- bed was very comfortable
- views from the balcony were amazing - the swing chairs were super comfortable
- good quality shower
- staff were responsive via message but there is not someone on site at all times
- electric went out three times
- wifi was weak (fine for us but if you needed to work etc it wouldn’t be the most reliable)
- location is further out of old town and of great elevation (again we knew this when booking but just something to keep in mind - hard going in the heat)

The view from the balcony was nice. The overall place was clean. The bathroom looked brand new. Mateo did a nice job explaining the city to us.
I paid a little extra and really thought we were getting the place with the hot tub on the balcony. We were on the top floor with a nice view, but no hot tub. There was no table and chairs inside, so when it rained, no where to sit and have a drink and a snack. The coffee maker was not in the room with us, it was like 5 flights down in the reception area. Lastly, while the unit was clean, there were two large yellowish stains on the duvet.
