Nina is the soul of the hotel, she is extremely helpful nice and kind! She makes sure every single guest enjoys the stay, breakfast or anything related with the accommodation. Nina kindly waited for me until 23:30 for the check in and at the check out she stored my luggage at her office. Thank you Nina for all your help and lovely attitude.
The accommodation is old, a refresh would be good.

Great location. Walking distance to bus and ferry terminals. Nice continental breakfast.

Its location. Hadn’t been pointed out it was firstly up to flights of stairs to access the accommodation, then a further 2 flights of stairs to our bedroom .. Main issue was the room had little space for luggage so extremely cramped.. Very difficult in contacting Nina to check in after I had messaged her with no reply .. excellent breakfast. Sadly lacking in decorations in last 20 odd yrs
