Very close to bus station. Clean room. littile more hygenic surroundings.
Wifi speed. No drinking water in the room. Better directions or boar at the entrance.

Location is good if you are travelling via boat or bus.
All fine but the price is very much for the room. Later I booked much better with 30% cheaper and next day.

Good price, location suited me for bus transfer, very clean and had everything I needed.
Slightly aggressive emails about what to do and not to do. You just need someone to translate in a slightly politer form of English and you can improve this greatly. Shower flooded bathroom floor.. put a mop in there to sort it easily.
