Good location, nice hotel, a pity the restaurant was not serving food only drinks at night.

We have a bad stay in City hotel. The front office needed us to wait for a long time before checking-in, while there were no other guests here.
And we have requested the twins bed but only double bed room was provided, the staff had promised us to help us deal with it and after a 30+mins waiting, she told us she didn’t promise us.
And we would still like to ask for the arrangement, and she told that only manager can deal with it. And let us wait again.
During the waiting period, we saw her attitude was totally different when she was talking to European guests. We are not sure whether we are Asian so that be treated like that. But somehow we feel like being racially discriminated…
However, the hotel is in good location and the room was clean and new!

Not much facilities with additonal charges for parking. Location is not close to old town. Cleanliness can be improved given is its price is not cheap.
