Great spot, kinds staff, would stay again!

Great location, nice staff

It was colder when we were there. The sheets were nice but nicer additional bedding would have been great. The additional blankets were old and could use replacing.

Wonderful accommodation

Host was super helpful and very informative of the area and events happening around the city. Aircon was great! Very comfortable beds. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again

Only downside would be the low ceilings but that can’t be helped!

Nice location, clean room, but little problems with the shower and the beds

Right next to Bellevue Beach. Very clean room. Air conditioning is very good. Host was hospitable.

The shower is quite dark and the shower curtain made it hard not to wet the bathroom. The floor mat on the bathroom also didn’t really dry the floor so we put our face towels on the floor to dry it. Also the beds aren’t the most comfortable, but they’re ok

Comfortable beds, clean and quiet space, our host Michelle was friendly and quick to respond to any issues or questions we had.

The bathroom ceiling is low at some parts so have to be careful not to bump your head.

Great place to stay in Dubrovnik - ideal location!

The beds were really comfy and the room was extremely clean and tidy. The location of the property was excellent - 5 min walk to beach, 20 min walk to Old City or 5 mins by bus with bus stop close by. Also a great restaurant, pharmacy and supermarket just up the road. Aircon worked really well and the room was cleaned half way through our one week stay. The host Michelle was really friendly and helpful - she provided us with a kettle and even gifted us some fruit! I would definitely recommend Rooms Nina to anyone looking to visit Dubrovnik. Thanks Michelle, we had a lovely stay!

It's a pleasent place, in the heart of the city. Affordable price and very friendly staff.

very nice sea view. comfortable bed. good location, quite close to the old town. lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

The room is not too well equipped, there is no wardrobe or anywhere to hang clothes.

The location was good, although in a very busy road.

No lift,and we had heavy luggage. No sofa,no free toiletries, No linen,No clothes rack as advertised,so very disappointed. Also,the shower leaks, so after having a shower, the bathroom floor was wet. And we never met the owner.

I loved the location and the staff support. I was always getting replies immediately. She was also flexible about the check out time.

Adding some storage could have made it better. There was very limited place to keep some of our luggage.

Communication with the host was great, very responsive and provided the option to store the luggage. Location of the apartment was great, there was a supermarket on the other side of the street and a beach really close by. 20 min by walking to old town.

Siisti huone, ilmastointi hyvä, jääkaappi, fööni, terassilla oli mukava syödä aamiaista ja nauttia auringosta. Upealle Bellevue-rannalle lyhyt matka kävellen. Marketti ihan vieressä.

Tolle Unterkunft

Ich hatte einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt. Es war alles wirklich super schön. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gemütlich, und ich habe mich wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren zwar relativ klein, aber es hat perfekt gepasst. Die Lage war ideal, direkt in der Nähe von der Bushaltestelle. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Aussicht war auch super schön das war definitiv ein Highlight. Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich, wir konnten uns jederzeit bei ihr melden und haben immer sofort eine Antwort bekommen. Total unterstützend und unkompliziert das hat den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. :)
