Cosy, great location with a lovely view!

The location is great with many plenty of stores and restaurants to choose from. The property is clean and it has a magnificent view from the balcony. It’s also a 5 minutes walk to the bus stop where you can catch a bus (6) into the old city.

Be prepared for hills and steps!

Great stay!

It’s in a quiet residential area, but that’s also very close to a bunch of restaurants, the beach, and the bus to the old town. The owner is lovely and very helpful, the room was spotless, and the decor was very nice (beautiful bathroom!). All rooms have their own terrace where they can sit, which is great. The bed was comfortable, and so were the pillows. And the icing on the cake - the property has cats!

Nothing really. Room number 4 is on the smaller side, especially considering that it had a double bed. It worked great for one person, but it may be a bit tight for two people and two suitcases.

Everything I needed, including cutlery and utensils so I could eat on the terrace. Private terrace very relaxing. Lovely area, near Lapad beach, about an hours walk from the old town but very easy to get Ubers. Lovely, welcoming host.

Stay here if you’re in Dubrovnik!

Everything. Value for money. The premises; super clean room and well decorated, with every single amenity you can think of; the patio is full of plants; private sitting area in front of the room; cozy atmosphere with candles in the evening; location was great (very quiet and with fast access to public bus that gets you into old town in under 10min (line 6)); supermarket, beach and restaurants less than 5min walking distance; the owner lives in the property and she’s super nice and accommodating. I absolutely loved my stay here and highly recommend it!

A Gem in Lapad!

It was welcoming and comfortable. Biserka was incredibly accommodating and it was always nice to stop and chat with her. She also has cute cats! She went above and beyond. The property itself is beautiful, well-kept and just steps away from the beach. The patio areas were lovely. Honestly one of the most pleasant stays I’ve had while traveling. Would absolutely return and recommend to family and friends traveling to Dubrovnik.

Lovely quiet place with a great view

Biserka was wonderful and kindly offered me a room with a lovely view. The area is lovely and quiet but only a few mins walk from the beach.

A more modern TV with ability to connect via wifi would be ideal.

A nice place to enjoy Dubrovnik

Room: It had all I needed and a comfy bed. The terrace is simply amazing. I highly recommend the place. Owner: She was veeery nice. There was a problem in my room (nothing she could predict) and she managed to find me a new place in a few minutes even in the high season (when almost everything is booked). 11 out of 10 for her!

Beautiful, homely space, would definitely return!

Great location, beautifully clean and well equipped space to relax in.

There are quite a number of steps but this was no issue for me, you could get a taxi down in to town or walk up/down the steps each time. This certainly does NOT detract from the lovely property.

A beautiful location and view for a relaxed stay in Dubrovnik!

Best location in Lapad (walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, supermarket and a bus to Old town nearby) and such a beautiful view right from the room!! Had a view of the beach straight from the window and a gorgeous garden. The host Biserka was so considerate and accommodating, would bring things the following morning and was able to easily accommodate extending my stay.

Due to the location be warned there are quite a few mosquitos in the summer! So if you’re mosquito bite prone make sure to buy/bring some repellent.

Beautiful garden with really nice view from the terrace. The host was very friendly and helpful. The location is great if you need to take a break from the old-town-crowd. Couple of minutes to a beach and to a bus stop.

Amazing Holiday /Memories

We really loved the location of this accommodation - we explored all beaches around Dubrovnik but the Sunset beach which is only 3min down the stairs from Flowerhouse Lapad is the best (there is also a way around not using the stairs which was perfect for way up to the accommodation). We spent 8 nights at the apartment and had the best holiday in Dubrovnik. There are supermarkets around, and everything is really a walking distance away. For journeys to Dubrovnik town centre we used Bolt or Uber (approx 10e for ride to centre and 40e to the airport). I would highly recommend for anybody who wants to have a great holiday by the sea. We returned home very happy and rested.

I cannot say anything that I would dislike. The accommodation met my expectations and description. The owner was helpful and ready to answer or resolve any queries.

I can't recommend the Flower House enough! Fantastic location in terms of public transport, shops, bars, restaurants and you are only a two minute walk from the beach. The accommodation has everything you need and the owner, Biserka is so warming and delivers a high level of hospitality. She also has great recommendations! 😊 We will definitely be returning next year.

Great stay with a lovely garden

Perfect stay. Garden was lovely, with a place to rest and a table to eat and drink. Room was rather small, yet very clean, modern and nicely decorated. Nearby within 5 minutes walk there are markets, restaurant, cafees and a beach. The owner was really kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

what an amazing find, a real hidden gem- 100% recommend!

I don’t even know where to start, from the garden to the furnishings , to the the owner and the location- all were superb! nothing was to much trouble for Biskerka, any questions or problems she was willing to help and was on hand with anything I needed. The garden was a welcome place to chill , out of the heat of the sun with a lovely shaded area that had candles everywhere at night. Will definitely look to come back again one day!

Exceptional

It is very clean, green and welcoming. It has a lot of historical statues and artefacts. The owner is a very intellectual lady and provides perfect hospitality to her guests, she cares for them.
