Wonderful and unforgettable holiday

Location is great! The facilities are very cozy and clean, owner greeted us with juice and some chips (we arrived very very late and it was helpful and sweet 🥺) and some candles on the balcony. Everything looked like magic. We had a great time relaxing in this villa. Very quiet, very beautiful view.

Stairs was challenging though, but was another option with shortcut on elevator. So wasn't a real problem.

Nice but definitely not superior

Nice and very helpful host. Clean apartment.

It's very small, however the name says it's superior. The bathroom is the smallest I have seen in my life. The beach is horizontally close but vertically far.

Very nice vacation.

Nice place near the Sunset beach. Amazing views and clean nice room. Staff was very helpful. I recommend this place if you want a quiet place to relax.

A lot of steps to the beach but it is not problem if you are in good shape or use a taxi. As there is no breakfast in the apartment hotel then it would be nice to have some kitchen facilities. Now there were two plates and glasses. But this is not a problem if you eat in the restaurants all the time. But I did not know that Dubrovnik is much more expensive than Finland. If people are not making much money how they can afford the very steep prices in the stores and restaurants?

Liked the view and the location, as well as Mirijana's welcome dessert.

It's not up to the people who run this place, but unfortunately Dubrovnik doesn't stop with the construction work during season and waking up at 7:00 to noise was off. There was one happening in the building as well.

Small, not ideal for anyone unfit.

Small rooms, 288 stairs to accommodation. Narrow bathroom. Parking on road, tight. Owner comes in to open your balcony door and leaves open, so unsafe. Building works currently waling you up at 6am. Turned up but bulldozer said it wasn’t the right property. I have taken photo for everyone to locate.

Ticked all the boxes for my needs

The property is exceptionally clean, it had everything I needed as a solo traveler, the host was so kind and helpful I felt really looked after and any query I had was responded to straight away , very relaxed after my holiday.

I would just like to advise travellers Dubrovnik has a lot of steps so just be conscious of what suits you in high temperatures when booking accommodation.

Idyllic villa in the heart of Lapad

The host Mirjana was so caring and we had an issue which was sorted out immediately. The place was clean and we had access to the kitchen too. The balcony overlook the beach area and it was quiet and very scenic. It was a good find and a great place to stay.

The stairs to the beach are not ideal for the elderly but we had no problems. We were also told that these could be avoided if we go through the hotel More by accessing 2 lifts. We did this and it was fantastic.

A sanctuary in Lapad

Mirjana couldn’t have been a lovelier host. Her generosity and thoughtfulness was obvious from the moment we arrived to the moment we departed. The rooms are bright, clean and well equipped and the terraces are big, quiet and perfect for downtime. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Villa Misita if you plan on staying in Lapad.

Everything was great!

The host knows what true hospitality is like. She was very friendly and helpful. Always smiling, always kind! She knows alot about Dubrovnik and its surroundings, so it's worth to listening her. Our room and the bathroom were always clean and tidy. We got what we expected. Maybe I'll come back one day. Highly recommended! <3

Just two suggestion to the kitchen: 1. a coffee machine, 2. a microwave

Friendly host, offered us a parking spot. Clean room. Nice view at night towards the city from the 1st floor, a little bit over the sea as well.

Small room with veryyy small bathroom. The pillows were uncomfortable, woke up with neck pain. Quite far from old town, you need to take a bus to reach there.

Great place for value

We've spent our honeymoon together with my wife. Mirjana was very nice and ensured that we have complete privacy there, we really appreciate that. She was available when needed and helped us. The view from the terrace was breath-taking and the room was comfortable. Overall we loved it.

We spent really nice and relaxing time here

The room was very clean. The kitchen was shared but it contained everything what was needed, including iron and ironing board. The house is located on the hill and the view was wonderful, especially at night when you can see lights of the city. Location is very good. There is a nice beach visible from the balcony. Also there are a couple of other beaches which are accessible by walking (10-20 min). The host was very friendly and treated us with welcome drinks.

very good value for money, room was very tidy, neat and impeccably clean, view from terrace was absolutely breathtaking, free on site parking, very close to beach (Sunset Beach) and bus station for city center/walls, host Mirjana is very kind and helpful, welcomed us with cold drinks upon arrival

cash payment (would have preferred card/online payment), but the host accepted partial euro/kuna payment for settling the due amount for our stay

Romantic place to stay

We loved Mirjana! Nice and sympathetically person, who helped us a lot! She explains everything to us about city and where to go for food. Also had some advices of bars etc. at our room for hang out. Kitchen was equipped enough. Had air conditioner and bath at our room. Also a balcony with a nice view! :) Mirjana did a littlest something in the beginning for us (present for welcome us). We loved it

Perfect vacation!

Mirjana is a wonderful lady! Villa is amazing! Quite spacious, clean, cozy with beautiful view. Kitchen is well-equipment. Nice terrace with sunbed and candles after sunset. Sunset beach is 7 min by walk, Copacabana beach is 7 min by car or 20 min by walk. The nearest shop and cafe - 5 min. Very good location. Thank you very much for your hospitality! Highly recommended

Villa Misita is located in Lapad, 20 minutes by bus number 6 from Dubrovnik town centre. It is a lovely place. The views from the balcony are stunning. There's a beach 10 minutes walking from the house. The room has everything to make you feel comfortable. Mirjana, the host, was very helpful and kind. She also let us do a late check out on Sunday.

The host was wonderful, she helped us with info and she even gave us a ride to the bus station when we needed information. The room smelled really nice, of lavender and mint. The location was really good, in the heart of Lapad, close to the bus station that had many connections (about 10 min walk- 3 flights of stairs or there was an easier but longer way- on the street, about 15 min)

Georgous view to Lapad bay from a terrace of the apartment. The place was maintained very clean at all times and host Mirjana is just very helpful with everything you need!!! We had great holiday here!

Very homely room with nice touches. The large veranda offers a fantastic view of Lapad bay. The apartment is very near cafes and some wonderful restaurants. A 10 minute walk to the bus stop will allow you to travel to the old town - a must see! Mirjana is a wonderful host. She is very thoughtful and helpful with loads of advice and guidance. Our arrival was delayed but she kept in touch and organised a taxi from the airport (recommended for 35 euros or 250 kunas),
