We were extremely happy with our stay and would gladly return anytime!
The accommodation was spotless and very well maintained. The towels were changed every day, and the bed sheets were beautifully white and clean; they were also changed during our one-week stay, which we really appreciated.
Mrs. Ava is absolutely wonderful — extremely kind, helpful, welcoming, and always available whenever we needed anything or had questions. She was also incredibly friendly and sweet with our little boy, which made us feel even more at home.
The location is excellent and very convenient. There is a minimarket just a 2-minute walk away, and several good restaurants within 5–10 minutes on foot. We also loved the little garden/terrace area, where we could sit outside and enjoy dinner in the evening.
Overall, we had a lovely experience and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again anytime!

Toni and Ava were wonderful hosts! Communication has been clear and easy since booking and throughout my stay. I was especially grateful that Ava accommodated my late check-in by staying up to welcome me. She also responded very quickly when we needed extra blankets and umbrellas. Thank you for making the stay so comfortable!
The Wi-Fi was quite slow, and I personally found the bed a little warm, so I kept the fan/AC on during the evening. There were also a few ants on the table, which are expected given the summer season and that the property is on the ground floor. As the property is located on the corner of an intersection, it can sometimes be a little noisy, although this varied from day to day.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at the apartment, the room was lovely, big and comfortable and in a good location with a supermarket right around the corner and bus stops close by. Lapad beach is only a short walk away too so everything is easy to get to. Ava was a lovely host, super kind and thoughtful!
