dirty, rundown, long wait to check in

Only like locations convenience to the bus station for my early departure from Dubrovnik.

Long wait at restaurant bar, I was told by staff "it was going to be a while", hotel check in was secondary to restaurant services, had to wait 20 minutes at the bar to get the room keys after 12 hours of traveling. Room was run down and dirty, I wore my sandals in the shower. Broken items throughout the room, tv didnt work, there was food in the tea kettle, ( yes food) towels smelled mildewy, I slept on top of my travel towel and pillow. If I had not arrived after hours of travel later in the evening I would have left.

Don't stay unless you have to be close to bus terminal

The only thing that is good about this property is location, if you travel by bus - it is literally just opposite the bus terminal. This is why I stayed there. The bed is hardly wide enough for one person. Nothing else was good.

It is noisy - the windows go out to a busy road. At night, one may have the impression sleeping on the street. The room is tiny.

Convenient location for travellers!

The location was directly in front of the main bus terminal. Access to the old town is easy by bus. The restaurant beneath provided very good food as well.

With some basic attention to detail it could easily be improved.

The location was exactly where we needed it to be.

The electrical plug sockets were unsafe - they were not fixed to the wall. Plugging in chargers could have resulted in getting shocked or worse. The pillows were lumpy. The towels were torn. The shower attachment was loose and so sprayed everywhere.

Couldn’t get any closer to the bus station

If you are travelling by ferry or bus this place is great as it’s so close to both. It is also near the bus to the old town which only took about 10 mins. It is very basic but for one night it was fine and the communication with staff via WhatsApp (as we arrived on a Sunday) was easy. We could even check in early which was nice.

Nice place for a short stay

Very nice apartment for short stay. We stayed here to get the early morning ferry. An ideal place to stay if you want to do the same. You get a discount for food in the place below

You check in with the restaurant below the apartment and an employee brings you up to the room. The workers are lovely except for one who is extremely rude. If you don’t get to meet her you’ll have a lovely time. The traffic from the road can be kinda noisy but if you’re tired enough if you won’t even notice it. Not much to do in the town.

Great Location, bathroom could use some cleaning:)

The location was the best part, close to the bus station and the bus stop is right outside, the restaurant is right below. And the grocery store is a minute away. The air conditioning was also really nice and the apartment had a Tv! The staff were nice as well

The shower was very dirty, there was hair stuck in the drain and we had to pick it up as the water wouldn’t drain, there were hair all over the shower floor . This is the only downside and could definitely be improved!

Close to the bus station. Room was clean, and the furniture was modern. Air conditioning worked very well, it was new. There was just enough space for two.

It would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room. Also, window didn’t offer any view to outside. Internet didn’t work, but I’m not sure if Wi-Fi was available. The price-quality ratio wasn't quite right, but it’s a suitable accommodation for a one-night stay before a flight.

Not proper Linens on the bed, no pillows with pillow cases , only decorative ( which people don’t wash after every guests) , fitted sheet was very old . I didn’t feel like it was clean bed.

The staffs are very friendly & being helpful. The location is super convenient right opposite the bus terminal. Downstairs is restaurants & local bus stop to the old town.

The room & bathroom are pretty small without facilities, e.g. kettle, glasses, etc. Not enough space to move after opening 2 suitcases.

Absolutely terrible and unacceptable

The location next to the bus station was convenient

-hotel did not leave the key in the room as discussed a few times, we arrived at 3am from a bus and werent given any informatiom if or when anyone would be coming to let us in. The owner called us an idiot for calling him to ask and then began to ignore all of our calls. (Someone eventually showed up after we left to find another hotel and I only found out when I called booking.com and THEY were able to contact the owner) at 3-4am after paying for the entire night - this is pretty unacceptable when we discussed a plan of action ahead of time with the owner/staff. - the bathroom smells like urine and the fan does not work (or there is no fan) - the shower did not drain - towels did not smell clean (kinda sour) - book light doesn't work in room - pillows had no pillowcases (and ripped, so cotton fluff is coming out) - exposed electric socket in the room - ants in the hallway and in the room (crawling on my legs) - owner threatened to call the cops on is for trying to sleep in what we believed was the 'lobby' downstairs and we had to leave because we were afraid

Ok for a one night stay near the bus station.

The room was basic but had working air conditioning and wifi. We stayed here because it was close to the bus station. The restaurant below was convenient.

The shower was a dribble with no water pressure. The bathroom was very dirty. The main door to the street was also always open, which felt a bit unsafe.

Room was not clean, bed was uncomfortable and not sure how clean sheets were. Ants in bathroom. Bathroom was dirty. Air con was on the blink - kept turning off and on. Chairs were broken. Very noisy snd you can hear everything in the room.

The rooms were not clean. There was tabacoo on the tables, shards of glass in the shower, stains all over the curtains, no toilet paper, dirty bath mats and someone tried to enter my room in the middle of the night. Terrifying to say the least.

Do NOT waste your money on this total dump. The amount they charge you is unethical.

Nothing, really. Perhaps the worst room I’ve ever had (and I’ve stayed in hundreds of places). There were no cockroaches which, given the state of the room, could be seen as an unexpected positive. The air conditioning also worked.

Where to start? Perhaps the most glaring thing. On our second night there came an absolutely horrible, almost unbearable stench from the pipes. I LITERALLY gagged everytime I entered the room. It ddn’t go away. Other things: the room lacked all the simple, nice things that 99.99% of rooms have. A water heater, drinking glasses, etc. Nearly everything they did have was broken: the hair dryer, the shower head holder, even the clothes (hangers). The bed was old, very squeaky and uncomfortable. The furniture was old and worn. The walls need painting and didn’t even have the obligatory painting on the wall. It was a depressng scene. On the day we arrived there, I got an email saying to contact the staff in the connected restaurant to work out the room situation. However, we were dismayed to find that the restaurant was closed on Sundays. I had to send an email and hope they answered (which they did quickly, to their credit). The area of the bus station is also awful.

Not great personal attention

Clean room.

There is no reception. The place is rule by the waiters in the restaurant below. So, no great personal attention. Though not their fault, as they were super busy doing their job as waiters... By night they told us that we could leave the luggage for some hours until we leave the city, and in the morning they didn't allow us to do so, just being evasive, and without any explanation... Might be they should invest in a person dedicated to deal with the hotel?

The location is great, the room is passable for one night, but wouldn't stay longer. It is good that they have air-condition and blackout curtains with new windows so you don't hear the loud main street of Gruz.

The floors were not cleaned. The bathroom is really basic; open shower (no curtains) was quite clogged so we had to wait about 15min for the water to go down so that we can both shower and not flood the whole bathroom and connected bedroom.

Next to bus stop ( local and intercity). Restaurant underneath with piano music, that you can hear from your room. Transfer from airport to hostel easy, just shuttle bus till last stop. Big supermarket just 10 min walking distance. Next to ferry stop.
