Friendly helpful welcome. Outside terrace lovely and near enough to Dubrovnik old town. Rocky access at bottom of road for a dip or short walk to nearby beach. Near places to eat.

Only main bedroom had air conditioning. Moved fan to other bedroom but not great. Apartment nothing special but ok for a few nights. But really need an additional and better fand in second bedroom. Parking awkward and would only recommend small car.

Ligging is top! Op wandelafstand naar het strand (wel steile helling/trap) Dubrovnik kan met Uber. Mooi groot terras. Supermarkt op wandelafstand

De badkamer is erg verouderd ☹️ Beetje geur en geluidshinder van de keuken van het hotel naast het appartement. (Enkel op het terras) Binnen gelukkig geen last van. Op de tweede slaapkamer is geen airconditioning

We stayed at this property for 4 nights, and unfortunately, the experience wasn’t entirely positive. The house had a lot of insects and butterflies inside, which made the stay uncomfortable. The front door let in a lot of sunlight in the morning, making it hard to sleep. Additionally, the shutters were broken, so we had to open and close them manually every time. The TV didn't work during our stay, which was disappointing, but at least there was Wi-Fi available. Another downside was that the towels were not changed during our entire stay. Every time we used the stove, there was a strong smell of smoke. There was no washing machine, the bathroom was very small, and there was no bidet. The terrace was shared with other guests, which made it less private. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and helpful. They kindly allowed us to check out an hour later due to bad weather, which we appreciated. The view from the property was absolutely stunning – definitely its best feature. Overall, there were some good points, but many aspects need improvement to make the stay more comfortable.
