The location was excellent, and close to all the main attractions. The host was great and welcoming throughout the whole stay! I highly recommend staying here!

It was perfect

Milo ( the owner) was a fantastic host. He went out of his way to make our stay as perfect as possible - booking taxis, picking us extra tomatoes from his garden for our breakfast, providing a washing line upon request… all small things but much appreciated. The villa is beautiful. Fantastic views, comfy beds, chilled out area and a lovely pool to cool off in. Many steps to the old town… but this is Dubrovnik and we knew what to expect so not a negative, just something to be aware of. We walked down and Ubered back. (€10-12 in the day, €16-€20 at night).

The Villa was well kept, comfortable and in a quiet location. The owner was super friendly and provided us breakfast each morning. Plenty of choice with cereals, bread, eggs, tomatoes, cheese, fruit and yoghurts. Tea and coffee. The walk down to the old town consisted of many many steps and took about 15-20 minutes. The trip back up was easier by uber at a cost of €9.

Not much to dislike. Price maybe a little high but it was during peak season. Dubrovnik is not cheap, so I guess dont expect quality accommodation to be cheap.

Great location for a visit of Dubrovnik. We loved that its a family-run hotel. The host was great. The room had everything that we needed for our stay. The breakfast was delicious, the pool was very clean, even though we didnt have the time to try it out. Beach towels were provided daily. We loved the location and the family vibe. I would rate this 10/10 without hesitation. Thanks, Milo!

The location was peaceful despite a busy road running behind. Go for the double room with sea view. It had a balcony. The room was spotless and very nicely done. The balcony was big with nice furniture. Stunning views and a pleasant breeze. Milos was warm and welcoming. The breakfast was lovely. It was great to have a pool. The gardens were beautiful with flowers, fruit and veg. Lovely terrace area. Whilst it is a lot of steps down into town, the beautiful views more than make up for the trek. I would stay here above being in Old Town itself. There is a bus stop and Milos was very helpful with advice.

It is a shame there is not a shop or places to eat nearby and you need to go into Old Town. We walked down and then got an Uber back up. There are a lot of steps.

Received the warmest possible welcome by host Milo, who is a very Intresting and helpful person. Felt right at home the moment we arrived and our room couldn’t be faulted in any way- everything has been thought about. A nice quiet location very close to a main road for taxis, or just a few flights of stairs to the old town. Would 100% return

Everything was amazing!

We had absolutely wonderful time! The sound proof rooms with AC, the terrace with the view and the pool, the breakfast room were spotless clean. Brand new bathroom/shower with plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable and breakfast with the view of Adriatic was lovely. We really appreciated the location and all the tips and suggestions Milo gave us. We would definitely stay there again!

Milo was very responsive to my inquiries before our stay, and he was very friendly and accommodating especially after our flight got delayed and we got there very late at night . It was also nice to have breakfast ready.

Villa Klaic ORIGIN was simply phenomenal. The villa was stunning, views amazing, spotless, breakfast was great-nothing was a bother to our great host Milo. He has to be one of the nicest guys on the planet and we were so glad to have met him and look forward to coming back in the future.

Everything! Close enough to old town, 15 min only with stairs but I didn't mind the stairs. Stunning villa with a beautiful swimming pool, and the room was simply amazing (big and a lot of place for luggage etc) ! Super comfy bed and beautiful bathroom. Very nice breakfast and Milo is a super host, very welcoming and helpful!

Op terras hing unit airco, deze maakt herrie, waardoor je niet buiten bleef zitten. En geen licht op ons terras met uitzicht op zee.

Su propietario, Milo, nos hizo sentir como en casa. La villa es preciosa. Habitación sencilla, pero cama cómoda, baño amplio y una terraza con vistas preciosas. Nos encanto que tuviera piscina.

El precio un poco elevado para la sencillez de la habitación, pero compensa con otras facilidades como la piscina y la amabilidad y hospitalidad de Milo.

Tout a été parfait ! Milo nous a super bien accueilli et le petit déjeuner le matin était un moment très agréable. La piscine est magnifique pour se détendre avec une vue sur la mer. L’emplacement de la Villa est très pratique, les escaliers ne nous ont pas gêné (les Uber fonctionnent très bien pour la remontée).

Questa struttura è più di b&b, ti fa sentire davvero a casa! Milo, il proprietario, è una persona deliziosa, sempre sorridente, simpatico, scherzoso, affettuoso e disponibilissimo ad assecondare ogni richiesta per farci vivere il soggiorno al meglio. Ci ha perfino preparato la colazione al sacco una mattina in cui saremmo partiti alle 7.00 per un'escursione, troppo presto per fare colazione in loco. All'arrivo ci è stato offerto un drink di benvenuto e ci sono stati dati suggerimenti su posti da vedere e spostamenti. La struttura è situata a 15 minuti a piedi circa dal centro e collegata benissimo con il resto della città e le zone limitrofe tramite gli autobus che passano dalle fermate vicine (5 minuti a piedi circa). Inoltre, sempre a 5 minuti, è possibile trovare dei supermercati per ogni esigenza. La camera era accogliente, pulita e moderna, dotata di aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante, minifrigo con acqua e alcune bevande in omaggio, una macchinetta del caffè con relative cialde e un bollitore dove preparare diversi tipi di thé presenti in camera. La colazione era varia, sia dolce che salata, e tutto era delizioso, dal caffè ai dolcetti tipici del posto che ho adorato. La piscina è un ottimo posto per rilassarsi facendo un bagno o prendendo il sole sul lettino; sono presenti degli asciugamani da usare nel caso non si avessero con sé. Sarebbe ancora meglio se ci fossero degli ombrelloni per avere maggiore ombra. È anche possibile chiedere in prestito degli asciugamani per la spiaggia. Insomma, si può stare tranquilli, ci sono tutte le comodità! La struttura dispone anche di aree comuni come un terrazzino all'aperto, dove spesso c'è un bellissimo gatto bianco. In conclusione, il mio primo viaggio in Croazia è stato indimenticabile anche grazie a Milo, la sua famiglia e i suoi collaboratori, alla loro premura, al loro duro lavoro e gran cuore, mi mancherà! ❤️
