Not good for athletes.

The location is good.

I came by car. They told me that "private parking" is paid extra. It was paid in cash, not through booking. I was packed on the street the whole time!!! The bathroom has two entrances from the room and from the corridor. The entrance from the corridor was locked. I came with a bicycle to the apartment. My mistake is that before arriving I did not ask if I could stay with him. The old man behaved rudely when he saw the bicycle and said that dogs and bicycles are not allowed in the apartment.

Great property in gruz, Dubrovnik

Great room with shared bathroom and you get exactly what it says in the description. Coffee and tea provided in the morning and near a bus stop for travel into the old town. I would recommend staying in this area as it has the best food and drinks nearby only 20 minutes bus to the old town and near the port and bus station. Ivona was great at telling us exactly how to get to the property with pictures but there are signs outside too. Would recommend to stay!

Exceptional

The room is large with comfortable bed. The house is quiet with 4 min. walking distance from the main road. The host is very nice and helpful. I particularly like the terrace for group gathering. There are bar restaurants and supper market nearby .

It locates in upper level. You may need to walk the stairs for a few minutes. It may be a bit challenge if you carry a heavy luggage. No problem if you take Uber.

Perfect location and Ana is a marvellous host. We felt very at home during our stay. As well as that, she organised our transfer to the airport which is a huge plus.

The walls and doors seem to be very thin, meaning it was nosier than expected. However, having a set of earplugs helped.

Good stay if u want to have a location close to Dubrovnik bus station

We used this location for our last night in Dubrovnik (coming from Montenegro). Relatively close to the bus station with airport shuttle to Dubrovnik Airport. +/- 15 min. walk. Friendly host.

We had a room next to the bathroom, the boiler and refrigerator in our room made a bit of noise. Also some noise coming from other guests in the nearby room. OK for a short stay, but wouldn't advice it for more then 2 nights.

Ana was a lovely host, and gave good information about how to get into the centre. Very close to the port and bus station. A short bus journey into the old town.

Close to Bus Station (15 min). City bus connection to the center or 30 min by foot. Two markets nearby, at least two cheap and very good restaurants nearby. Lovely, caring and helpful owner. Nice house with small terrace.

It was clean and peaceful to sleep beacuse it was on the edge of the city

The way host treated us at the morning and forcing us to leave even if we didnt exceed our time to leave. I did not like the location and it was really hard to find it.

Good

The shower pressure was very good, the room was very clean. Hosts didn't understand English very well but were friendly and accommodating. Near the port area and close to restaurants and cafes. 15 minute bus ride to old town.

Hosts were onsite all the time and in next room often. For the double room with external bathroom ran into hosts about 4 times during 2 night stay so privacy was compromised here. Felt like we had to check out at 10am because bathroom cleaning had commenced before we left. It was pouring with rain so we called a taxi so we could be out on time. Steep climb from main street and stair climb to room.

Praktische Lage und angenehmes Ambiente

Ein sehr herzlicher Empfang, tolle Lage, sehr sauber und alles im Zimmer, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt so braucht. Dubrovnik, Lapad, Gruz in der Nähe und man kann trotzdem ruhig schlafen. Auch war der Kontakt sehr einfach hergestellt und die Ankunftszeit schnell ausgemacht.
