Loved the apartment with great views over Dubrovnik ❤️ good facilities. Clean and tidy

The bed was quite hard. The bathroom was not connected to the room. And the smell of smoking from the room next door.

The stay was pleasant overall – the place was clean, comfortable, and well kept. However, the distance from the Old Town was further than stated in the description, and the bathroom was outside the room, which was a bit inconvenient.

Very far , and not worth the money

Only view is good.

The room is quite small, you bump your head a lot of times since its at attic room , very low ceiling. The location is quite far from old town you can only go down bh walk but cannot climb up amd its too steep. The terrace was supposed to be two but we only saw 1. Even the toilet was so clumsy. Didnot like it at all , not worth the money.

Enjoyed our visit to Dubrovnik

Property was fine with everything required for a couple of nights stay. Not many amenities close by and the walk back up from the old town in the heat was tougher than expected even though we are aware the host said it’s better in a taxi.

I appreciated the location and the the ability to walk to and from old town. Stumbled across a great little restaurant…Tata’s!! Please tell more people about this place! Although located on a busy street the food was delicious, well priced and great quantity!

Comfortable room with all the amenities and excellent sea views (although you can’t see the old town from here). Parking was available and included. Excellent communicative host who aims to please.

You can walk down hill to the old town in about 30 min. but walking back is very hard due to steep hills, although we managed to do it. Not much (restaurants for instance) within walking distance.

A Perfect Stay with Breathtaking Views of Dubrovnik

We stayed at Valora Sobe na Konalu for 4 nights (April 20th - 24th) and had an amazing experience. Everything was spotlessly clean, the room was cozy, and the attention to detail was impeccable. The views from the balcony were absolutely stunning, overlooking Dubrovnik and the sea – perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing after a day exploring the city. The host was kind and made sure we had everything we needed. We truly felt comfortable and at home. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Dubrovnik!

Really lovely stay, would hope to come back again

The rooms is really spacious and ammenities were great, the shared and private outdoor areas were really nice. Air conditioning worked really well and having a kitchenette area was really handy.

The location is great with an awesome view but it is a 30 min walk to old town - there is a bus you can catch but it’s often quite busy

Good

The price was really decent compared to the other available properties at the time of booking. The room was modern and nice inside. We left the windows open at night and the conditions were ideal for sleeping. Many plugs, easy to charge everything. Nice touch with the welcome drink.

We were expecting the leaning ceiling and got used to it easily. Returning to the property by bus took 40-45 minutes both nights (waiting time included). We asked to check out at 11.00 and we were not allowed, as check out time was strictly at 10.00, which is very early to my opinion. Cleaning before we came wasn't very thorough, there was a used cotton pad at the floor of the bathroom.

The views from the terrace and from the room are spectacular! Tatjana who greeted us was very nice and professional, she gave us some advice about Dubrovnik, including advice on nearby restaurants, popular tours etc. The room was very clean and spacious, but still felt homey. The entire accommodation is also ideally located, making travel easy.

There was no microwave in the room and the WiFi was slow at times.

Amazing

Tatiana was a great host, picked us up at the airport after checkin hours and gave us a lovely little bottle of homemade liquor. The view from the patio was amazing. The walk down to the city wasn’t terrible, we ended up walking back instead of taking the bus.

Super clean, comfortable room. Our balcony was spacious (even though we didn’t get to spend much time on it due to the rain). Equipped with some basics (hot water kettle, mini fridge, a couple mugs, wine glasses, utensils, and plates) for us to have light breakfast, snacks, and wine. Great views. It was about a 25 minute walk to old town and we also took the bus a couple times.

Our room was clean, tidy and comfortable, and the staff were very welcoming and kind. We particularly liked the shared terrace looking out to sea! The accommodation was easy to find as well, but a little tricky to park being next to a busy road.

Nice room, no facilities

Pros: Plenty of hot water, bed was comfy, room very clean, spacious room, plenty of towels, mini fridge, host very responsive.

View looked better in photos, Wi-Fi was terrible, no hotel facilities like bathroom pre or post checkin, no luggage storage. Not the best location for folks who can’t do lots of stairs (typical for Dubrovnik)

A really great Inn.

The owner is very considerate. She even noticed my wife's birthday. On my wife's birthday, she carefully prepared birthday cards, chocolates, wine, flowers, etc. for us. We were really touched. I highly recommend this homestay. It is clean, warm, and the location is very good. There is a bus station opposite, and it only takes 15 minutes to walk to the ancient city.

This guesthouse is amazing. We stayed for one week in one of the rooms with a terrace. There was really/coffee in the room and also a fridge is which was handy to put snacks in for breakfast. The terrace in the room was stunning and could see the sunset in the evening. The communal terrace is beautiful to sit out and see right over the city. It’s a really nice 20 minute walk down to the old town and 30 mins to Lapad and close to Mt Srd so great location. There is also a bus stop right across the road. Ubers we’re always around 6 euro total if coming back from the city. Tatjana picked us up from the airport, she was very accommodating and always a text away if we had any questions and super helpful. 100% recommend this accommodation in Dubrovnik.

Beautiful view, comfortable guesthouse, met all our needs

The room was very clean and we had our own private bathroom. My boyfriend and I have low back and neck issues, so we are always concerned about the bed... this place has a firmer bed, which is our preference, and it was very comfortable. We also had our own private terrace, which was lovely to enjoy a cup of coffee and some pastries from the local bakery in the mornings, while we overlooked the city and Adriatic Sea. I will say that if you have difficulty with stairs, this is not the place for you. There are many stairs to enter and exit the guesthouse and to walk to any local places. I will say that the bus stop is right across the street, so that it a good source of transportation to get to the Old City.
