Staff were extremely friendly and kind. Spotless clean throughout. Kitchen was so well equipped with everything you should need. Room and the balcony area was beautiful , me and my daughter traveled alone and felt completely safe. The man who checked us in ( sorry I forgot to ask his name) was so lovely and have us some valuable information about the area and where to eat etc. We loved the tortoise 🐢
It was about 15 min walk downhill to old town, hard going back up but ubers are cheap around 9 euros.

Good place for a couple of nights stay with a nice view. Facilities and room was clean. Staff were not rude but okay.
Location was little inside so vehicle is recommended.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly.
The fact that it was up quite high up. Okay to walk down but not to walk back up. Lots of steps. It took a half hour to walk to the old city. Plenty of Ubers though.

The view from the balcony was nice. The overall place was clean. The bathroom looked brand new. Mateo did a nice job explaining the city to us.
I paid a little extra and really thought we were getting the place with the hot tub on the balcony. We were on the top floor with a nice view, but no hot tub. There was no table and chairs inside, so when it rained, no where to sit and have a drink and a snack. The coffee maker was not in the room with us, it was like 5 flights down in the reception area. Lastly, while the unit was clean, there were two large yellowish stains on the duvet.
