Convenient, clean and friendly host

Upon entrance there’s a beautiful courtyard Modern, very clean, spacious rooms with large ensuite Comfortable bed/pillows, wardrobe and stove/sink/cutlery etc. Very close to the historical Old Town 2 mins from supermarket, bus stop, taxi There’s an upper level terrace with THE MOST SPECTACULAR VIEWS of Dubrovnik … amazing! The host is very very kind, thoughtful & generous. He went out of his way to ensure that our stay was a special experience, thank you again. I highly recommend this Beautiful Family Run Property

The location is fantastic, and the outside terrace with potted plants and seating that looks out onto the fort and sea is a real gem. The whole place is a tranquil oasis in the old town - one night wasn’t enough!

The white-walled bedrooms are fine but they lack personality and there’s an iron, but no ironing board - but really, there’s nothing to fault that would stop me from wanting to come back

Good location short walk to the old town. Big terrace was peaceful with lovely views.

Room appeared to not be ready although we arrived 2 hours after check in time, host wanted to quality check which took 10 minutes. Room was basic very small kitchen area with dirty glasses and cutlery and no mugs (but were requested and provided). Hot water only lasts 5 mins so not enough for 2 people. Terrace was lovely but could be cleaner (host dog urinated and dog poo not cleaned up for our whole stay). Felt pressured to check out early by cleaner who went round all rooms stating she wanted to change towels and forgot we were checking out (although everyone appeared to be checking out). Main issue was bright emergency light at night lit up the room making it difficult to sleep. Shame as lovely spot but needs finer details.
