It was a good place for a few nights and would recommend.

Clean. Fairly quiet. Convenient to transportation to Old Town. Lovely terraces for relaxing. Friendly hostess. We were able to have a late checkout with no problem, which we appreciated. Close to bakery and cafe bar.

Very small and dated room. Noisy fridge. Tight quarters for two adults with luggage.

Nice Place Close to the Old Town in Walking Distance

It is located close to the old town with around 20 minutes walk to Pile Gate. The room is nice and clean. Just around 30 steps walk up from the main road.

The shower place is a bit small due to a shower curtain added-on. But it is good that not makes water everywhere.

The location was excellent - only 10-15 minute walk into old town and the area felt very safe. We enjoyed having the sun terrace which had chairs and sun loungers. Overall an excellent stay! Perfect location, highly recommended

Spotless apartment, with all the facilities needed for a short holiday. Ideal, central location, a quiet street just off the main road. Only 10min walk to the Old Town and a coffee shop, bakery and corner shop within a 5min walk. Aircon was handy. Lovely patio area for evening relaxing. Firm but comfy bed.

Comfortable & great location!

Quiet & very comfortable. We loved having this room as our base & the view was great. The owners were lovely & checking in was easy. Everything was clean, the bed / bedding was comfortable. A 10-15 minute walk to the old town, it was nice to be out of the busy centre!

We liked everything, only think I can think of is it would have been nice to have a bowl for breakfast.

Friendly hosts make for a comfortable stay; bakery, grocery and bus stops are all conveniently close

Katarina was such a lovely host who went out of her way to make me comfortable. She even provided a dish of grapes from their vines with me one evening while I was sitting reading a book. It’s like visiting a cherished aunt’s home who likes to spoil you.

It’s a fairly steep uphill climb from old town - but fairly close bus stops.

We arrived at 11pm and were greeted by our host waiting outside for us which we greatly appreciated as the apartment is hard to find in the dark for the first time. She was very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful view, atmosphere & people

The staff were so incredibly welcoming and friendly, the view from our room was stunning & also located in a quieter part of the town which we loved - close walk to the grocery store and about a 15 minute walk to the old town. Clean room with everything we needed at a reasonable price, as well as a lovely shared outdoor terrace to relax on and enjoy the sunsets. Couldn’t fault this place - beautiful!!!

No frills but clean, safe accommodations in good location

The location was good, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

It was difficult to communicate with the property owner. a man let me in that didn’t speak English and I didn’t meet anyone else until I had an issue, the owner did not respond to my text messages, only when I went in person did I meet her and even then she needed help from a neighbor to understand my issue (there were ants one night). The king bed took up most of the room, not much room for anything else. Bathroom tiny and overall not updated, and shower small.

Lovely small room with balcony, walking distance to old town

Lovely, clean little room, a 10ish minute walk to the old town. Great little balcony, lovely garden. A perfect place to relax after a busy day of exploring!

The walk from the old town was fine for me, but a little dark and isolated at night. You have to walk from the street with your luggage, no way to get directly to the address by car. This would be a tough stay for anyone with mobility issues.

Conveniently located, decently priced property.

Nice location, clean rooms and bathrooms, terrace sit out. Elderly owner is a nice lady, and tries to do her best in helping out. Dubrovnik old town is a 20 minute walk.

Only one apartment has what they claim is a kitchen. It is just a cook top and a basin in a tiny corner. I would not recommend to spend more for this apartment if you do not need a kitchen. Slightly difficult to carry baggage from the road up to the apartment as there are about 15-20 steps to be climbed.

Spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Great air conditioning. Nice and quiet.

Sofa bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable especially for 5 nights. Coffee would have been a great addition. Blinds or blackout blinds for those sleeping in the lounge.

Lovely Stay

Excellent location - easy to walk to.old town, but far enough away to keep it quiet. Really lovely owners who provided coffee and soap and things. The balcony for eating breakfast on was my favourite bit, and the bed was very comfortable!

Very nice and modern room. Very clean and comfortable. Lovely patio outside the property with loungers. 15 minutes walk to Old Town. Exceptionally clean.

There is no parking at the property - nearby parking €16 for 24 hours. Property could benefit from bedside lamps. There is a door at the property that leads to the owner’s house meaning noise can be heard.

The Villa is close to the old town without the exuberant prices there. The studio is spacious, clean, well furnished, with clean bathroom and additional towels, amazing sea view, and very comfortable king size bed. We are very satisfied with our stay there and we will definitely stay there again. The landlady is very friendly and helpful, we highly recommend the place, its location and the price.

The location is very good, not far from the old city, the service is very considerate, there are welcome juices and candies, we got wet when we went out to sea, and they gave us electric heaters. Overall I like it 💕

There is no shampoo and shower gel that needs to be prepared by yourself. There will be no hot water in the downstairs room after taking a shower for a long time. （45 minutes)You need to control the bathing time. It would be better if the room can smell better.

Exceptional

The apartment I's very well located, it's ample, comfortable with a nice terrace. The hostess, Katarina was unbelievably good, she's very lovely, helpful person and gave us some tips that made our stay be fabulous. We really appreciated all.

Our first impression going to the Villa were the quantity of stairs, but then we realize that these are part of Dubrovnik, that's why it make it so special .
