From the moment we arrived late at night after a very last minute booking Bojan from customer service made us feel relaxed and special. When we wanted an extra pillow it was sorted. When we wanted information on where to swim he recommended the perfect spot for me (he took the timw to know who i was and what would best suit me). Bus into town he gave the easiest directions and best advice. We decided last minute to add on a extra day and Bojan gave us advice on the best way to do this and when we had to leave earmy to cath the ferry and would miss breakfast he made sure we had a lunchbox to go.
But it doesn't stop there the breakfast and dinner buffets were plentiful, delcious and with alot of options (you can even get your own omelete made for breakfast).
And the staff her managed the tables were constantly on the go cleaning up our dishes, making sure we were okay and they had the most pleasant demenours what a dream place to spend a few days eating, drinking, swimming, site seeing and relaxing.
The Tirena team are A+.

The hotel is beautiful inside and the rooms and bathrooms are immaculate and super clean. The exterior of the hotel could do with an upgrade. The pool area is beautiful. A very popular hotel for families. Breakfast was also very good.

Very nice and clean hotel. Service staff was top! Ivana specially organised a late check out as I had business meetings to attend to and even remembered me and my room number when I checked out! Attentive! Food for room service and at the pool was great too!
