sink and said “here the hot water works”, and left. The problem is that the boiler tank is very small and the hot water runs out extremely quickly. In addition, the room is located on a very busy street with lots of restaurants and bars. It is therefore very loud at night and lasts until very late, making it difficult to sleep. Another thing I would like to mention is that there are lots of steps you will need to use to get to the room, which can be very difficult if you have many heavy suitcases or in the case of someone with reduced mobility, which is something they do not mention in the booking. Last but not least, one of the main reasons I chose this place is because they advertise an airport shuttle service. When I asked the lady, she wasn’t too sure about it and just offered to call me a taxi that only takes cash. I later found out that in order to get to the main bus station where the shuttle bus arrives, you need to take another bus, which is a five minute walk away.
