Sunny, NOT crowdy! , beautiful October weekend in Dubrovik!

The location is very good. Nice walk to the Old Town. Access to the private parking is very usefull if you travel with a car. The host is very nice and helpfull. Thank you for everything! We had a geat time! 😀

Good floor plan. Two bedrooms quite far apart. We certainly used/needed that good air conditioner to come home to every evening. Owners/management was very patient with us. We safely left our luggage before and after checkout, thank you!

There's a LOT of stairs in Dubrovnik - same with Guest House Kono. Make sure you can manage them! A couple of small issues that the owners were good about, but overall, a good stay.

The view was spectacular and the room very spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning was also very much appreciated. Dominik and his family were so friendly and helped whenever we had queries. We would definitely stay again. An amazing trip that was made all the more special by this beautiful room with a view.

The parking is located directly by the property. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped. It also has a nice terrace with a great view of the sea.

It is located a fajr distance from the old town, but there are Ubers and buses who can take you there for a fair price.

Very pleasant apartment

We loved this accommodation. The person who met us was friendly and efficient, and gave us very helpful local information. There was a nice terrace space for relaxing on, and the car parking spot was convenient to the road. The apartment was bright and cheery with good space, and a short - though steep! - walk to the old town. There was a supermarket and restaurants nearby.

Excellent location! We really appreciated that the property was easily accessible without having to climb many stairs, a rare find in this city. The balcony view was absolutely stunning; we watched the sunset two nights in a row, and it was truly unforgettable. The host is nice and helpful too.

Perfect place & very helpful staff.

Dominik did a trouble of waiting for us at the parking lot, helped with luggage, approved later check-out... Apto was very clean and well equipped incl. nice terrace. And indeed 15-20min walk from the Old City (or €10 Bolt in the evening).

Not cleaned properly, surfaces were sticky and stained. Covers for the blankets would be useful, as well.

Very relaxted stay on the top of the city

The guest house is located on the top of city, next to the main motorway. If you have a car then it is perfect, the parking is right next to the main way and there is free parking included. You would need to take no more than 10 steps down and you are home.

In case you did not come with a car, the staircase to move around could be a bit painful. But then Uber can take you around within 10 EUR.

A great apartment with fantastic hosts- wonderful stay in Dubrovnik

Fantastic apartment - very spacious and clean. The apartment was well furnished and provided everything we could possibly need from washing machine, kettle, all the cutlery and pans you could need, TV etc. The terrace was an added bonus with wonderful views of Dubrovnik (and sunset!). There are some decent takeaways nearby that deliver for free and affordable (use Wolt) - nice to eat out on the terrace once in a while. The apartment is also about 18 minutes away from Old Town and two beaches. Sanj beach is about 26 minutes by walking. The hosts - Dominic and his family- were very friendly and always keen to help! Thank you for a wonderful stay in Dubrovnik.

As the hotel is on a hill be prepared to walk up and down many steps! It’s a good idea to walk to Old Town and take a taxi back (5-6 euros but can go up to 10 euros during peak hours).

Doesn't deliver what promised in offering. Don't trust the photos they put on booking.com!

It was clean and enough space for us.

The pictures on booking.com don't represent the apartment. They used the photos of their nicest apartment. This shows a nice terrace with beautiful view over Dubrovnik. In fact they have several apartments which are not the same. Our apartment didnt have a terrace at all, as shown on the pictures. When we complained to staff that our apartment doesn't look like the offering on booking.com their staff only replied that we can have our money back and then we can look for another place - good luck, he added. No customer service here.

Friendly and helpful owner, walking distance to old town and return via bus with close bus stop, beds and mattrasses were good quality as well, beautiful view on the city and the sea

Convinient location for 1 night stay to continue the journey with free parking spot on the main road. Good size of the apartment with nice shower bathroom.

No soundproofing we where hearing all night someone talking to his/her sleep, snoring etc. It was spooky night experience. Outdated fernitures. No TV 's in the rooms just a TV to the kitchen area.

Well worth it

Great parking spot off the main road with only about 1 flight of stairs down to the apartment, and an easy key pickup. This apartment had a beautiful view from the small balcony and was so comfortable, we actually gave ourselves a break from all the stairs and just relaxed inside one day. If it was a bit warmer, sitting on the balcony watching the sunset with a drink or two would be amazing!

Exceptional

Very large apartment, a bit away from old town but it accommodated our rental car. We walked each day to old town then took the bus back and it dropped us off right across the street of our rental.

It was a bit far to town however we knew that before booking. GPS took us down the incorrect road however the host was kind enough to personally maneuver our car to the proper parking spot.

Loads of stairs but was worth it!

The flat had plently of room, WiFi was great, they supplied toiletries which was very useful. They even had directions for nearest shops and also the quickest way to get to the old town. Outside the flat there was a sign showing where it was, which is so much help considering a lot buildings look very similar. The staff were nice and friendly. The views from the patio where also amazing.

Not a lot of natural light so it felt dark most of the time. The mattress wasn't the best but I just put more blankets to improve that. The shower wasn't very powerful.

Nice apartment with comfortable beds (4 x 1 person bed). We could park the car close to the apartment, everything was clean. Possibility to sit outside on the terrace.

The location is not bad but be aware the walk back from the city is not that easy (a lot of stairs, uphill). Better to take the bus/a taxi on the way back. Walking to town is no issue.

But comfy and no major real issues. We could walk DOWN into the city and then took and Uber back up the hill (cheaper and easier than trying to park closer)

Felt slightly grubby in the kitchen. It smelt like someone had perhaps smoked in the apartment before. But comfy and no real issues. Struggled to get the hob to work at all and no oven.

Nick place to stay for a citytrip to Dubrovnix. Close to the main road. So easy acces by car!
