Nice garden and a very cozy apartment.

Clean apartment and very helpful host. He kept our luggage after we checked out and also helped us to get down the stairs. Very nice garden in the property to just chill around (kid can play freely). Very homely vibe.

Price was a bit high but Dubrovnik is costly overall. There are stairs to reach the property but again Dubrovnik can be coined as town of stairs. Note: Bus 8 in-front of Tommy takes you to old town (runs every 30mins)

Location, price and clean

Good location. Not crazy expensive. I’ve seen some other reviews saying about steps, there is steps just like any other road in Dubrovnik and nothing out the ordinary. The place was clean, the host was very friendly and it was a good two night stay.

We had a wonderful week in Dubrovnik, thanks in large part to this lovely place! Everything was just as described: clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. A special mention goes to the terrace — spacious and well-maintained, it was a pleasure to spend mornings and evenings there. Some reviews mention that it’s difficult to reach the property because of the stairs — yes, the path isn’t flat, but this is completely normal for Dubrovnik. The whole city is built on hills and stairs are everywhere. It wasn’t a problem for us at all. A big thank you to the hosts for their hospitality and for making our stay so enjoyable!

Perfect place to stay when visiting Dubrovnik! This is a really lovely apartment. Spacious, comfortable and clean. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook and there is also a washing machine you can use. There is a nice terrace area outside too. You can walk to the old town in 20 minutes and you can also walk to Lapad in 30 minutes. There are also regular buses or Uber works well here. Supermarkets are within 5 minutes walk. Very conveniently located and more affordable than staying in the old town.

Houses in this area are mostly connected to car roads with staircases. Therefore the handling of heavy luggage requires large efforts. I didn't notice this point in the explanation.

- No where it is stated in the description/ communication from host that you need to drag your luggage over 60+ steps on steep hill, from a busy road to reach the apartment entrance. Was major disappointment for us. Had that been described or put in someone's review on booking.com - we would have certainly avoided this property CHECK out the attached photo to see how many stairs for the property from main road - there was no shower gel in bathroom. Luckily we were carrying one - there was exactly 1 dishwasher cube left in the apartment. We stayed for 2 nights - at least the host should have kept 2!! - bed was small to sleep with our 5 year old daughter and was soft, spring mattress (not much to our liking - we prefer firm mattresses)

There was not enough washing stuffs and the apartment floor was full of dust. The sofa cushions were a bit smelly!

The outdoor is great, there is one baby Turtle, lovely place for childrens, you can take domatos from the garden also. Inside everything so clean and a lot of facilities.

The location is on middle of some long-walk-stairs. The parking cost 7€ per day. The area parking has a little distance, you need to full your energy to take the lugages from your car to the appartment 😵

Restful and quiet option that's accessible to town.

Nice quiet area. Within walking distance of the old town, but easy taxi option with Uber also. Anica was very easy to contact and very responsive. She was available to meet us when we arrived with the necessary card to access the car park across the street. Map and directions provided. There was a lovely small garden and Anica said we could help ourselves to the gorgeous tomatoes and peppers. Outdoor seating available. Also clothes horse was provided to dry clothes outside.

Parking was across the road and luggage had to be taken up the steps to the apartment. This wasn't a problem, as it is honestly explained in the information. But could be an issue for some.

The stairs going up to the house. We had a 80year old n 76 yr old couple. They struggled up n down the stairs I think the booking shld state stairs involved.

A good day in Dubrvnik

The room was at a nice place in the new district of Dubrovnik. Very polite and cooperative host. Beutiful view. 20-30 minutes by foot to the Old town. Bus station near to the Anica's place.

The bus drivers in Dubrovnik wanted us to pay with exact money for our tickets. No credit card accepted.
