Stevi was very chatty and helpful. Use the no.6 bus just at the bottom of the road and turn right. Takes you straight to the old town. Leave early to miss the hordes from the cruise boats

Anna guesthouse is amazing I can’t recommend it enough !!! Etienne is a very nice person who I do everything he can to help you . He is a very honest person and told us what places are good to eat local good food not too expensive and avoid some touristy overpriced places , he also recommended the Dubrovnik pass that was so helpful and cost-saving and on our last day our flight was late in the evening but he let us keep out luggages at the guesthouse as we had a tour booked and when we came back in the evening at 7pm he even offered for us to take a shower before going to the airport even if the check out was supposed to be 10am!! The location is perfect 3 minutes walk to a bus stop and it will take you in about 10/15 minutes to Dubrovnik old town , on the other side you only are 10 minutes walk to lapad beach which is beautiful. There are also cafes supermarkets and bakeries around . Also very good value . Clean room with shower and toilet, there was even various international adaptators in case we needed it ! Can’t recommend enough thank you so much Etienne 10/10

Very comfortable bed, lovely clean room. Welcoming and knowledgable host.Just be aware that it's up the top of a steep hill so unless you are very mobile, use the number 6 bus. 5 min walk to restaurants and bars and a 10 min walk to the beach. Good value for money

It is very well placed! In 10 min ypu can reach the beach and close to the guesthouse there is also the bus station to the city center!

Ana and her family are wonderful hosts. They even sort out my transport to port when I need to leave at 6 am. I am fortunate to have a room with kitchen and fridge. They advised me what to see, where to eat and get good discounts. They even have an iPhone charger to charge phone if you forget yours. Lovely guesthouse. Would stay there again. Note there is no shampoo or conditioner. Please bring ur own. It is very safe and easy to get to using bus. Please note lots of stairs and no lift if u need accessibility. Easy to go to local supermarket to stock up.

Nice, comfortable apartment on the hill (lots of stairs to get down to main street, great to keep you fit but not ideal when not good on foot) beautiful little garden, outdoor seating, clothes drying rack, little kitchen with all essentials, good AC, lovely and very helpful host.

The lodgings are located within about a mile from a nice beach. However, the place is located high on a hill, approximately 150 m above sea level. Older people might find that accessing the Beach by several stairs without a car might be challenging.

Every wish will be done, very kind guestfamily. Calm surrounding with nice view and a little garden. Cooler and heating which is good in Dubrovnik. Busstation nearby. Walk downstairs is about 10 minutes to the beach. Supermarket and bakery within walking distance.Clean and renovated. Price very good. Wifi + and good TV for each country. Worth to stay and I will come back again another year.

Resonable price. The owner is kind. Good service. Good helps. We can contact before coming for picking up at the airport with resinable price. It is a little bit difficult to get to the hotel if we have big luggage.

Had a great stay. Handy advice and help from the owners. Nice and clean room with good bed and wifi. Can’t thank them enough for allowing us to stay in the room a bit longer as our boat didn’t sail till late in the day. Was nice to be able to freshen up. Thanks again for a great stay.

it's written in the expedia page of the hotel that you can pay with credit card, but then they do pretend cash, saying that they don take CC since 2 years. They promise in the description a welcome drink the was never offered. Never willing to help with the problem they created wanting the cash, the owner was not discrete at all, entering the room even if i told hm not to do so, because my wife was still in bed. Also deriving the position they "forget" to tell you that to go visiting you have to take a pathway thats only with stairs, not feasible for people who can't be autonomous. The other option is a street to be climbed with some effort. Not happy at all also because the owner was pretending that was MY mistake the credit card issue, denying the evidence. I showed him the page of his house in expedia and he said that wasn't his structure! The free parking that they say you have to reserve it's just a free normal parking in the street...

We were very grateful for the helpful, warm family who own and serve there. Adequate accommodation at a reasonable price.

We had two studio rooms next door to each other with use of the terrace where we could sit and eat. Very quiet location within a 10 minute walk down to the beach, shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean with a small en-suite shower room. The studio rooms included a microwave, fridge,sink, toaster, kettle and two ring electric hob so good for making our own meals when we wanted to. Very comfortable beds and everything clean and tidy. We had fresh satsumas in each room and then the owner kindly gave us some lovely homemade apple dessert.

We booked the design apartment which is next door to villa anna and owned by neighbours. The apartment is equipped with all you need and has a very modern feel. The location is up some steps from the main tourist area where there are many restaurants, shops, post office etc. The walk down to the sea is to the harbour in one direction where tour boats operate and a footpath past some pebble beaches and clubs in the other.

The room we stayed in had everything we needed and was part of the owners house. Its in a great location for getting to and from the old town. The apartment is also only a 3-5min walk into the centre of the new town where there are lots of restaurants and beaches. The owners of the apartment were really friendly and helpful - they made our stay much nicer.

I can't speak highly enough of my stay at Anna Guesthouse. The owners were so warm and accommodating, even offering to pick me up from the bus station and making sure everything was comfortable. I had a private room which was extremely clean, so comfortable, and everything smelled amazing! The guesthouse is a 45 minute walk from both the bus station and the old town. There are also buses that run consistently and pick up outside the hotel. It was quiet and night which was great. Lapad beach is a 5 minute walk and so are beach restaurants and bars. Can't recommend this place enough! The owners are fantastic and the stay was perfect!
