Cozy room

We stayed here for a night to see a light show festival. The room was very warm and comfortable when we arrived, and overall the place is nice. It is walking distance to old town of Dubrovnik.

Just a small note: the towels could use updating, as they weren’t soft and it was unpleasant to dry with them.

everything looked great in the pictures, we received a contact number from niksa to call half an hour before arrival to be shown the accommodation and where to park the car…

We called countless times, sent messages, no one answered, it was horrible, so much discomfort when you arrive at the location and no one is waiting for you, you didn't get any instructions, maybe they left your key somewhere, etc. The gentleman saw a message on WhatsApp, which he didn't answer, nor did he answer the calls. All in all, a terrible experience full of stress upon arrival!

Go for it If you like a very peaceful place away from market vibes

Property has a nice balcony and sea views. It is located in a peaceful society. Nicely clean 1 room with balcony. Host is good.

If you don’t have your own transport, then you need to rely on bus. From the nearest bus-stop to the property, you have to walk up the stairs which is too much. Also markets are far away.

Excellent place with comfort and great facilities in Dubrovnik

The villa was very comfortable. We had private showers, sunbeds, and a large garden with good views. The staff was excellent and he was very helpful and friendly. He made us feel in our own home. The location was also good- close to the transport.

The wifi was occasionally disconnecting. Everything else was great.

Great place to stay for a night or two

Great to have a shared kitchen and extra bathroom for check out day. Welcoming and helpful hosts. Lovely outdoor area. Also very walkable to Bellevue beach and Lapad area / old town (or by bus)

Friendly owner offer us some free drinks, we had free parking and there is a shared kitchen available.

Location is not bad (around 20min walk to Dubrovnik center) but you have to climb quite a few stairs. The apartment is rather outdated and could be a bit cleaner (there were some cobwebs in the room). We found it a bit expensive (but everything in Dubrovnik is pricey).

The location was perfect, few minutes walk to the old town and loads of shops around. Beautiful sea view.

The only thing I didn’t like was that our room at lots of ants, but I don’t think that was the property’s fault.

Great experience and I will gladly come back

The room was comfortable and had everything you need even a mini fridge. AC was also there interview from the window was really nice. They also was a terrace, and the staff was also very friendly. They also offered towels for the beach. I was greeted with a nice welcome and a cold beer. He also gave me some advice regarding restaurants when I asked him about it. Double windows were also really nice. Price was also reasonable but not cheap.

The bathroom was very clean, but not as nice as the rest of the apartment not very modern. If they installed a rain shower and maybe some other small adjustments. For now it’s a 9.8/10 for the room and a 7/10 for the bathroom.

Good view of city and areas outside of Old town

Great spot overlooking the city. The owner met us himself and recommended some restaurants and places to visit which we did end up going to. Good facilities and we had a little balcony which was nice and a shared kitchen with other guests. A little bit further from town, but we didn’t mind just walking everywhere. If you want to be spending all of your days inside the old town, this might be a bit far but our accommodation distance meant we got to explore other areas of Dubrovnik as well

Excellent stay in Dubrovnik

Location (25 min from downtown but with beautiful views and lots of places to have coffee, eat or just have a drink). Niksa was super nice and welcoming. The room was nice, comfortable bed. 30 min drive from the airport.

This is a family run inn and the family is very nice and helpful. We especially appreciated Niksa. It's in a residential neighborhood and from the balcony/patio, there's a beautiful view of the sea. The room was bright and clean. There's a communal kitchen and a grocery store close by, so we had a nice, light breakfast on the patio.

We took the #4 bus from the Old City, 3 stops away; <2 Euros, each. The walk to the inn from the bus stop is a steep climb with many stairs. Carrying our luggage was a bit challenging. Next time, we will take a taxi. Because we booked late, the only available room was the one with the bathroom across the hall. The inconvenience was remedied by the reasonable cost of the room.

Superb host, gave us a succinct rundown of where we were situated and best routes into the old town and nearest beaches. Fantastic location, <10 minutes to several beaches and can reach the old city in 20 minutes by foot. Our room was very clean and comfortable. There was also a kitchen available to cook in. Easy parking just outside the property.

My friends and I recently stayed at this apartment and we were impressed! The apartment was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also great, one beach that was really close was beautiful. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive to any questions or concerns we had throughout our stay. ~~ fantastic host greeted us on arrival with cold beers which was a nice touch and gave us all the info we needed on places to eat, busses, old town etc. apartment was spotless as was the entire house and grounds. great location with a 2 minute walk to the bus stop or 30 walk to the old town. situated in a very quiet part with a beautiful veranda. breakfast was taken in a fantastic restaurant just down the road and was delicious.

Everything specially the host really helpful and friendly!!! There was sun cream, bottled water, coffee everything was available for every guest. Less than 2 min walking we have Street food. 3 to 4 mim walking we have pharmacy, restaurants, bakery and two mini markets with everything to cook a meal or buy something you forgot at home.
