Right near the Pile Gate, a main entrance to Old Town. Very clean and spacious, I would recommend the room with the stove to save some money (I had the other one). The price was also very reasonable given the proximity. Bus station right in front of the property. The owners were also very responsive on chats.
The noise can be a bit too much sometimes, mostly due to tourists yelling in the streets or at the bus station, or if anybody inhabits the other room and is clumsy (walls are thin).

Perfect location , super convenient who stay 2 or3 nights in Old town
Bathroom is very tinny and made the stay uncomfortable in case you are in family

Brilliant location, instructions on arrival were clear. Easy access. Bathroom was external to bedroom (as described) and both were clean other than one plate provided that was left unwashed.
Albeit the external bathroom was right next door to the bedroom (as described), this was a bit of a hindrance at times. I didn’t realise how much the sloping roof would impact space and access, especially the shower (over bath); you would have to be no more than 4.5-5.0ft to stand up straight. The bath has a set-in seat.
