Basics were there!

The position was good and parking was available.But ….

You had to go up 71 steps every time we went out or in. A very kind young employee helped us park our car and then took our luggage up for us. But no one to help when we left.

Don’t think I’ll repeat the stay

Good location and clean room

They didn’t have anything to heat food, didn’t give me large towels (just small ones), no blankets (have to use AC to sleep confortably) and also WiFi didn’t work so they say I had to reset the router that was attached on the hallway ceiling, I had to do that, not them ¿?

Great place of getting ferry to or from Dubrovnik

Great location for getting on and off the ferry at Dubrovnik. About 25 minutes to walk to the old city or take the bus, super easy. Daniela was so helpful and friendly, greeted us warmly like old friends. The room has a few extras which make it great for a late arrival off the ferry, ie tea and coffee making, few plates and knives to eat fruit or salad.

Not a problem for us, but those who are less fit it is up 40 stairs.

Lovely stay and exceptional host and hospitality

Such a charming room with a gorgeous view of the harbor. Very walkable to nearest bus station and local bus stop.

There are 72 steps up off of the street to gain entry. Not fun with heavy luggage 😞

Ideal for one night

*The location was the main reason that we chose the room. It is ideal for the ferry and the bus station. *It is also convenient for local restaurants/eateries and bars. * Note. the accommodation can only be reached by steep steps. This was fine for us but would not suit some visitors.

Beautiful new rooms and it was an ideal location for me, as I needed an apartment next to the bus station. Thanks so much to Dina/the staff. They were so helpful to me when I had a problem not bringing my correct phone charger.

Great hotel for Dubrovnik port

It was a great location for coming off the ferry from Italy. Gave me time to get acclimated with port, bus, boat tours and old city.

The weather, no control over that. All rain day....boat tour canceled.

The lady who works there is super nice and very accommodating.

I stayed at this accommodation for one night before heading back to Australia. It's far from the old town, but I just wanted to be close to the bus stop to go to the airport easily. If you want to explore old town, it's probably not the best location to stay.

The accommodation is quite modern. There's a shared outdoor area too.

It was cheap to rent but not that comfortable.

The balcony area was relaxing with a lovely view.

There were 94 steps to go up to reach our room with no assistance from staff. The sofa bed slots kept falling apart and the mattress so thin & hard it was like sleeping on the floor.

At Port Guuz beside Bus - Great Restaurants nearby

The host was very friendly and kind. The host went over and above to meet the guest needs - leaving luggage. The location was ideal for as it was near the bus station. Lots of great eating places and shops in the area. Very good for walking at evening. Tea facilities in room. Good WiFi.

A quick stay before our flight home.

Close to ferry

Was ok as we only stayed one night, needed a deep clean. Stairs to reach property were a bit much for the grandparents with suitcases.

The property was immaculately clean and it was in a great location! The host was so sweet! She was very responsive (I had so many questions) and she had her son carry our suitcases up the stairs when we arrived. The apartment was adorable! I will definitely stay here again.

We chose Villa Naida because of It’s close proximity to the ferry terminal. Also, it was only a short walk to a nearby supermarket and bakery. The room itself was spacious and comfortable.

Spectacular apartment with stunning views. Loved every minute there. Everything we needed was provided, Dina made us feel at home & was so friendly! There's a lot of steps to get up to the rooms but one of their staff met us and carried our luggage up. It's just a few km from the old town so ideally located at an affordable price compared to nearer the old town.

That we didn't stay ?

If possible, ask the owner for the video of how to get the apartment. Before you book. We received it after the payment was taken (surprise) the day before we boarded the ferry to Dubrovnik. Because it is a long way to & from your vehicle. Opposite the terminal. See info photos also sent by owner. Especially if you're in your 70's. and then 60 stairs up & down.

Gorgeous, nice location!

Dina was lovely! Very kind, welcoming lady. She organised a guy to carry our luggage to the top of the steps to the property. Room was clean, bathroom space nice. Gorgeous view from the balcony of the cruises docked.

The steps! But that’s the same everywhere you go in Dubrovnik/Croatia. Sheets came off the bed quite a bit. Shower door crashing into the toilet and the tap hitting off the sink. These are just little things picked up on, as I am a frequent traveller, but overall doesn’t take away from the hosts lovely manner.

Dina reached out by WhatsApp the day before our one night stay. She provided excellent instructions for the short walk from the main bus terminal to her hotel. Everything worked out smoothly.

Be prepared for a vigorous climb up many stairs to take your luggage up to the hotel. Once there ... magnificent views down over the Gruz harbour from the spacious patio!

Great Stay — Clean, Cozy, and Convenient

We really had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was exactly as described — clean and very comfortable. The bed was cozy and the Wi-Fi was good. The location was absolutely perfect. It was close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. We had a breathtaking sunset view from our room. Dina, our host, is such a super friendly person and very responsive to every questions we had and she made sure that we would not get lost in finding the location. Checking-in and out were super easy. We’d definitely stay here again and gladly recommend this place to stay.

The hosts were helpful and had great communication, even before we arrived. The apartment was spacious and clean. Close to the bus station to get into the old town. Parking was Included which was a bonus.
