Very clean room conveniently situated for bus station. Great base if you’re happy to walk

Walking distance (approx 1.5km ) from main bus station so easy to travel beyond Dubrovnik. Quiet neighbourhood with excellent bakery 100m away and 2 supermarkets very close. Very clean and shared kitchen adequately equipped. Good communication with host.

WiFi a bit slow at times and musty smell from bathroom drain but otherwise a good base to explore Dubrovnik and surrounding area. Be warned that,like most of the city, access is by stairs in all directions.

Absolutely amazing stay! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the harbour, main bus stations, and nearby supermarkets. The place was spotless and very well-maintained. Everything worked perfectly, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly throughout. I would absolutely love to come back!

Excellent option outside but near the Old Town!

Property was in a nice area about a 3 minute walk to the bus stop. If you prefer walking its about a 25 minute walk to the old town, 40 minutes to Banje beach. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. AC worked fantastically. I had everything I needed I including a nice balcony. Valerjia was amazing. Communicated with me before, during and after my stay, very friendly and hospitable. .

All was good! Other reviews have commented that getting to the property is a steep climb. Yes, it is uphill, but it's not a difficult walk. Might be a little rough with baggage but even then it's manageable. I wouldn't let it put you off from booking here.

Comfortable, clean and perfect for a short stay.

Lovely clean facilities. My particular room was great for a short stay, solo traveller. Plenty of food options within walking distance and a supermarket right next door which is handy.

Location wise it is far from things like the old city, but fine if you’re willing to walk 30min!

Superb

Convenient for Dubrovnik main ferry port in Gruz and local buses into the Old City with supermarkets, bakery and hyperbaric all easily reached on foot. Valerija is lovely, and helpful if you need her.

It would have been nice if the windows had shutters or a curtain that reduced that amount of light overnight and early morning

Nice location, good facilities near the old town and Lapad

Nice location, near the old town and Lapad can be reached on foot. Nice courtyard to rest during the day and hung clothes outside. Very close to bus stop for old town.

The hairdryer was attached to the bathroom and its operation didn't last long so if you are a woman with long hair that is an issue. Also, noise from inside or outside the house can be heard at all times.

Clean room with shared fridge

For people who don't drive, note that the location of this place is neither terrible nor convenient. To the central bus station it takes about 20 min by walk. To the old town it takes about half hour by walk. There is also a bus number 8 to the old town. But this bus comes every half hour on weekdays. Other than the location, it's a bit noisy as well, with the noise of the cars passing by on the street and the noise from other guests too

The appartment es very confortable, the personal is very nice, the room and the kitchen are confontable, clean and well equipement. Valerija is very nice and she answer inmediatly at any question or problem that you have. I will return!

Small studio nearby Old Town with decent pricing

Visited for an extended weekend. valerija was really accomodating. She helped with early checkin , extra bedding. Also there was a problem woth washroom and she fixed it. Location and facilities were great for the price.

Excellent value, close enough to Old Town that you can go easily walking and leave your car at the private parking. With up to four car slots, it is very convenient. The facilities are very clean and the information and communication from the host were excellent as well, really helpful.

Very good

Very clean and tidy, looking at an orchard. The bathroom did not air properly, so the smell of humidity, mould was distinct. Very good value for money though.

Confortable room and bed. Nice balcony

The staff was not helpful. Only communicated by message, but in a rude way. We needed a parking slot for the car, and even though it mentions in booking there are parking slots, we didnt have one available and had to find parking elsewhere. Bathroom had a strange sewers smell

Nice, modern rooms. Nice bathroom, good air conditioning. Location about 30 minutes walk to the old town. A big advantage is the parking space, which is locked at night. Overall, I recommend it!

Very nice and comfy apartment

The apartment was clean and fully equipped (I was only missing bottle opener). Day before checkin I recieved detailed instruction from the owner so I had no problem to find it and check-in myself. Location is good, the neighborhood is quite during the night. About 25-30 minutes walk from the old town. Or few minutes by bus.

VERY CLEAN & COMFORTABLE ACCOMMODATION

The room was fantastic in a very convenient and quiet area. It was too clean and it had a courtyard with trees where we preferred to stay late at night. The owner mrs Jelena was very kind and we especially loved her elderly mother who was so cute and helpful!!!!! Near the accommodation there was a super market, pizzeria and bakery. We highly recommend it and definitely when we go again to Dubrovnik (the city is marvellous) surely we will prefer it.
