The Ora Luxury Rooms was a perfect stay in Gruz to catch a ferry the next day. The staff at Ora were Very helpful and attentive! Thank you!

Good location for cruise departures. Comfortable bed.
Walk up deteriorated stairs with luggage to reach entry way. No lobby or central area with staff available for requests.

I booked this property last minute and am so happy I did! I was able to leave my bag at the property well before check-in which was great. My room was clean and comfortable, not super spacious but perfect for 1-2 people. The host was wonderful with ensuring I was able to use the available facilities and also to access the bus station across the road. He went above and beyond to ensure I got on my bus on time!! Very happy with this stay.
The property isn’t super close to the city centre but local transport was super convenient and easy to use. I arrived on a public holiday so supermarkets/convenience stores were closed and I was unable to buy water - would have been nice to have a bottle in the fridge upon arrival!

Everything was like new, clean and very comfortable… the location was great for catching the ferry to Kotor and even a bus straight out front to get to Dubrovnik Old Town. 10 min ride .
Great cafe downstairs and the Host Luko was extremely helpful with directions and info in every situation.
The rooms were serviced every day too.
This was an emergency booking as the accom we had first booked was not up to standard so we left it and found ORA.
We were fortunate to stay at ORA.
Nothing.
