Close to everything. Staff accomodating with queries. Good breakfast.

Clean, close to bus station to old town, bakery close by & grocery store (i think, but was not able to go there). They also have their own parking area.

Perfect location outside of old town

Breakfast was wonderful and has a good spread. Room was v spacious, clean and comfortable. There’s an elevator which beats staying in old town where you’ll need to navigate stairs to most apartments.

This hotel is not in old town - it’s something you need to be aware of b4 booking. It’s 4 bus stops to old town.

Highly recommended

Everything we look for, comfortable bed, fabulous shower. Great location near the harbour, lovely walk into the Old Town and lots of restaurants and markets close by. Extremely friendly, helpful staff at reception. Breakfast was ok but not a highlight.

Great location for a city trip to Dubrovnik

Great breakfast buffet with wide selection of food, great coffee, very friendly staff, king size bed, large bathroom with double sink, wc, and rain shower, large living space. Silent but effective air co in both living room and bedroom. Very close to bus stop where line 1A, 1B, 3 and 6 will take you to the old city. Very close to supermarket. Restaurants within 10 - 20 min walking distance. Close to the new port for a nice stroll along the harbour.

We stayed on first floor (room 103) and with doors to balcony open, quite some street noise. With doors closed, no issue with the noise.

Nice hotel in a convenient location

+The hotel is well located, a few steps from the bus station where bus takes you to Pile Gate within 10 minutes. +The breakfast was good and fresh, lot of choices, but same every morning. Espresso and capuccino was Lavazza and it was PERFECT. +Bed and mattress were good +Helpful staff +Great food if you dine at the hotel's restaurant and at reasonable prices

-The soundproofing in the room was not perfect. So the rooms facing the street have some noise from the traffic, but after 11pm they are quite quiet. -Τhe hotel could completely separate the smoking and non-smoking areas in the lobby by closing the glass doors, and/or opening the pergola, and/or allowing smoking only in the front of the hotel (next to the entrance). This could prevent smoke entering inside from smokers outside.

Location is good - the hotel is a 25-minute walk to old town, or you can catch a bus near the hotel for EUR2.50 per person. The room was large and very comfortable. Nice variety for breakfast.

The continental breakfast was amazing! Location is a short bus ride to old town and in a great spot for walking to many locations. There is also a small mall across the street which was a lifesaver for us as the airlines lost our bag.

Modern and clean hotel with convenient location.

The room was large and modern. The lobby and breakfast area was nice. The breakfasts were excellent although the same selection each day. The location is handy to the port where cruises leave though a bit of a walk. The bus to old town is close.

My room was too cold and you can’t control the temperature. Later I found out that the only control is turning off the AC altogether. There is no view but I knew it was a downtown type area.

Great place to stay in Dubrovnik

The hotel presents as premium and modern. Great rooms which are clean and spacious. Aircon is brilliant. Breakfast was very good. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location and very close to the local bus(about a 1 minute walk from the hotel) which takes you to Dubrovnik old town.

Housekeeping did the rooms very late in the day, we often came back to the room to rest after 2pm and it was still not done. We usually leave quite early in the morning so my only critique/advice would be to have rooms cleaned by 12pm.. What would make this hotel nearly perfect would be if it had a pool, but I understand space constraints may prevent this.

Great hotel for a short stay in Dubrovnik.

Friendly and helpful staff. Location very close to bus stop for Old Town & other parts of Lapad. Our room had a balcony. Good reasonably priced food. Great buffet breakfast. We ate our evening meals at the hotel.

The room we had booked was large with a comfy bed and big bathroom and we even had a seaview. All the staff were very helpful and nice. Good food at the restaurant. We would definitely go back there

Modern, clean, great staff and location. Easy trip to old town. Highly recommended

The property looks all but new. It’s spotlessly clean and to a very high standard. The bathrooms are gorgeous and high water pressure with ritual bath products. Mini bar in the room and all usual facilities. Beds were comfortable too. The 1A bus stop to the old town is 59 feet to the right when u leave the hotel and you can tap on board or buy at the booth. It’s super easy to the old town. Food and drinks were great. Breakfast was good too. Staff are friendly and efficient.

The rooms at the back are shadowed somewhat by a nearby building so our room needed a light on during the day. Certainly not a big deal but just to mention.

Comfortable and convenient

The location was great, right next to a bus stop, so it's literally 5-10 mins to the old town, or cross over and get the NR 6 to Lapad area, there is also a bakery less than 200 yards away, 2 supermarkets close by and an excellent restaurant across the road which was good value.

Breakfast was good, but could offer a little more variety of hot items, although the size of the serving areas probably wouldn't allow for much more, but it was still decent, so not a major gripe.

Good value

Clean, bright and airy hotel. Bedrooms very large, good storage and great bathroom. We had one at the front with balcony which can be a little noisy due to proximity to busy road- ask for a room at the back to avoid this. Breakfast plenty of choice. Approx 25 min walk to Pile gate which we enjoyed and selection of bars and restaurants around the marina if you dont want to go back to the busy walled city.

Good room, separate bedroom, very clean and fresh. Staff were helpful, friendly and available. Location was good for bus station and old town. Relatively quiet, lovely balcony, good breakfast and good menu for dinner as wished. Kitchen staff accommodating as regards menu, reception staff with useful information.

It would have been nice to have powdered milk sachets available in the room for tea drinkers.Also not sure about the design of bathroom window in room 210 as regards privacy…

Such a great find

Nice size room. Great shower and bed. Front desk staff exceptional. Location great. We’re glad we stayed in this area of town and not near the old town. It was so busy with tourism. We only went there once. lots of quaint little restaurants along the harbor.

Our view was another apartment building. So I upgrade to get a better view.
