Very friendly owner, good breakfast and good location.
Very small room, different than the pictures. A bit old building and no parking available.

Excellent communication with the owners and staff. They were extremely kind and friendly. The location was perfect. The old port is very touristy and busy and this is tucked away perfectly. There is a bus but we walked to the old city and back. We also crossed the street to hop onto the ferry!

The couple that run Rooms Villa Amfora Dubrovnik are incredibly nice and helpful. It was a pleasure talking with them most mornings during breakfast. The breakfast was also really nice with fantastic banana bread. The location is somewhere between excellent to OK depending on what one's travel goals are. The location is extremely close to both the bus station and the port where boats leave from, which is handy for day trips to the islands around Durbrovnik. To visit the Dubrovnik old town, however, one must take a bus, which is hit or miss since the buses do not always show up on time.
The room itself is a bit on the small side, especially for a couple. It seems like there is a bit too much furniture in the room for the size; we saw that many other rooms had moved out a chair or two into the hallway in order to create more space inside their rooms. The shower was also very small to the point where the shower curtain is always touching you when you take a shower (i.e., the usable space is about 0.5 m2). The water temperature in the shower was also challenging since it could go from very hot to cold (or vice versa) very quickly.

Its location.
Hadn’t been pointed out it was firstly up to flights of stairs to access the accommodation, then a further 2 flights of stairs to our bedroom ..
Main issue was the room had little space for luggage so extremely cramped..
Very difficult in contacting Nina to check in after I had messaged her with no reply .. excellent breakfast. Sadly lacking in decorations in last 20 odd yrs
