Was a lovely place . The old couple did not speak English. However the couples grandson did by phone. All good

Sugar, spice and everything nice, this place was the sweetest guest house I’ve ever seen! Leo, the grandchild of the owners, is there to greet you and take care of you - especially if you only speak English. I traveled on my own, and as a female, never felt unsafe or not well taken care of. Clean everything, a great kitchen and bathroom and AC for the hot Dubrovnik nights. Very very close to the 6 bus, and easy to get to from an Uber. 10/10 would recommend, especially as it’s away from the chaos of Old Town!

Cozy place! Older couple who are really helpful, and their grandson helps with communication! Location is superb, walking distance to beaches, supermarket, bars and restaurants.

I had a great stay at guest house Vulic. The Owners are a nice older couple - they don’t speak english but should you need anything specific you can talk to their daughter or grandson. Any requests were immediately considered. Location is good as well, bus station and a small supermarket are only 5 minutes away. Would stay here again and can also recommend for female solo travellers :)

Wonderful 1bed property with full amenities .The kitchen is fully equipped to cook. Aircon both in Living room and bed room . Beach towels are provided .They also replenish the regular towels every couple of days .All the toiletries provided . Walk 100 meters and you will find a bus stop with no 6 bus which takes you to old town pile gate .Sunset beach and promenade 5 mins walk away. Fully worth every penny spent on renting this property.The old couple were welcoming and extremely helpful.High recommend this place .

Very good location for Dubrovnik, just a few minutes away from a supermarket and a bus stop that takes you right to the old town. Couple doesnt speak English but are very sweet and overall great stay

We were absolutely delighted with our hosts. They were VERY helpful and extremely friendly. Their place is in a great location, very close to Sunset beach and a ton of restaurants. If you are energetic you can walk to old city. Plus the promenade walk is spectacular. We highly recommend staying here! Thank you so much.

Perfect place for a relaxed vacation. We felt at house and had everything we needed. Sweet host in a beautiful and clean place, close to everything! Definitely raccomended!

The hosts are really sweet old couple that doesn't speak english but welcomes you like its your home. The room was clean, with an AC that works, with a balcony that offered good view of the town and walkable distance to public transportation. They even offer a private parking space (which is very rare in Dubrovnik area). They just did not have any body soap or shampoo in the bathroom so that's the only negative. The rental is operated by a third party (Direct Booker) but they are very good at communication.
