Close to the beach, only 8 minutes walk. Nice for family of 5.

The apartment is well suited for 4 people, with two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, which makes it comfortable for families or small groups. Everything inside was clean, tidy, and well maintained. There were no unpleasant odors. The air conditioning worked well, and there was a reliable supply of both hot and cold water. The kitchen was equipped well enough to prepare your own meals without any problems. Considering that accommodation in Dubrovnik is generally expensive, the price-to-quality ratio was very good.

There was essentially no view from the apartment. The entrance opens directly onto a regular street where people walk by in the evenings. The biggest downside was the location on the hillside. Walking down about 300 steps to the beach is manageable, but climbing them back every day is a serious workout and can be tough on your knees and joints. The hosts' English was quite limited, which made communication more difficult. It took some extra effort to obtain an invoice for my business trip, although in the end everything was resolved successfully.
