Beautiful view and great parking

We have chosen this property because of their underground garage which is a great help in the city (they have around 8-9 places in total), but we were very satisfied with the environment as well, easy access towards the center (20 min by walking, but you can also go by bus or taxi) or to Lapad district and it has a shop, restaurants, cafees nearby. The room was comfortable, beatiful view from the window, we would for sure stay here again. The common kitched served also well so we could prepare our breakfast quickly.

I think 1 improvement point is cleanliness in the bathfroom: on the walls I found small stains of toothpaste from previous guest, that could have been removed. But it is nothing major problem and the room was perfectly clean! (+ additional point is the kitchen, unfortunately some guests do not care about common areas and leave places and plates dirty or messy in general, I would recommend to involve this area better under the daily cleaning service to avoid bad experience of the next guests, but I also understand this was not fault of the property and after all, in hostel category this can be considered very clean!)

Clean and Cozy

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. It has a great location with a nice view of the harbor. Shops and the harbor are within walking distance, and there is also a pharmacy nearby. The room was pleasantly warm, and the shower was spacious and equipped with shower gel. Although the room was a bit small, it was perfectly adequate for a comfortable stay.

There is only a very small shared kitchen for the entire hotel. It has two electric kettles, a microwave, and some kitchen cabinets, but it is not suitable for cooking. There is no stove, and the space is extremely small — only one person can fit inside at a time. In terms of cutlery, there was only one fork and two tablespoons available, while there were many knives

Good value for money if stay close to bus station

Great value for money. Location is great, close to the main bus station but a bit far from the old town and it’s right off the main road with many cars going by. On the ground floor at front, the shop is closed so it wasn’t so inviting. Although the real entrance is not at front anyway and inside the building is pretty nice, it’s just that it may seem less inviting when arriving in front of the building.

The gourd floor front had nothing at all and seemed to be a closed down shop.

Great location for short stay if you want o to be near port and bus station.

Right opposite the port, so really easy for an early morning ferry. Easy bus journey into town. Comfortable room with ensuite.

Nice

Good place to stay since it is 5 min walk to the central bus station to the right and 5 min walk to the old city bus stop and the islands' ferry- on the left. There are coffee shops, restaurants and a nice walk along the port and the beaches. The room was like a 3 * hotel with a great view to the port.

The kitchen was not sufficiently equipped!!! In such an expensive city, you do need to prepare your own meal occasionally, and there are only a refrigerator and a bad looking microwave...

Budget accommodation but clean and absolutely fine for a cheap deal for a few nights

Budget accommodation in an area that is expensive. Rooms were clean and showers were good. No breakfast provided but there is a good bakery next door and another just down the street, a coffee machine in the reception area that does a good coffee for just one euro, and kitchen facilities available for guests to use (we didn’t use this) Located near to the main bus station, so buses in and out of the old city every 15 minutes during the day (less frequent in the evening) if you take a short walk to the bus station. Very convenient if you arrive by ferry as it’s right near the harbour.

I think it’s a safe area, but the fact that reception is on the first floor, the entrance is at the rear, and there’s no real security to stop anyone just walking in and accessing all areas without passing reception made me mildly uncomfortable. Would have been nice to have a couple of extra blankets available as it was chilly when we were there in early October

Traumatic night

Close to main bus station

Sound-proofing was horrible because we could literally hear the next-door occupants having sex on the bed and it caused our bed to shake the whole time!!! That kept us up at midnight so it wasn't pleasant at all!!

Great location. Near the ferry port and bus station. Buses run frequently into Dubrovnik which only takes about 10 mins. Quite a few bars and restaurants nearby.

Hotel located outside the city, requires taking the bus to get to the old town (1A- 1B- 3). Room furniture is simple but functional. Free parking available. friendly staff

It is located a 30-minute walk from the Old Town. The hotel has an underground car parking area. There is a supermarket 5 minutes away from the hotel. The interior was ordinary.

Good location for short stay

The room is spacious enough and the internet is good enough in the entire room. and it is walking distance from the bus station if you just do stop over for 1 night here the hotel is a really good choice.

The facility in the room is almost non existence. but they have everything on the hotel you just need to ask the reception like hair dryer and the fridge is on the second floor with some microwaves to heat your food.

Pros: close to bus station and some good restaurants. Decent view and friendly staff. Cons: wifi isn't that strong for business calls, walls are super thin could hear my neighbors talking like they were in the room with me, shower was broken had gaps in the sliding door, cleaning lady just barged into my room while I was in there for no reason

Good option

Good quality accommodation for a night before embarking a cruise. Close to cruise terminal, large supermarket and bus station. Comfortable bed, good view. Cheaper than most other options. We were able to self-cater. Hairdryer available on request from reception.

Expensive for what it is. Kitchen did not have all the equipment in the photo (toaster, sandwich maker, coffee machine) and was very small. No facilities to recycle our packaging and waste.

It’s very clean and the staff is friendly.

You can hear everything in the other rooms and the ventilation system makes a weird noise when it stops. If you are a light sleeper it can keep you awake. Also the underground parking space is a bit tight when entering and when you are trying to leave it slips a lot (AWD car with new tyres - michelin ps4s)

Perfect location

The location is so convenient, 5 minute walk from the bus station, Konzum, and a bus stop to the old city. Facilities are pretty good, staff is great, overall an excellent option to stay in Dubrovnik.

We booked a double bed, and we got 2 twins bed pushed together, which was not very comfortable, since the beds tend to separate during the night as you move while sleep. Also, the room liked a small fridge to store yoghurt, milk, etc.

Happy!

The property was very clean, modern and comfortable. The air conditioning too was a great relief from the heat. Very close to the bud terminal and a 5/10 minute bus into the Old Town.

It rained overnight which was incredibly noisy on the exterior of the building. That was probably my only qualm.

Great location but cold a/c

Great location to the port (1-2min walk), which suited us as we had a 7am ferry to catch. Near to supermarket, bakery, many restaurants and bars, and the bus stop also very close which has a direct bus to the pile gate. View from our room as lovely and comfortable beds. Very clean and shower was good.

The a/c wouldn’t change from 18deg and it was freezing all night. We had to use the extra blankets but woke a few times just from the cold a/c blowing on our faces. Was a tad noisy however that’s more of a complaint of the neighbouring guests who were very loud! Shared kitchen isn’t really usable as only bare cupboards, 2x microwaves and a fridge/freezer. No utensils of any kind. (Knife, spoon, pan etc) nothing.
