Perfect for a one night stay near the the main bus station

The place was clean and tidy and is very conveniently located near the main bus station. Our room had a nice view of the port. Good for a stay for one night but I wouldn’t recommend more than that.

The wifi didn’t reach our room and there’s very limited facilities. No fridge or washing. Dubrovnik is fairly expensive and we would have forked out a bit more money to stay somewhere nicer if we were there for more than one night.

Gorgeous view and very accessible

Brilliant location, pleasantly surprised by the size of the rooms! Everything you need for a short stay in Dubrovnik and very handy in terms of public transport. The appartement was clean with a beautiful view of the city

Little hard to find- look for Pupo rooms when you get there, slight issue with some smells in the bathroom but travelling around Croatia I found this in a lot of the accommodation and I don’t think it’s down to a cleanliness issue but more just the heat

Good location for bus & supermarket. Self check in was easy & room has air con.

Don’t ignore the reviews - 150 steps, a single thin sheet & no duvet with thin, lumpy pillows. The room & bathroom were covered in dust, mould, rotting water damage, broken floors. Only 1x power socket. The balcony is shared, & the ‘city view’ is of a huge tree. The pictures showed 2 single beds next to each other, we got 2 seperate single beds with edges (we’re both tall & didn’t fit lying flat without our feet against/on the borders). The wifi barely works, doesn’t load photos/videos. The staff took ages to respond & sent us a check out message a day early - when we confirmed we were there for another night, no reply.

Only thing that was good about the room was the balcony and view

Rooms need quite a bit of investment in brining up to standard. Room was left dirty with previous occupiers rubbish in the drawer, cupboard without doors, old furniture, shower curtain dirty and AC did not work on first night had to ask it to be addressed which it was for the second day. Wifi no signal in the room had to send in the corridor to get any WiFi signal. Did not meet the description. Not value for money. Also we were not told at time of the booking that it had steep 20 to 25 stairs to climb to get to the property. one of our party has Stems put in for block arteries, luckily he managed to get up but any one with any health issue or disability would not have been able to get up, especially if you had large luggage. It was very irresponsible of Booking.com not provide this very important information. I will never again book any apartment or room with Booking.com.

Cockroaches all over the room , the staff were rude taking hours to respond . So many stairs no offer to help with luggage they watched me struggle up multiple flights of stairs six months pregnant. The hotel has a strong smell of mold and cock roaches crawled all over me at night

Comfortable and great location near the bus station

There was a slight problem with the wifi when we arrived so they changed us to another room which was an apartment. Martina was very nice and arranged everything for us. The communication pre-arrival was great too! I'm making my review based on the first room they prepared for us. It was very clean and comfortable, we had a partial view of the sea and was beautiful. Very spacious for two. It is perfectly located near the bus station. Yes, there are a lot of stairs to go up, but it is not that bad if you are prepared for it. The bus stop is right in front, like 5 min going down and there are a lot of restaurants and bars near there. It is another part of Dubrovnik that worth visiting.

wi-fi was not great. But as we only stayed one night we didn't say anything as it wasn't a big deal. I'm sure that they would have tried to fix this if we had told them.

Not recommended! Very disappointing room

- Close to the main bus station - Less expensive than other options in Dubrovnik - The beds were ok - Good sea views

- The light didn’t work!!! (see the picture) - 150+ steep stairs to access the apartment - Far from the old town - Impossible to contact the owner via phone or Booking. We arrived a bit earlier and had to insist three times to check in (the room was already ready…) - Only one plug in the room - Old furniture - No toiletries and the towels felt like sandpaper - The door to access the terrace was blocked

Lack of hot water in the room, we had to wash in cold water, which is unacceptable... dirty in the hotel, the place was not cleaned, a broken battery in the bathroom, the fridge in the room didn't work, the kitchen was dirty, neglected place

The staff was friendly and no problems with them. The view was spectacular on the balcony.

The shower curtain fell and did not stay in place, the bed lamp was held by one screw and fell off easily. The bed sheets had some holes in them. I had to climb over 100 steps with two heavy suitcases to get to the room and it was not easy after traveling several long hours overseas. The rooms allowed much noise to come through the doors and walls.

The rooms were dirty. Lots of dust on the floor. In one of the rooms there was no toilet paper and hot water in the shower. Male owner/host asked to fix it was rude and arrogant.

Name of the hotel is incorrect on here. Check in instructions were not clear. The place is hidden a bit up the hill, quite tricky to reach with a heavy suitcase! Staff did not know any English. Room was not particularly clean. Only stayed for one night and was glad to leave in the morning.
