Located within an easy walk of the old town which was great. Instructions for a very late check in were helpful.
Coffee and tea would have been good.

perfect location- just a 20 minute walk from the old town, 3 minutes from a beautiful beach, opposite a small food shop and surrounded by a few really nice restaurants. The room was ideal and had everything we needed, the view was lovely and the mini fridge and AC were very handy in the hot weather. Checking in couldn't have been easier, and the host was extremely helpful and made us feel so welcomed! Great value for money, we would definitely stay again if we were to revisit Dubrovnik in the future
