Dreamy breakfast and high quality room, would go back.

Excellent quality hotel, but a bit pricey. The room was very spacious, with high good quality furniture and bathroom and a very comfortable and large double bed. The breakfast is expensive but very rich and good. It is not close to the old town but the city has a good and quick bus service, if you don't want to walk or drive. Also, the area around the hotel is beautiful as the whole area of Dubrovnik/Ragusa.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel staff were delightful and very accommodating.

The location was good, near a bus stop, a shopping centre and the harbour which was very pretty. Very central. The range of food for breakfast was good. We had dinner once which was good but not outstanding.

Expensive breakfast. No provision for a lighter breakfast. Empty plates not refilled promptly. Cooked food was not kept hot.

Excellent Dubrovnik Hotel

We had a fantastic stay at this clean, modern, and very comfortable hotel! The corner suite was VERY spacious with a large bathroom, and sizable living room. All the amenities were brand new. The hotel provided a free bottle of water in the room (very much appreciated) and there’s a Nespresso machine with pods. We arrived early and the kind gentleman at reception allowed us to check in early. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent. There’s a bus stop right next to the hotel that will take you to the Old Town. We took an Uber for €8. There’s a supermarket to the left of the hotel and a bakery to the right, a drugstore is 5 min walk. Although the property is located on a pretty busy street, the rooms are soundproof and it’s quiet. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Good for a city trip

Quite modern next to the Harbour. Bus next door. (Bus drivers are driving like he'll.). Around 10 min to old town. Use bus 1A, 1B or 6.. We had a suite so the room was big enough. Enough space for clothes.

Cleaning could be improved in my opinion. Old fingernails on the floor is not acceptable. The carpet is stained. Daily cleaning could also be better.

A Wonderful Hotel at an Excellent Location, A nice newly Constructed Property Very near to the New Port ,Marina and Promenade .The Old town is a five Minute Bus Ride away and the Bus Stop is right outside the Hotel and the Airport Shuttle stops here too. There are decent Supermarkets, a Bakery ad eating Places in the Surroundings. Excellent Views of the Mountains and Marina around the property. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

Our stay at the City Hotel, Dubrovnik

Lovely big room, very comfortable bed with a lovely bathroom that had under-floor heating ! Very easy to catch a bus to the Old City both to/from just outside the Hotel. Nice short walk down to the Docks with plenty to see. The Reception staff were very helpful, and so friendly ~ great hotel.

The hotel was in a good location, not very near old town ( about 20 min walk) but still the area was quiet and safe. It was very clean, comfortable and spacious.

Great hotel but the facilities need to be improved and thought out properly .

The staff were excellent and helpful! Location was great and rooms were clean!

Lowest temperature for air conditioning system was 21 degrees which still felt too warm . Selecting a lower temperature simply switched the air conditioning system off as opposed to blowing out cold air . The rooms never got any colder than 23 degrees which was far too hot! This meant having the windows open most of the night but this made it very noisy to sleep . Most of the tv channels were not even in English which was disappointing . The control panel, broadband, and fire alarm lights in the bedroom were so bright that also made it extremely difficult to sleep . Overall a lovely hotel but very badly planned out and facilities were not practical which is a real shame .

Spacious clean well-designed room in lovely location.

Room and bathroom were very clean. Plenty of light in room near the front. Coffee machine in room. Breakfast was fine with a variety of basic items. Though not cheap, it was competitive for the area. Staff were courteous and helped with requests. Very good location. Bus at few seconds walk. Bus to old city is about 10 minutes. Harbor and restaurants nearby.

The blankets and pillows are very thin and we had to ask for extra. No black teas with boiling water. They don’t seem to drink red/black tea with milk in Croatia. No fresh juices for breakfast.

I recommend this hotel to all my friends

Rooms are big, clean and comfortable, the room have an outdoor balcony and directly near the bus station making connections to everywhere very easy. This is the best location to stay in the area and a coffee machine provided in the room . Breakfast was perfect and for only 15 euros
