Nice quiet, clean location close to the old city

Don’t stay here

It’s not far from old city, around 15-20minutes.

This place is in very bad condition. During our stay, there was a lot of flies, mosquitoes and ants in the room. The ants had a party station in a corner and we also found a few ants on the bed. Of course flies can fly in, but there were around 10 flies just in the shower. Also old marks from dead flies on the walls. There was a very bad smell coming from the bathroom, we tried running the water for a while but didn’t help. The mattress and pillow is in poor condition, felt like seeping on four lumps. We reached out to the owner, explaining, but just got the answer “ants come after rain”. However I still don’t think it’s ok to have ants in the room and bed just because it has been raining.. The check in was also a bit annoying, a lot of information and text, felt like it would be enough to just send us a code for the key box. Would not recommend this place, it’s better to pay a bit more and get a good bed during your stay in Dubrovnik. You don’t want this poor room to ruin your vaccination.

Good value for money location in Dubrovnik

The balcony had a beautiful view to the sunset, the bed was very comfortable. Location was good, walkable to the city and good access to bus

AC was not super efficient with the heat, took time to get the whole room cooled down. Bathroom door always closing and getting too hot. Check in was not super smooth as cleaners were still there when we arrived.

Clean and cozy

Clean and cozy. You have everything you need for a short stay in Dubrovnik. Great beach 10 min walking distance. The old town is 10-15 min walking distance.

The street to the house is quite tight, if you are not a good driver I wouldn't recommend going there with a car.

Great apartment

The location is excellent, only 10 min away walking from the old town. The apartment is in a very quiet area and with a beautiful view. The room is spacious and has a balcony, a big closet and fridge. There is also good parking space and the instructions for self check in are clear.

You get charged a high cleaning fee, but the shower has a lot of mold. It is a shame because the bathroom is beautiful, but the lack of maintenance decreases its value. This mold can be removed If the bathroom is cleaned properly.

Apartment with great location/price -value.

Great location - walking distance from the Old Town (from Old Town it is uphill though). Local bus stops nearby so it was easy to see different parts of Dubrovnik. Quiet neighbourhood. Staff was friendly and answered questions quickly. Room had all the basic things we needed.

Aircondition could be better. Would have been nice if the room would have be cleaned during our stays at least once.

Fantastic value for money, very clean and large balcony with beautiful rural views right to the sea.

It was an 18 minute walk to Pilar gate. Fine going down, but a little difficult going up the steps and hill during the hot day. The walk was very pretty either way. It would be a good idea to give directions to the Pilar Gate. Either walk down the narrow pedestrian lane, or walk down the main road overlooking the sea..

Didn't like the foam mattress on the bed as got very hot at night.

Unsatisfactory!

To leave the place.

The booking agency was rude and gave false information about there being a balcony. The room smelled like mould. The studio lacked a waste basket in the bathroom, dish washing soap, pepper, oil and vinegar, some tea bags and basic coffee, wine opener etc. I cannot recommend this place.

Ausgangspunkt für Stadtbesichtigung von Dubrovnik

Check-in war etwas kompliziert, weil ein Bewohner des Grundstücks das Haupttor entgegen der üblichen Praxis abgeschlossen hatte und der Gastgeber nicht vor Ort war. Nach ca. 30 Min. konnten wir dann das Zimmer beziehen. Es war geräumig und sehr sauber. Gute Lage mit Blick vom Balkon aufs Meer. Die beeindruckende Altstadt ist in 30 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. In der Nähe der Unterkunft gibt es nur wenige Restaurants

La localización es aceptable. Es lo único bueno luego de descubrir las rutas SIN GRADAS

Muy viejo todo y con olor a viejo. Las almohadas sin relleno y cojines voluminosos que no sirven en la cama. El baño terrible, cortina insuficiente. El desayuno muy deficiente. Las instrucciones pésimas.

Cuando llegamos aún no nos llegaba el link con las instrucciones para entrar , número de habitación y código de la caja con las llaves . La vecina nos ayudó llamando a la dueña .

Nie wieder, bitte nicht buchen. € 150/Tag nicht einmal die Hälfte wert.

Die Lage war okey, Parkplatz vorhanden, man konnte nicht umdrehen, bin daher ca 70 m in der engen Straße rückwärts gefahren. Sonst gab es jede Menge Mängel.

Statt Franz. Doppelbett haben wir zwei einzelne Pritschen bekommen, hinten dem Zimmerfenster war ein halbes Meter Balkon von anderen Apartment, Wifi und AC haben am Anfang nicht funktioniert, beim Duschen ist Wasser ausgetreten daher ist Boden im Badezimmer ständig nass gewesen, Klodeckel locker, Wasserhahn in der Küchenzeille komplett locker, zwei Lämpchen über Betten ohne Strom, Aussen Tisch auf der Straße da kein Balkon, über diesen Tisch Wäscheständer montiert, und, und, und. Wir haben auf Abreise sehnsüchtig gewartet.

Appartamento in un complesso chiuso, con parcheggio sicuro per la moto in una zona tranquilla. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile per soddisfare ogni necessità. Il centro della città si raggiunge con una passeggiata di circa 10 minuti. Poco distante si trovano bar, ristoranti e negozi.

Perfecte ligging net uit de drukte van het oude centrum.

Perfecte ligging nog geen 7 minuten lopen naar 'old city' Maar wel gelijk uit de drukte. Na online inchecken een perfecte pdf ontvangen met duidelijke instructies.

Aan het huis niks. Maar zorg ervoor dat je niet zoal wij per ongeluk 1 straatje te laat inslaat. Want je kunt niet keren en moet achteruit terug.

Ottimo per la posizione ed il parcheggio. Molto meno se si pensa di stare in appartamento

Un plus sicuramente ottimo è il fatto di avere un posto macchina che a Dubrovnik i parcheggi vanno fino a 100€ al giorno, e la sua posizione a 15 minuti dal centro storico

L’appartamento non è assolutamente al livello del prezzo pagato. Come detto dalla stessa struttura essendo nella natura è normale dover convivere con formiche in casa e nel letto, anche se per il prezzo che chiedono è impensabile. I servizi sono miseri e di basso livello.

Se viajar de carro é boa opção para não ter de pagar estacionamento.

O quarto é grande. numa vivenda, tem frigorifico e varanda com cadeiras, agradável para tomar o pequeno almoço. O WC é grande. Tem estacionamento privado para os clientes.

O WC não tinha cortinado na banheira, ficava sempre o chão molhado. Não gostei da roupa da cama. Mas o pior foi no final da estadia nos pedirem para limpar o quarto e retirar o lixo, para ajudar nas limpezas. Não considero agradável solicitar isso ao cliente, é para isso que serve a equipe de limpeza.

הגישה עם רכב קשה מאד. מיזוג האוויר לא עבד כלל והיה חם מאד ומחניק. אין אינטרנט כלל למרות שבמודעה הובטח אינטרנט. ארוחת הבוקר מסופקת בין 07:00-09:00 על ידי חברת קייטרינג חיצונית ואין לך מושג באיזו שעה בדיוק תוגש, ואם אתה צריך לצאת מוקדם מהדירה תשכח מארוחת בוקר

バスタブ付きとの記載があったので予約したが、バスタブはあったが栓がなく、お湯がためられない状態。スタッフに言ったが、棚に入っていなければ栓のない部屋との説明のみて、対応してもらえなかつた。 WIFIも使えない状態。

Nem volt meleg víz, külön be kellett nyomni egy kapcsolót, ami a fürdőszoba külső falán volt, de a leírásban nem szerepelt... A reggeli a kijelentkezésünk napján nagyon későn hozták.

Ruime nette kamer met comfortabel bed. Badkamer was mooie oude stijl.

De badkamer zat vol met schimmel, dan denk ik 1x fatsoenlijk met chloor er door heen en dat kan opgelost zijn en het plaatje af maken

Wszystko zniszczone i zaniedbane. Drogo, jak na takie warunki. Z klimatyzatora stacjonarnego leje się woda strumieniem, czajnik, popielniczka i co tylko możliwe połamane i zniszczone. Otrzymałem też info z kluczykiem do niewłaściwej skrzynki, w której go wcale nie było. Kontakt tylko przez Whatsup i maila.

Super sejour à Dubrovnik grâce à cet hébergement !

Super emplacement, 15-20 minutes à pied de la vieille ville, au calme dans un quartier résidentiel. La vue du balcon et depuis les alentours est au top !

La VMC dans la salle de bain n'est pas des plus puissantes, il faut juster laisser la porte ouverte pour aérer
