Location was good. Easy bus rides to the old town and Lapad beach. The host was very helpful and quick to respond when we asked for extra toilet paper etc. Towels were changed every 2 days. Beach towels were available. The deck was large, had good table and chairs, and a nice view. The kitchen facilities were reasonable and the kitchen was kept reasonably clean. We were able to store our luggage in the kitchen, when we arrive before check-in time and were able to check-in a little early.
Breakfast was poor. Cereal was supplied and a few tea bags. We bought our own food and made our own breakfast. Fridge was a little dirty and needed wiping over internally. The Air conditioner light was very bright and made getting to sleep a challenge at times. The sheets were a bit small for the bed, so the top sheet was not able to be tucked in. The beds were a bit hard and a little uncomfortable. The hot water ran out one night and I had to have a cold shower when washing my hair.

Very nice facility. Good area. Owner very helpful. Room was nice and bed was very comfortable
Not much to dislike, would have been nice to have a kettle or coffee machine in room but kitchen facilities were more than adequate
