Accommodation Close to Main Bus station in Dubrovnik.

Great Location, close to public transport, easy to get to the old city, bus 1A or 1B. Opposite main bus station. Walking distance to lots of restaurants. Comfy bed! Good service and good communication from booking till the actual stay.

WE made trip to Ston and Hodilja. There we find very good fish and austers. Three island by boat.

Location was very good nearly the bus station. Comfortable to take the bus to old town or Ston. We use the possibility to make coffe or tea.

A wonderful holiday in Croatia. Fabulous Roman architecture.

Nick met us on arrival and helped us with our suitcases. The accommodation is nearly opposite the bus station so was very easy to find with cafes and services easily available. A bus stop to old town was just across the road. Lovely shower, comfortable bed.

It was clean, great beds, excellent shower, perfect location for busses and the harbour. Great air condition. The man was polite and friendly, I will stay there again if I will be on similar travel as I was this time.

Island hop

We arrived late at night about 10pm from Dubrovnik airport. The owner was inside. Did not know that just knocking on the entrance door will do. He helped carried our luggages up to the room. Very pleasant modern room with comfortable bed for good sleep. Below are 2 bistros that still serve food and drinks. This location is useful if you are taking the TP ferry to the islands eg Korcula. Can walk with your luggages to the ferry point about 800m away.

Lovely modernized & comfortable unit in convenient location to transport.

For bus & ship access the location is perfect. Units are clean and modern & Luca was a most gracious host.

As with most older buildings in Croatia there are some steps to climb with bags, but Luca was very helpful & accommodated us with a lower unit.

Great location and immaculate.

Immaculate. Luko was so accommodating to stay late because my flight was delayed. I took the ferry in the morning and I simply walked across the street. Restaurants and services nearby, everything I needed.

A must stay!

Clean room with excellent water pressure in the shower, comfortable bed, and extremely attentive and kind host. This was such a welcome reprieve after 36 hours of travel to get to Croatia. Loved having a fridge and hot water heater in the room for making coffee and green tea in the morning and keeping our bottled water cold. Even the smaller rooms have no problem fitting a couple + four pieces of carry-on size luggage. As a bonus, the soundproofing from the outside is excellent- when we stayed in the room right by the bus stop, you could not hear any street noise in the room. One thing to note- be a conscientious guest when you’re leaving/ coming back to your room as it’s not completely sound proof from the hallway into the rooms. Not a problem though- just something we noticed once :) This property is perfect if you’re taking a bus or a cruise from Dubrovnik as it is literally right across the street from the bus station and a quick walk to the port. And we were able to either walk (~45 minutes) or uber (5-10 minutes and 6-12 euros) into old town.

Cosy stay

It's a small accommodation with four rooms. The location was quite good; the bus station to other cities is just across the street and there are grocery stores like Konzum and Studenac nearby. Room is clean and tidy; the owner Luka is helpful and you can communicate with him via the Booking.com chat when he's not around. So make sure you tell him what time you are arriving and leaving beforehand. It takes a few steps to its entrance, but Luka is kind enough to help move our bags up the stairs. If you need luggage storage before or after, the bus station nearby can help, which costs less than 0.5 Euro for an hour.

You might have to wait for about 30 minutes or more between showers for hot water supply.

The host Luka is very nice to give us recommendations about where to go and what bus to take. The location of the apartment is very convenient, bus station across the street but not noisy at night. A big supermarket is very close to the property.

Perfect Hotel for In-Transit Plane/Bus/Cruise travelers

Ora suited our situation perfectly, as we were in transit to Montenegro after a flight from Rome to Dubrovnik. The hotel is located right across the street from the Dubrovnik bus terminal, so we took the shuttle from the airport and then picked up our bus to Kotor the next day. Luka, the proprietor, gave us a warm greeting and fast check-out the next day. The rooms are tastefully refurbished; the bathroom and shower are particularly nice. Our room was perfectly quiet, even being situated just one floor above the street immediately across from the bus terminal and the cruise port.

Stayed for 1 night. The owner was there to greet us on arrival and show us to our room. He was friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable and had everything we needed. Was a lovely place to stay and wish we had longer there! Would definitely recommend to stay here!
