Great Stay!

Marko was a great host. He provided amazing recommendations for around town and kindly upgraded us to a bigger room! The place was in a great location and very comfortable. Could not recommend more highly.

It is more like hostel, with shared kitchen and tiny bathroom. Not very convenient if you have a heavy suitcase as there is many steps up to the room.

Welcoming apartment near restaurants and beach

Marko was very welcoming and happy to give lots of information. He always checks that his guest are comfortable. There is a little kitchenette which is useful for drinks and making breakfast. It is even possible to cook there. I could see the sea from my little balcony. The beach is a 12 minute walk away. I loved a quiet morning swim. There is a lovely restaurant opposite the apartment. The old city of Dubrovnik is easy to reach by a 10 minute bus ride.

Host was very nice and answer messages when needed. Also gives you tips where to go and what to see if you need. Location is good, near to the harbour and not so much steps 😊 Room is clean and there is everything you need for few days stay.

Highly recommended!!

Marko the owner, was great in communicating prior to the arrival. He thoroughly explained and took us through the map of Dubrovnik and had some hidden gem suggestions of restaurants and other must see places. The room was fully equipped in the kitchen with all the basics to cook, make coffee, utensils, pots, cleaning detergents and many more. There’s a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, equipped with AC and TV with streaming Netflix/Disney. Clean towels, wine and soft drinks available for purchase on the property. There are many restaurants in the area, small supermarket and the bus stop is a short walk about 5 mins to get to the old town. Taxi (Uber or bolt) is also quite reasonable for use in the area - we paid 10 EUR max. Highly recommended!!!

Amazing property and exceptional host

Marco is really a great host. He has all the information about what you can do at Dubrovnik, and he will also help you with good places to eat. The rooms are clean and quiet. Given that summers are quite hot, the air conditioning is very good in the rooms. The stay is equipped with Fridge where you can pay and pick any beverage you like. Coffee and tea are free in the kitchen and you have kitchen with all the utensils to cook. WiFi is amazing.

Dubrovnik visit : The best place for a couple

Marko was a super host! He provided all information for reaching the place and find the car park nearby his house. We discovered one building with some Stairs to reach the apartment. Not a big deal if some steps to reach the rooms. Our room was super clean and big enough for 2 people and 2 big suitcases. A small balcony with the view of the white bridge and the see is a plus. A small pantry with a good coffee machine is available. The location of the apartment is very good, nearby the public transport bus #6, restaurant and one hotel (Lapad hotel) where you can have a buffet breakfast before starting your day. Thank you Marko for your hospitality, one gem in Dubrovnik!

Lovely apartment in great location - would recommend!

Lovely apartment with air con and mini fridge. Shared kitchen with free tea and coffee plus use of washing machine, if needed, and complimentary towels and beach towels. Great location - within walking distance of supermarkets, local bus stops, airport shuttle bus stop, bars, restaurants and beaches. Near to a walking/running coastal trail. Marco was a great host with lots of tips and suggestions of places to go and things to do.

Where do I start, the location of the property is perfectly sat as a roof top apartment over the port. The property is essentially a full apartment as you have full use of the kitchen with unlimited access to the coffee machine and cooking facilities, use of the washing machine and dryer is also encouraged by Marko the owner. On check out (11.00) luggage can be left at the property for collection later which is extremely convenient, in my case my next bus was not until 19.00. Marko defines the host with the most, he is hospitable, knowledgeable about the area offering maps, go to restaurants and where the nearest bus stops are. This is an absolute go to accommodation.

Nothing, it is perfect and I cannot wait to return next year, very worth the money considering where it is based and the exceptional facilities available.

Mosern Touristic madness in Dubrovnik

I am impressed how modern world is working in that direction to make everything crazy and super weird! The owner was super nice but the place is not easy to find and unfortunately in front of the building we had a bad luck for night party in the neighbors that was shouting the whole night and made our experience not the best !

Fantastic.highly recommended

The room is Simple and plain yet you have everything you need. Marco was very helpful and kind , we had a small room with a balcony and a wonderful view. The air condition and small fridge was very helpful. There is a common kitchen where you can prepare small meals and make yourself a delicious coffee. You can also make laundry if you need one. Great location nice restaurant , Shelby bar, frappe marina ,and Copacabana beach nearby. The airport shuttle car can be arranged. The bus stop to the old city is 5 min away. All GOOD ! highly recommended. ❗️

Very light in the morning. I would love to have blinds to darken the room in the morning. The curtains weren’t enough. Apart of that lovely.

Pleasant stay in Dubrovnik

Marko was an excellent host, going the extra mile to reserve a free public parking space for us in an otherwise busy area, and being on hand for all our needs. He was attentive and prompt in all his communication with us, and helped us with a lot of useful information about the area and in getting into town and what to see/do. The location is ideal, with easy access to some great views around the area, good food and easy public transport into Dubrovnik. The room itself is rather basic but comfortable, sufficient for our needs.

The kitchen area is very cramped, alright for one person but problematic and frustrating when two people are trying to prepare a meal. The toilet/bathroom area has a rather low ceiling overhang in some places, which is a challenge for tall people like myself.

Loved this property!

The property is right by the yatch club and from the window and balcony you can see a gorgeous bridge and the cruise ships entering and leaving the bay. Marko is a super host and the property has a shared kitchen, loundry machine, self service towels for shower and even for the beach (I loved this). He sent us a list of restaurants close by and the best beaches to go. There is a coffee macho that makes a delicious coffee The bus stop to old town is 5 min walking distance. I higly recommend this property! And I want to come back soon….

Just perfect

We have previously stayed here and the interior of the property is as described and is in a lovely location with local supermarket, restaurants, bars, marina, all in walking distance. If you like walking there is a coastal path walk close by. Our host Marco, is extremely friendly and helpful with ease of check-in and is very knowledgeable of the area with suggestions of places to visit or eat in the old town and surrounding area.

Amazing place to stay within a budget.

The place was in perfect condition, as advertised. Very confortable bed. Small kitchen with everything we needed, including the dishwasher. The washing machine with dryer was a very big plus. The owner gave us a lot of tips about the city, where to park, how to move with the bus, where to eat, where to shop, and things to do around. This was very very helpful.

The location was fantastic - close to bus stop, pedestrian path, restaurants, bakery, convenience store! Marko gave us a great overview of the area and how to best take on Dubrovnik old town.

It’s a great apartment for two people, we also had our 19 year old daughter with us and it was still manageable and comfortable.

Perfect room with generous facilities

The room is very big, has all the necessary ammenities (Washer-drier, kitchenette, beach towels, large bed etc.) and is very close to plenty of markets and restaurants. We only stayed for two nights but it is the perfect accommodation for a couple who wants to spend a few days at the beach. Our host, Marko, was very responsive and offered us a lot of great tips and restaurant suggestions. We highly recommend Orsan Residence!

Great place, for great value. Marko was an amazing host, he gave really valuable tips and helped with navigation around the city. The room was clean, place has kitchen in common area with coffee and tea, and even oven. The place is under renovation so soon will be even cooler I think

Nice place to stay at when in Dubrovnik

Marko is a very nice and helpful host. He is always there to help you out and provides the place with everything you need during your stay in Dubrovnik. The room is very nice, although the bathroom is rather small. We loved the balcony that came with our room. The location is great, a very nice area away from the busy city center. Beach, restaurants, and stores are close to the accommodation. The bus stops pretty close and everything is at a decent walkable distance.

We had some difficulties sleeping since the construction workers across the street made a lot of noise early in the morning. However, this is outside of the host's responsibility and accountability. I fully understand that. Still, it was something we had to get used to.

Amazing host in Dubrovnik

Marko, the host makes the entire worth it just by himself. Upon arrival, he checked me in and spent 15 minutes telling me about the area, giving me local tips for sights, food, and activities. All of that based on what I cared about. He was being nice and I'd recommend the Cosmai Residence to anybody that's looking for a quieter stay in Dubrovnik. It has all the comfort that one could wish for. (Bedding is nice, AC works well, bathroom is nice). There's an unlimited while bean coffee machine one can use, as well as everything to cook/clean. You can also use beach towels to go to local beaches (10 minutes walk from the place)

The hallway where the rooms are is a little loud but that's a small detail.

The residence is in a brilliant location. 5 minutes walk from a main bus stop, 2 seconds from a lovely restaurant and 5 mins from the marina. There's a really good bar at the end of the road too There are several beaches in easy walking distance, each of which has a different vibe The room we had was perfect, well equipped and clean. Facilities to cook and keep your own food, which is an excellent money saver if you're on a budget. The best thing about it was the host, Marko, who couldn't have been more helpful. He gave us plenty of ideas of what to do, where to eat and which beaches were best suited to us. He put us in contact with a car hire company, which saved us money and the pain of choosing which one to use. He really went out of his way to help. Every holiday destination needs a Marko. Stay here, you won't be disappointed!
