Comfortable hotel with spacious room

Very nice room, spacious, comfortable beds and pillows. It was quiet and clean. Good breakfast and good location approximately 15 minutes walking to old town. Nice staff and the piano coffee bar attached to the hotel was pretty good.

I don't give the hotel 10 points because: no tissues in the room, no decaff coffee available at breakfast/room, and the blow dryer in the bathroom didn't work well.

Very comfortable stay near the old city

Hotel staff members were all very helpful, from getting porridge for breakfast, advice for transport around the city or the hotel facilities. We got unexpectedly upgraded to a bigger room, that was very, very comfortable. They went an extra mile and supplied the birthday treat without prompting. The variety of choices for breakfast was great. The food in the bar was very tasty. The spa facilities - indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam, were really good, and provided the relaxing ambience. Walk to and from Old City was not long, and it provided an opportunity to see Dubrovnik from various angles.

With extra charge for usage of the spa facilities we wouldn't use it every day of our stay. We struggled with the AC settings, at the end we just switched it off, as in October we could just open the window.

Room was good and big size. breakfast very good just missing more vegetables. Location is quite good. about 20 minutes walk to the old city but goimg back to the hotel is a steep climb. but there is a nearby bus.

Nice 5 night stay at Hotel Lero, Dubrovnik.

Good breakfast and a good location (about a 20 minute walk to the old town). Having a lift at Hotel Lero, and a swimming pool was a bonus you don't get when staying in the old town.

The air conditioning was too cold and it didn't seem to respond to changes on the remote control.

room request was not initially address needed to have housekeeping attend as 2 single bed provided and not the double as requested. the room lay-out was poor with the toilet directly in front of the bed and only a smoked glass door in between

Good experience

The hotel is conveniently located not far from the center. We took just a 20 min walk or there is a bus station nearby. Breakfasts were great with a big choice of food.

The AC system in the room was too strong. I tried to adjust it but it was still very cold and the noise which it made was very loud.

Great hotel with very spacious family suite

The staff were exceptional: reception, concierge and at breakfast. This was an unexpected stay due to flight issues. Breakfast was very comprehensive and as our daughter was not feeling well, we were able to take her a tray of food which was much appreciated. Room (family room 301) was very spacious and well-equipped but slightly tired. That said, we would definitely recommend and visit again.

Beds were a little soft, but that is only personal preference. Other than that, faultless.

The pool was awful, most of the sunbeds were in the shade for most of the day. The photo of the pool gives the impression that the hotel is only on 2 sides however the hotel completely surrounds the pool. Would not have picked this hotel if we had known and believe the photo deceives customers.

Really nice hotel, with spa and pool. Located on bus line to old town, so very accessible. Was my partner’s 40th and the hotel gave us a free upgrade (room) and left a small cake in the room when we returned one day - lovely touches! Really nice bosnian restaurant on site along with a piano bar. Great stay, great hotel.

Fabulous

The hotel was fabulous. Staff throughout out the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Lovely buffet breakfast with a great choice of dishes. The hotel is in an ideal location between the old and new town with the no 4 bus stop situated within close walking distance to the hotel.

Can’t miss stay for quality

Beautiful property and it feels fresh. Lovely superior room category is large and super comfortable. The clean pool is an oasis in the summer heat. Restaurant with outdoor dining was very good. Also live entertainment was featured. We walked to Old Town both ways so it’s doable if you are fit.

Probably attracts large groups but that’s understandable due to its quality and location to port.

Great hotel with a nice location and everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

I really liked the location of the hotel. It’s in a pleasant neighborhood and only about a 20-minute walk to the old town, which made it easy to explore the city. The room was nice, with everything I needed, and the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked really well, which was especially appreciated during the warm days. The pool was a great bonus for relaxing, and the breakfast was good with a nice selection. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

The only small downside was that there could have been more sunbeds by the pool.

Excellent service, well-spoken staff! The breakfast was so yummy, lots of variaties. Close to old town and I enjoyed my stay there.

The bath tube area, the shower door and its entrance of it, it was a bit too high to hit your knee with.

Helpful staff arranged airport transport, stored luggage and were able to check us in an hour early. Very convenient to bus line to old town and staff explained benefit of city pass.

Spacious rooms, good size. Comfortable bedding and pillows. Good breakfast selection.

When it comes value for money, I felt the rate is not adequate but that’s the case of the entire city. The city is expensive so be prepared, and don’t expect to get the value except from the city itself and views. Everyone takes advantage of the city though they are not meeting the expectations. Also distance is away from old town, so be prepared for a 30 min walk at least twice a day. No shuttle has been provided, that’s why I suggest a paid shuttle for guest wanting to go to old town as taxi rate is extremely high for a less than 5 min drive. Also, staff is aloof and lacks warmth towards guests. They are warm between each others but when it comes to guests they are very distant. Overall average stay.

Good place to stay if you don’t mind walking a bit

Decent location poor breakfast

location was away from crowds and "walkable" to a point but otherwise bus was available. Service was good despite several things not working: hairdryer, no heat (they provided a portable one) and tv had a malfunction. The service came promptly to resolve all issues.

This hotel seems to service large number of tours. Large groups are seated for breakfast. I would say the breakfast was very poor. Canned fruits, limited real fruit like watermelon and the staff was not able to accommodate requests for vegetable milk on coffee or make separate coffees. This was one of the worst breakfasts in our entire trip.

Hotel Lero in Dubrovnik was phenomenal! The staff upgraded us to the Presidential Suite – a spotless, luxurious gem. The location is perfect, just steps from Old Town and beaches. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options. The team was friendly and attentive, and the convenient parking was a big plus. Absolutely flawless – 10/10! ---

Great location, helpful and polite staff, clean and secure, good value for money, good breakfast. Staff were amazing. Upgraded our room for free and helped us with last-minute restaurant reservation at the fully-booked and super popular Panorama restaurant. Extended our check-out time too. Thank you! Would definitely stay here again! :-)

Superb place with the superb people.

Staff are the treasure of this hotel. Kind, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, good humored... I could go on. Lovely place with excellent, clean facilities. Great food whether for breakfast, restaurant or the piano bar. Location is convenient too. 15 min stroll to old town or the bus, just outside for a short ride.
