Stunning view apartment tucked away from the buzz of the old town right by the bus station.

The location next to the bus station was really convenient for us. And away from the buzz of the old town really liked the calm, shuffles to city centre are easy and there’s a lot of them plus quite cheap (if u buy tickets at a kiosk rather than on the bus). The view from our apartment was stunning and the host was kind enough to let us store our luggage at the property as we checked out until our next bus.

The bed wasn’t great - it was squeaky and loud with each movement made. That’s the only thing really.

The view. The bed was comfortable.

There were dust bunnies under the bed and the rest of the floor was dirty. The hair dryer was held together with tape. The bathroom light was missing the bulb, the bedside table light didn't work. The wi-fi signal was very weak. For a better experience the patio area could be enhanced with more comfortable chairs etc as the view was awesome.

Adequate for one night

The location for us was good beside the ferry and a sea view.

The first time in our 10 day holiday that staff didn't speak English. The apartment was spacious but in dire need of refurbishment. It had one glass and 2 cups one of which had a chip in it. It had a spacious balcony but no sun shade over it. Bed not very comfortable.

Close to Ferry & Bus terminals- But A LOT of stairs

Very close to bus and ferry terminal. Accessible to city “ Old town Dubrovnik” with bus (very frequent). Clean rooms, big shared balcony (shared with 4rooms)- overlooking port/ cruise ships. A few nice places to eat close by. We would suggest the Konzum market for groceries (close to bus terminal), or the Pemo Hypermarket (20min walk).

A LOT of stairs to get up to Pupo rooms (probably 5 stories worth of stairs). Very little sidewalk to get anywhere from street access.

The stairs!!!! I dont like it. The room was great, friendly stuff, but alot of mosquitos. We bought Raid. It was a good experience anyway, away from the crowd of turist.

The washing machine is shared, a hair dryer was kindly given, close to the bus station.

Initially, they gave me the wrong room that I booked. They changed the rooms abruptly when I asked for the difference back. There were ants in the rooms, both in the previous one and in the one they moved me to. The hostel is located on a mountain, you need to go up long stairs. The rules of silence are not observed by the owners themselves, furniture is moved and drunken laughter can happen in the middle of the night. There is no refrigerator, kettle, cups or plates.

Beware of the steps

Great view

Long continues set of stairs maybe 150 to 200. Wasn't warned about this and arriving late carrying a pack it was tough. Anyone wheeling a suitcase would struggle. On arrival I was met by someone who wasn't sure where to go and led me through a narrow lane littered with old appliances. It felt like a slum to be honest. This is a shame because the room was adequate

Far better places if you look around

Location near to ferry and bus station

I sent a message to say when we were arriving. The other 7 places we stayed at made contact but they didn’t. We got there and no one around. It was in the check in time. I phoned and a lady sent a young lad down to show us to the room. He was friendly. No washing up liquid no tea towels. No fridge. And Only enough shower gel for one person. Two old bath towels no hand towels. The hairdryer did not work. One toilet roll. The door had a lot of glass. Although you couldn’t see in as soon as it got light the sun shone through. There should be a curtain or something . Never saw anyone in the time we were there. Two days later left and left the key in the room. Similar price to the place we stayed in earlier in Dubrovnik but no comparison in the the room facilities or welcome we got.

Nice hotel close to the bus station and Port Gruz

The guy who checked us in was very friendly. The rooms are a nice size and clean. The location was perfect for us as we needed to get the bus to Split early, there is a public bus stop into Old Town a few metres away. Aircon works well.

Wifi was a bit off at times, which was mentioned in their information at reception. Only thing which we would have liked would have been a mini fridge.

very good location but the room needs more facilities

perfect location , right in front of the Bus Station , couldn’t be any closer. Staffs are helpful .

however the room has no facility , bed sheets , towers are very old and the bathroom is not clean No shower gel, No shampoo , No hand wash , No fridge , No dryer . it’s a shame that the property is in such a lovely location with beautiful view but the room is very outdated , need repairs and refurbishment , need clean white sheet, pillowcase , duvet sets and some toiletries to be rated as 3 stars .

Possibly a good stay ruined by no internet.

It was a spacious room with a great view. The host let us check-in earlier so it was comfortable for my pregnant wife.

There was no wifi! This is 2023! We were tourists who were crippled without any internet as it affected our travel plans.

In terms of price-performance, it is great! The room was quite clean. Overall it was an okay experience. We werent expecting the highest quality as we stayed there only for one night.

Furnitures and the bathroom were old. There was an interesting hole on the bathroom door. It could be better with small changes.

We liked the location of the appartman, it's just few minutes walk from the bus stop what goes to the old town, absolutelly perfect location! We loved the appartman's cute narrow street with its lot of stairs,it was always fantastic experience walking up and down there! :) The appartman has a nice, huge balcony with a great view, we just loved to live there! :) The hosts were just nice and very helpful with our any questions! Thanks a lot! :)

Friendly personel

The Wifi did not work. A 3 star room should also have a TV and provide shampoo. The chair should be repaired. Only with difficulty I could find a blanket

bad stay

The person checking us in was very unprofessional. didn’t even wear a shirt. took forever trying to figure out how to check us in. The room had a gross smell to it, the mattress was very uncomfortable and they didn’t even have proper sheets for it. the shower had mold in it and the hot water didn’t last long (2 minutes at most). I also woke up and found mouse droppings at the foot of my bed. Would not recommend.

People are very friendly & helpful. They support you ,when you have to put your luggage up in the 128 or more stairs,steps...They wait for you when you arrive by bus .They communicate with you & give their free time always when you have a question.I especially liked the wonderful view from upstairs over the harbour.I felt very well in Pupo Rooms & could advice to go there

Le minimum vital mais séjour tout à fait correct

Très proche de la gare routière donc parfait pour les gens qui arrivent de l'aéroport ou d'une autre ville en car. Très belle vue depuis la chambre d'hôtel et terrasse commune agréable. La gérante a été arrangeante avec nous. Chambre spacieuse. Clim à disposition.

Environ 200 marches pour arriver jusqu'à l'hôtel, l'enfer avec les valises. La gérante ne parlait pas un mot d'anglais donc extrêmement difficile pour se faire comprendre. Pas de frigo dans la chambre, pas de table de chevet, pas de savon dans la douche.
