Just a room

Room was clean and parking on site . Easy access by bus to Dubrovnik old town

Room was said to have a terrace but access was not directly from the room so it was just a small room with use of a terrace , this is misleading. Also facilities were not very good , just a coffee machine with espresso sized cups , so unable to make tea etc or have a breakfast in the room due to lack of plates, cutlery etc.

Hosts were fantastic and very accommodating. Very quick and efficient communication and made sure we had everything we needed. Comfortable and clean room with en suite and a terrace outside. Lovely stay- thanks!

Excellent - would stay again!

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The balcony was lovely and made the room feel spacious. The views were great, and the location was excellent being a short walk to the old town (although it is a steep uphill walk back!) Staff very friendly.

Nothing. The only small thing would be to provide beach towels, however we went to the supermarket round the corner and brought our own.

Highly recommend this little gem of a base for visiting Dubrovnik

Very clean. The crisp white towels and bedding. The ideal location near Old Town, beaches, Lapad, etc. The host was lovely and very accommodating, there to greet and say goodbye. The air conditioning. The wee balcony. The comfy mattress. The coffee machine and lovely coffee. The wee fridge. Fabulous wee Street Food takeaway at the bottom of the road “Otto’s”.

Perfect place for couples to just enjoy peace and quiet

Beautiful place with just a few rooms so it was very nice and peaceful. The host was lovely and helped us whenever needed. The old town is just a 15 min walk and you can also take bus number 4 there which leaves very close by.

The host was so lovely. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk to the center of Dubrovnik. The room was super clean which is a huge plus for us. We also loved that there was a parking space in the property. Everything was perfect, nothing to complain ♥️

I am extremely happy with this choice.

One of the best, if not the best accommodation I’ve ever had. Spotless clean, modern, the bed was very comfortable. I loved the terrasse which is a nice extension to the room. The onsite parking is a huge plus in Croatia. Walkable distance from the old city - around 20minutes. Would definitely recommend. 😊

Clean, modern, amazing location

The location was perfect. Easy walk to the old town about 15 min walk and easy to get to Lapad we walked this a couple of times was about 30 mins. The room was modern and tidy. The terrace was gorgeous and allowed us to enioy a morning coffee. I highly recommend, thank you for a lovely stay.

great location - easy walk to old town and the other side of Dubrovnik also. host was easily contactable and gave us great recommendations for food. allowed us to check out slightly later and park in front of the property after check out. the air con was very welcome after a long hot day!

Short stay in Dubrovnik.

Fantastic accommodation, great air conditioning for the hot 🥵 days, a kettle to make a coffee when you wanted and a fridge to keep things cool. Nice big parking area, and as we were traveling by motorcycle, it was great to have it locked behind secure gates. Great location for a few restaurants locally or a short walk into the old town. But the icing on the cake, was the private terrace to relax on. Overall, a fantastic experience.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The owner was very friendly and communication was great with her. The room was very beautiful and balcony very spacious. We felt like the owner has put a lot of effort to make the rooms comfortable so the guests can enjoy their stay. The area was perfect in a quiet neighborhood with nice Café and restaurants nearby and in a close walking distance form the old town.

We loved our stay at Rooms D&L. Josipa is a very friendly and helpful host, giving us plenty of recommendations for places to eat nearby. We loved the location due to it being a short walk to the Old Town (with bars along the way) and within walking distance of Lapad and the new harbour.

The room was super comfortable and well decorated. The terrace was a great plus, gorgeous. Josipa was an amazing host, very friendly and welcoming, after we checked out, we were allowed to leave the car there during the day, which was amazing. The house was a 20 min walk to the old town and you can park your car inside. Definitely recommend it!

An amazing room, modern and clean, equipped with basic stuff such as a small fridge and two cups for an instant coffee. 1,5 km from the old town.

It was splendid. The apartment was very very clean, had everything you need and it's very near Old City, approximately 10min walk. You can enjoy on the terace without being distributed. The neighborhood is very quiet.
