In a great location, right next to the Marina with plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets close by. 15 min bus journey from the old town, which was perfect as a lot quieter and better priced than if we stayed in the old town. Facilities were amazing, room was clean and had a stunning view of the marina. There was a fully equipped kitchen with tea/coffee and a drinks fridge at small extra cost per drink.
Marco was extremely welcoming and gave us so many suggestions of where to eat and drink in both Marina and old town. Also excursions with his discount. Would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Dubrovnik :)

We had a wonderful stay at Orsan Residence, everything was great, the host was very welcoming and he spent around half an hour just to explain us the surroundings and gave as really good recomandations. Besides that, there is a shared kitchen with all the facilities, really good coffee, and just outside there is a quite spacious terrace with amazing views of the port. They also provide free facilities like beach towels and sunscreen. Would definitely come back here and recommend it to other people as well. Amazing stay
