Wonderful & charming hotel.

Very friendly & helpful staff. Room was lovely and comfortable. It was chilly but we still jumped in the pool for a few minutes and then used the hotel's sauna which was great. Neighborhood is nice for walking around & only a 5 minute drive from Dubrovnik old town.

The shutters outside the windows were creaky in the wind at night and woke us up a few times.

A luxurious quiet escape in a beautiful Dubrovnik location

The boutique hotel is a beautifully restored property that is subtly elegant with modern facilities. It really feels like living in a Venetian or a Lake Como villa. It's just incredibly beautiful! The room was luxurious and spacious, elegantly decorated. We love the breakfast provided, especially the coffee, juices, eggs and the grilled vegetables. We also love the afternoon cake and coffee time - the modern apple strudel was gone in a few seconds, so scrumptious! I would like to also convey my appreciation to one of the staff who sorted our room temperature (the first night our room was really stuffy and we found out the room was indeed too hot temperature-wise from her), and another staff member who provided us with milk for our room and breakfast box for an early day trip start. So sorry I did not remember their names but thank you to all of them! We love the location in Lapad, near to a lively promenade with good restaurants and shops. Lapad felt more like a family area. Easy to get an Uber or bus to the Old Town. We did walk to the Old Town once but it was too long and not scenic. Take an Uber!

It's probably the way the hotel wants to serve breakfast but we would rather have a buffet set out (for the drinks, cold items and bread) for self-service, rather than ordering our meals/drinks because it felt we were somewhat bothering the staff. On that note, we also had a staff during two breakfasts which sorry, I felt was a bit condescending to us to a point I really wanted to finish breakfast fast and get out of sight. It slightly dampen the spirit of being in such a beautiful environment. Maybe she needed to take a break or something after a long shift.

Perfectly located and immaculately presented hotel - ticks every box for a relaxing break

breakfast is served daily from an a la carte menu with table service to a very high standard. The pool was quiet and secluded with plenty of beds, towels and waiter service which was perfect for relaxing. Every aspect of the hotel was of the highest standard and all the staff from the cleaners to reception to the waiters were helpful and courteous throughout our stay

Comfortable hotel in a peaceful location.

We liked the location of the hotel - in a peaceful setting near the marina within an easy walk of plenty of restaurants and beaches and an easy bus ride (or 40 minute walk) up to the old town. Our room was particularly spacious and nice and bright with two windows on each side. The pool area was a nice place to relax.

Breakfast service was a bit slow and the staff not very responsive. Would have been good to have a staff member supervising the pool area - some guests were leaving towels on beds even when they were not using them meaning guests arriving later thought they were unavailable.

The hotel had a great pool. The restaurant was great for both breakfast and dinner. I loved that breakfast was table service and not a buffet. The staff were always friendly and professional.

The ambiance-appearance of the hotel were great. The outdoor restaurant was in the courtyard and a beautiful setting. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was exceptional in quality and appearance.

The location is a bit of the beaten track but in a reasonable area and we felt safe walking at night after our meal though there is not a lot to look at. Breakfast was very good from an a la carte menu but all items both hot and cold were served at the same time and not as courses. Despite this a very good stay.

Hotel, service, breakfast all 5 star

You definitely feel you are in a quintessential European boutique hotel. Located 15 mins bus ride from Old Town, the area is just as cool with many bars, restaurants and the waterfront surrounding the hotel. It was super quiet and peaceful. The bed was very comfy…we slept so well. We loved returning each afternoon to rest at the pool. The service was impeccable and the breakfast plentiful and delicious. An amazing stay!! Cannot recommend enough!

Quiet hotel outside the city center.

I enjoyed that the hotel provided a quiet escape from the very busy old town area, and we were within walking distance of several restaurants and bars in the Lapad area.

The restaurant and the bar were of limited value. After having breakfast at the hotel, I was glad that we’d booked dinners elsewhere. It also difficult at times to find someone working the bar—it seems the hotel runs on very few staff. Relatedly, the pool bar/restaurant doesn’t open until 1 pm, which we thought seemed late.

A superlative hotel, would definitely recommend.

Very welcoming staff. The room had views in 2 directions and very efficient air conditioning. Super large bathroom with a shower and a bath. Varied offering for breakfast , but provided in a way to make minimal waste.

The hotel is a bus ride from the historic city centre, so we spent some time waiting for the very busy bus. But good to escape the bustle.

A fabulous boutique hotel away from the crowds.

Beautiful building and courtyard. We had a fantastic room (number 10) double aspect with four windows and a dressing room. It’s not got that many rooms so doesn’t feel too busy and is far away enough from Old Town to feel like you’ve got away from the crowds despite it being peak season. But is close enough to be only a 15 minute drive away. Well located for ferries to the Elephiti islands and close to Coral beach club which is great mid-week for some uncrowded beach time. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast too.

Almost nothing, my one recommendation is that the bathrooms could be modernised but ours was absolutely spotless and perfectly adequate. So just a minor point.

Look no further, best hotel

This is a beautiful boutique style hotel, with wonderful staff. We had an excellent dinner on our first night. Breakfast each morning was served in the courtyard, a very extensive menu with many choices. The marina is straight across the road, with many restaurants nearby, we got a taxi into Dubrovnik Old Town or a 35 minute walk.

Lovely hotel would definitely return

The location is good, out of the old town, by the marina, with a regular No.6 bus outside every 10 minutes to take you in. The swimming pool area is lovely and calm, the pool isn’t huge but it’s very nicely done, with good seating, beds and shades. Food was good, breakfast not buffet, but waiter service and freshly prepared good quality. We also had lunch which was a set menu and very tasty. Our room was large and comfortable and the staff were all pleasant and helpful.

Beautiful boutique hotel located on the port. The staff very friendly & attentive. Our room was very spacious & clean, breakfast was great, with a good selection of hot & cold choices. We were 5-10 mins away from the old town, super easy to hop on the local bus (number 6) which stops right outside the hotel. It was nice to be staying away from the crowds & to see a different part of Dubrovnik. Would highly recommend

Super charming hotel with great staff and amenities

Charming hotel located across the yacht club of Dubrovnik with very comfortable rooms, nice heated swimming pool in the garden and very good breakfast. Staff was super friendly and service oriented. Parking available and the public bus stops just in front of the hotel, making commuting to the old town super easy and quick.

The room given to us was a bit small yet very comfortable and well equipped.
