Nightmare

Nothing

First of all they downgraded us. For the first time ever a hotel DOWNGRADED us with no notice. They did not pay us the difference in money for the shoe box they gave us. The breakfast was disgusting. There is no room service despite their menu saying 24/7 no one could even bring a bottle of water. The mini bar non existent completely empty. This was a shoe box they probably never use and booking did nothing about refunding us. They said months ago they will refund yet stopped replying to the messages. I will never use booking again. Stay away from this hotel. It is awful beyond belief

Great value

The room was comfortable and the balcony with the sea-side view made the stay feel calm and refreshing. Great location, and bus number "6" takes you to old city. The breakfast was fairly good, generous and varied, which added a pleasant start to the morning.

The hotel was quiet, comfortable, and had a delicious breakfast buffet.

It was incredibly quiet, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and well-equipped. Breakfast was delicious and included a wide variety of options in a buffet style. We parked on site and used Uber to the old city. Don’t drive.

Staff was very helpful and charming. Location was perfect on the sea; short bus ride to Old Town and easy uber to Cavtat that was lovely.

Everything you need for a stay in Dubrovnik

The pool and outside space is really lovely. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had a small balcony that was nice to sit out on in the evening. The breakfast was excellent, omelettes made to order, really good selection. Really liked the location, there was a choice of restaurants in the area while also only a short Uber ride to the old town

All good, Room, Breakfast, Staff, Locaiton excellent - would recommend this hotel to anybody looking for a stay in Lapad area of Croatia.

only a couple of things, the TV needs to be more modern, I know people don't go on holiday to watch TV, but a smart TV with Youtube, Netflix etc or the facility to add a firestick. Also the bottles for the shampoo and shower gel are no good, takes forever just to get enough out to wash yourself.

Our stay would have been a lot more enjoyable if it was not for the subpar staff demeanor.

The property is very nice and clean. If you are not looking for a hotel on the beach, the location is convenient by the marina and there are numerous good restaurants and bars around.

The staff was not as friendly and pleasant as you would expect in a 4-star hotel and in particular the front desk and the breakfast waiters. The cigarette smoke smell in the lobby and interior bar areas was very annoying, and we could not enjoy sitting in the interior bar area and have a drink.

Magnificent place!!!

The place nice and clean. The room is big high ceiling. The pool very nice including the live performance at night. There’s plenty of choices of food. Staffs are good and polite

It was clean, well appointed with lovely, helpful staff. The breakfast was amazing with a HUGE selection of food. Something for everybody. The location was great too, with easy access to old town and the marina.

Good breakfast and lunch choices. Didn't have dinner there. Pool lovely but cold. Interconnecting rooms good but small and the balcony was on the children's side. Fantastic location for everything.

Hotel Lapad exceeded all our expectations, great location, fantastic breakfasts, the room had very good air conditioning. Staff were always happy to help. There was entertainment in the evening with a different band playing each evening by the poolside. Fantastic

Try and avoid using local taxi companies due to being ripped off. . If you have to 1. Make sure they put the meter on 2 . Get an approximate price if you can 3. Use Uber or get bus Not the hotels fault at all as they not connected

Pleasant stay

Pleasant staff, lovely breakfast Lovely restaurants and pubs from the hotel -10 min walk away and really reasonable.. Dubrovnik is really beautiful, but pricey.. Uber is really reasonably priced....

We had an evening flight on our return, and we were able to spend the day by the pool, but there was no access to a shower. You can use the pool shower, but you can't wash hair or use body wash!

Not worth it.

The superior double room and pool are nice.

The standard double room is absolutely not worth the money. It’s dark and small. I upgraded for €20 a night but the room I was given had mould and faulty lights, improperly fitted door handles, old freying towels and public hair in the bathroom. The light switch is impossible to understand also. On my last night I was given a superior double room. This is the room I expected for my whole stay. The location is boring and you need to get Uber’s everywhere. The staff were hit and miss, some were nice but others not. I would not stay here again

Superb Stay and wonderful staff

The hotel stay was excellent.Despite our little stay, the personnel gave it their all from the time of check-in till the time of check-out.The restaurant served excellent food, and because we left early, breakfast boxes were provided at the reception.
