Great stay, would stay here again

Nice place. All looked nice. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was nice. Great host. He was accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was a nice assortment. Only stayed for a quick night so didn’t get to enjoy it longer or use the pool.

All was good but was thrown off guard when I had to pay in cash when I got there. For some reason I thought I had already paid thru Booking.com but forgot about the details about paying when getting there. However, I didn’t have cash with me but host/owner made an exception for me to pay with card in the morning. There are stairs leading to the bed and breakfast from the road. So be prepared to carry luggage. Also had trouble connecting to wi-fi at first since the routers were labeled different than what was shown on paper instructions, but I figured it out.

Great Views and Excellent Host

The views from our room were outstanding and Milo, the owner, was very attentive and responsive to any inquiries or needs we had. The room size was good as well and the view from our room patio was gorgeous! We personally liked the location of the B&B because we don't mind taking the stairs because it's located on top of duvrobnik town (and right next to a main road). It gave us a little extra workout after eating all of the amazing foods and gelato we had and kept us active.

Very friendly and polite owner, stunning views from balcony not too far from old town, just be prepared for the steps to get to the property and back again. Even got a welcome drink and chat from the lovely host.

Breakfast was very good, lots of variety and wonderful view overlooking the Adriatic while dining. Milo, our host, was exceptional and gracious and the room was spacious, very clean and it had all the amenities we could need!

The only difficulty we encountered was the location off the very busy road and trying to meet our uber on the other side!

Great stay in Dubrovnik

Very relaxed stay in Dubrovnik. Quite close to the old town, although you need to walk some stairs. The pool is a great way to cooldown after those steps ;). Perfect breakfast with great coffee made by the awesome host Milo.

Charming pearl with super friendly staff!

Charming pearl on top of the hill, 20 min walk from centre. Huge room with all modern facilities, balcony with a view & great breakfast. Amazing host with charm & I will not hesitate where to stay in Dubrovnik again!

The only thing worth mentioning is all steps for anyone with mobility issues but that goes for all of the city of course!

Milo was amazing made us feel so welcome! Did not want to leave. Nice walk down to the old town which we will miss. Nice pool and view from the apartment with lovely room. Hopefully will be back soon.

Perfect!!!

We stayed one night and our room was very comfortable. The view was spectacular on the patio looking out at the water. Milo was a terrific host and helped us with our transportation needs both on the way to the property as well as setting up transportation to the rental car agency out at the airport. The breakfast was also very good. Know that It is not a hot breakfast but it has many things to chose from and very good coffee!

Know that there are many many many many many stairs to walk down and then back up. My husband and I are 66 and 72 years old and in good shape so this wasn’t a big issue for us. There are other means of transportation to get down to Old Town Dubrovnik and back. Milo can advise you about this.

The Perfect Location for that Added Hospitality Touch

Milo is a gem. From the minute I arrived at the property, he came to meet me on the road to carrying my giant ( I over packed) suitcase down the stairs. He also made breakfast a joy to experience engaging me in conversations. On one of the days I had an early start before breakfast and he packed me a to-go breakfast box. On my birthday, he was the first person to come wish me a happy birthday. Then there was that beautiful view of the city. I can't say enough positive things about this space but at the nucleus of this amazing stay is the owner, Milo. You made my first ever solo trip a memorable one. I will be back and send others to stay at your quaint space.

Absolutely perfect

The owner and staff were so unbelievably welcoming and charming. We felt right at home after a busy trip hiking so far. When we first arrived one of the staff sat us down got us drinks and gave us tips on how to get the best out of our short stay. Though we felt 2 nights was enough to explore Dubrovnik, wish we stayed longer just for the charm of Villa Klaic! Clean and lovely rooms, great breakfast. No complaints! Thank you Milo!

This was a beautiful little place. 6 rooms. We had like a studio apartment. Large double bed. 2 single sofa beds. Kitchen. Balcony. Lovely bar area over looking the pool. Small breakfast restaurant but perfect for six couples.

Highly recommended!

This was one of our accommodations out of 8 and after checking in to all of them, this was by far the best! We instantly felt so welcomed, our check in was very late due to our flight being delayed and the host waited on us and helped us with our luggage and a welcome drink.

Villa Klaic Our recent stay at Villa Kalic was an absolute dream! From start to finish, everything about this experience exceeded our expectations, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. One of the highlights of our trip was the outstanding hospitality provided by the Milo and Michael at Villa Kalic. From the warm welcome (with cold refreshments) upon our arrival, to the delicious breakfast throughout our stay, the team went above and beyond to make us feel like VIP guests. Their attention to detail and genuine care for our well-being truly made a difference in our experience. The room was clean, quiet and spacious. Milo even filled our fridge daily with our favourite drinks. The private pool and terrace area were a haven of relaxation. We spent many afternoons basking in the sun and taking refreshing dips in the pool. It was the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the charming streets of Dubrovnik. Furthermore, the location of Villa Kalic was ideal for exploring. With the Old Town and its historic attractions just a short walk down hill, we were able to immerse ourselves in the city's rich culture and history effortlessly. For stunning views of the city, I would highly recommend taking the path up to the top of the hill, just behind the villa. If you are looking for a charm and exceptional hospitality then look no further. Villa Kalic will exceed your every expectation. friendly relaxed residence made special by the super welcoming owner

Villa klaic had the most fantastic host in Milo, the most welcoming friendly, informative and full of life owner that we have ever stayed with. The accommodation was really lovely we booked a room with a balcony for 4 nights which had an amazing view of the sea and gardens below. The whole place was clean and we had a great buffet breakfast available every morning. The room was stocked daily with toiletries, coffee pods and beers in the fridge. Finally there was small pool and area to chill out in and patio area with shade which was very welcome following a hot day in the amazing city of Dubrovnik. In terms of location it’s peaceful - away from the busy city which is a 15 minute walk down a number of steps. We used an Uber every evening which was anything from €4.50 - €5 There is also a bus stop across the road. We would definitely recommend.

Amazing 3 day stay. BOOK IT NOW.

Everything about Villa Klaic is exceptional, but I must give particular mention to Milo. From the moment Milo greets you with a warm smile and a complimentary cold beer or a glass of local wine, you know you made the right choice when you booked Villa Klaic. You have arrived to a beautiful B&B in the equally beautiful heritage town of Dubrovnik. The room and en-suite were gorgeous with everything you could possibly need in it. There's a coffee machine and fridge in the room which was stocked each day with 2 bottles of water and 2 beers again free of charge. Each morning, Milo had a lovely selection of cereal, cold meats ,cheese, breads, pastries, fresh fruits, and amazing coffee waiting for you. Milo was extremely sociable and helpful. We were booking a ferry to Kotcula Island and he looked up different ferries for us and on our last morning, when we were leaving at 6am, he insisted on getting up early so that we could have a coffee and some breakfast before we left. If I return to Dubrovnik, which I really hope to do again, I would 100% stay here again. Villa Klaic is just a 5 minute walk to the old town (there are many steps down, but then there are steps everywhere in Dubrovnik). We got an Uber each night back, roughly about €4 to €5. After staying in Villa Klaic, I can fully understand why they have won many awards and have such a high rating on booking.com. Keep up the great work, Milo and team, and until next time. Ideal stay for Dubrovnik

Beautiful accommodation. Spacious, spotless and very comfortable. Very good facilities in studio for making hot drinks and preparing food. Small balcony with a stunning sea view, with 2 comfy chairs and a small table. Breakfast was very good with a great variety of food. Milo is a superb host who will go the extra mile to make your stay memorable.

Bare in mind that It is a steep slope to get up and down to the old town but the number 3 bus is about a 1 minute walk away and is really easy to use, especially for coming back up. Taxis and Uber also available..
