Excellent location and balcony

Villa Ruza was as good as expected. Location was excellent and distance was to the OK beach 200 meters and to closest shops 300 meter. It was nice to follow people from the balcony in a pedestrian street. It had many cafes and restaurants.

You gotta go 40-50 steps to get to the room. I saw that in advance from photos.

Could have been better

Excellent location, with several services and a central bus station nearby. Very clean and well-maintained accommodation. Great transportation support: the airport shuttle/bus arrived on time and was very fast.

Shower heating issue: hot water lasted only about a minute before turning cold, forcing us to take cold showers at night. Slow response from the host: even after reporting the problem halfway through our stay, the solution was delayed and the initial reply from owner was not helpful. Weak and unstable Wi-Fi signal.

Amazing location!

We absolutely loved the location. Lapad is such a great local area. There are many restaurants, the beach is only 200 meters away, a beautiful walking track. We had a small balcony so it was great to spend time there and people watch with a glass of wine. The apartment was cute and tidy.

Our lock wasn't working well. We struggled every time we needed to get back into the apartment.

A cosy apartment in the heart of Lapad.

Literally on the Sunset Beach strip surrounded with restaurants, bars, shops and ticket office for transport. Supermarket and bus stop two minute walk away. Sunset Beach within 4 minutes of walking. Room was comfortable with air conditioning and a balcony looking over the strip. Soap, towels, hair dryer, toilet roll, cutlery, plates and kettle all provided. Host arranged transfer from/to airport which was great.

Would have been great if an iron/ironing board was available/provided.

Lovely stay for not too much money and easy connection with the old centre and beaches nearby

It was really clean and tidy. Additionally, the balcony was a nice extra and had good air conditioning. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the communication with the owner was quick. Booking a taxi through the owner was easy and only 20 euros, which is roughly what an Uber would cost too; however, you are sure you will have someone.

It was a bit hard to find as it did not have great signage. However, you just have to find the Esperanza bar, and the owner will be in there with the room above that bar. The bathroom was alright, nothing to special but clean!

We didn’t get a baby bed or an extra mattress to our 3 year old. So it was quite hard sleeping with a toddler on a queen-sized bed.

Cosy apartment with nice balcony

The location was perfect - loved sitting on the balcony with the afternoon sun on me. It was also good to have access to Netflix for the rainy day.

I would have liked some detergent to clean my dishes, and a sponge.

Great location at a great price. close to the bus stop to get into the Old Town or you’re right next to the beach with some beautiful bars.(they close early about 8 or 9 but that’s maybe because it’s low season I’m not really sure) Room was very comfortable at a great price. No cooker but you get a fridge and plates and a kettle & toaster maker.

Really great place , the location was great the owner she was really nice she gave us a beer one orange juice as welcoming us on the property.

Wi-Fi not so good. It’s a little hard to find the place just using the address as the street is closed for car. Took us while. The best way to find is THE STAIRS next to the restaurant called ESPERANZA. If I knew that would’ve any problem. I would definitely stay agai if I go back to Croatia

Location is great, close to beaches and bars, as well as bus stop for the center, yet at night you get a quiet night's sleep, all noise stops after around 10:30pm. Hosts were super nice and responsive, all discreet but ready to help when needed. A very comfortable room, simple but well thought out and spotless clean, and I would stay there again.

Room in a nice location, many restaurants nearby. The room is comfortable enough.

Really hard to find since there isn't any plate with the name of the hotel/villa. You have to agree a precise time of arrival with Karloti, otherwise you will not be able to identify the house on your own. Payment only in cash. Bed covers were worn out, with stains or marks as if it had been cleaned with bleach. For the money the room costs it is not a big effort to replace these worn out elements...

Sehr schönes, im Romantik style eingerichtet das Zimmer. Sehr bequeme Matratzen. Es wR alles sauber. Die Lage top 👍direkt in der Promenade und doch nicht zu laut. Im Kühlschrank waren 2 dosen kaltes Bier zur Begrüßung 😊

Die eine Türe von der Dusche war kaputt, hat sich aber schließen lassen . Die Kissen waren zu dick, zu hoch.

Un apartamento de ensueño en la perla del Adriático.

En primer lugar, la amabilidad de Mara y su madre… La ubicación es una locura, justo en una de las zonas más bonitas, la Sunset Beach. Y el apartamento está muy chulo, es pequeño aunque suficiente para dos personas y todo muy nuevo. Además, a 5 minutos en Uber de cualquier zona de Dubrovnik.

Arnaque - juste un business attrapé touriste car bien situé

Une véritable arnaque. Transport annoncé comme inclus, mais on m’impose 60 € de supplément la veille, sans aucun scrupule. Cuisine mentionnée dans l’annonce, en réalité : une bouilloire douteuse et un grille-pain crasseux posés dans un coin. Rien de plus. Climatisation inutilisable, faute de piles dans la télécommande. Netflix inaccessible, même leur propre fils n’arrive plus à se connecter. Et ça ne semble inquiéter personne. Terrasse sale, fourmis, poussière… Aucun soin, aucun respect. Côté salle de bain, on frôle le ridicule : deux mini-gels douche, dont un 3-en-1 pour homme. Aucun shampoing, aucun vrai produit de toilette. Une attention proche du néant. Tous les problèmes ont été signalés. Et pourtant : aucun geste, aucune excuse, aucun effort. Même pas un café offert dans leur taverne juste en dessous. On vend du rêve, on livre du mépris. Booking laisse passer ce genre de pratiques, c’est inacceptable.
