The staff is so friendly, the facilities are good and clean
The location is perfect for someone with a motorbike, or a car, if you want to walk you will need to go always up and down

We had a great stay. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, close to the beach and bus stops, with both the Old Town and New Town about a 15-minute walk away. There were also restaurants and shops nearby. Overall, a very convenient location and a lovely place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Dubrovnik for 2–3 days. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the beach and very close to bus stops, making it easy to explore the city. The host gave us such a warm welcome and was incredibly sweet and kind throughout our stay. Her hospitality made us feel right at home. Thank you for a lovely experience!
It might be a bit confusing to find the hotel, especially if you arrive at night.

1. The owners are always there smoking outside
2. Dubrovnik had days with 40 degrees, the rooms AC kept being turned off by the owners unless we were in the room so we arrive everyday to a boiling room
3. You have to go a very very long way up stairs to get to it
4. We left our stuff at time check out on the hall, to pick it up later and went to the beach. When we arrived back, we asked for a bathroom to change and they said no, that we could change right there and they will just go outside
