The owners do not speak English but are able to communicate with signage and Google translate. We stayed there twice. Bed was comfortable unlike a 5 star hotel where I had to sleep on the floor so my back wouldn't hurt. Would stay there again.

It was a nice hotel. Only downside is that you need to walk down and up a lot of stairs to reach to hotel while going back from center. And center is totally not in walking distance in 35-36C. The bus station going to Old Town is close by, but as I said you need to go up and down a lot of stairs which was challenging for me. Other than that is is 5mins with bus. But if you have knee problem or not very physically active, I recommend to consider a lot of stairs you need to go up and down. If you are fit and active, then it won’t be issue.
