It can be a great space to stay in with some investment, refreshing and AC cleaning and refilling

The owner is very kind, there is secured private parking, and the accommodation is located in the most beautiful part of Lapad, right next to the promenade. The distance to the sea is a 5-minute walk. Nearby are shops (Tommy, dm) as well as several dining establishments (cafe, pizzerias).

The heating was very bad - the AC doesn't work properly, probably due to a lack of freon, so the room couldn't get warm, especially the bathroom. The room hasn’t been ventilated for a long time, so bugs (stink bugs) started appearing, which further added to the discomfort during the stay. These are also the reasons why we left the accommodation earlier than we had planned.

Love the comfortable bed and the location is Divine! Best place to stay. Price wise is the best u can find in Dubrovnik. Best location lots of restaurants around and just walking distance from the beach. Easy Access to buses whenever u wanna go to old town or other places. try that Indian Restaurant beside the villa they have the best buttered chicken and garlic naan. And dinner time go to Golden Park Hotel just also walking distance they offer dinner buffet that also worth every penny, I'm telling u this area is the best!

Non so far. For the price it's already best in Dubrovnik. Trust me it's hard to find a gem like this

The location is exceptional. The beach is 5mins walk, restaurants just outside the Airbnb plus the grocery is just 1 minute walk. Bus stop going to old town is 2mins away. Would highly recommend this place. Our kids swim everyday at the beach. The host, Toni, is very kind. Would definitely go here again when we visit Dubrovnik. Thanks Toni.

No facility to cook though there is a microwave to heat up the food plus restaurants are just nearby so it’s fine. There is a bbq pit if u wanna have some bbq.

Really excellent location and value for money, just need to invest in proper mattresses and new pill

Really fantastic location, could not have been better, right by the main strip with all the restaurants, would highly recommend Trinity Asian food and Pizzeria Scala nearby! 5 minute walk down to the beach for lovely sunsets each evening, 2 minute walk to a large supermarket with a great bakery inside and a few minutes walk to the main bus stop which can take you into Dubrovnik old town in 10 minutes or so. Very good Value accommodation for the area and the manager is really nice and he is always there to help when he can. The transfers booked by the manager to and from the airport were brilliant and the cheapest price we could find, extremely reliable for timings. We were able to keep bags in office on our final day after checkout which was helpful also.

We were really disappointed to find the double bed has an awful foam mattress where it is like you are sleeping on a slant all night- I have never stayed in a place with a mattress this awful. The pillows were also really lumpy and I did not sleep well most nights. I understand the price is really good value but I would rather have paid a bit more to at least have a decent mattress and pillows! Everything else about a budget room doesn't really matter as long as you can sleep okay, please consider updating these as itll make a huge difference to guests! Also the walls are very thin, so take earplugs! Our upstairs neighbours were playing very loud music and shouting alot of the night until 2am and it was as though they were inside our room. Also balcony is shared with other guests, opt for the top floor twin room as I think this one has their own balcony and might not be as noisy. Finally the room did not feel very clean, we had multiple large bugs in there also so this could be improved.

1. we were pleasantly surprised to find a refrigerator in the room, as it was not mentioned in the description 2. we were allowed to arrive 2 hours earlier than the description stated 3. the air conditioning in the room was great 4. comfortable mattress on the double bed 5. the apartment administration was very polite

1. the only downside was that it could have been cleaner 2. the shower drain didn’t work very well. 3. the soap dispenser was not refilled, but there was shower gel available in the shower cabin

Very beautiful place

Very beautiful place with great location - sea, only 400m, restaurants and promenade near the Villa, public transport to Old Town, only 300m, good supermarket, only 200m. In Villa Micika we felt like home ❤️. We had room with balcony - great place to have breakfast. In room we had air conditioner that saved us from the high heat. 🙂 Also there always was free parking that was very important to us. In Villa Micika you can find garden where to rest and grill - amazing place. 😇 Very friendly personnel, especially, Madame Micika 😻 Price per staying is very good at this place, highly recommend to visit Villa Micika. Thanks to our new friend Toni! 🤩

perfect location

the location was absolutely perfect, there is a supermarket right behind the house not even two minutes walking distance, there is a long street full of cafes and restaurants next to the house as well. the beach was about 5-7 minutes walking. the host was very friendly and helpful when we needed help, and let’s not forget the most adorable cat and 5 tortoises in the yard!!

the bathroom was not the cleanest when we arrived and the toilet paper, hand gel and shower gel were all almost empty. it was hard to do the dishes because there was only a small sink in the bathroom and the cutlery/dishes were not a lot for four rooms to share. i would definitely recommend adding an area to do the dishes as well as add more cutlery and cups, but still it was manageable and we were happy to be able to save some money not having to go out to eat every evening

Pokój był zaniedbany, stare meble, strach dotknąć. Pościel na łóżku sprawiała wrażenie niedopranej, pomięta i byle jaka. Łazienka niezbyt czysta. Za stolikiem nocnym pająk (tam były kontakty). Szafka kuchenna z naczyniami i czajnikiem stoi na korytarzu, nie ma żadnego kącika kuchennego, wszystko jest w przejściu. Polecam wziąć własną kawę i herbatę.

- jaszczurka w pokoju pierwszego dnia - odpływ pod prysznicem zatyka się po kilku sekundach - czajnik, mikrofalówka, lodówka jest na korytarzu, nie w pokoju, i jest to do dyspozycji wszystkich osób z piętra (4 pokoje) - w pokoju wszystko słychać gdy sąsiedzi korzystają - na korytarzu bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach prawdopodobnie z lodówki - słychać każdy ruch z pokojów obok, ściany jak z kartonu, brak ciszy - jeden ręcznik na osobę na cały pobyt - drugiego dnia w nocy w łazience smród jakby wybiło szambo, nie dało się oddychać i trzeba było otwierać wszystkie okna żeby to wywietrzyć - jedna suszarka do włosów na cały obiekt - meble stare, ogólnie nie było zbyt czysto - na zdjęciach wszystko wyglądało lepiej niż w rzeczywistości

Нет никакой кухни! Есть коридор 4мx1,3м , в котором стоит стол 0,8 мх0,4м с тарелками, ложками и вилками, на нем стоит микроволновка, впритык к столу стоит холотильник 0,4 м х 0,4 мх0,8 м , а на нем эл. Чайник… ни раковины, ни мусорника нет! При этом из этого коридора- кухни ведут 4 двери, за которыми располагаются 11 кроватей для жильцов… Из обещанных принадлежностей есть в душе только жидкое мыло, полотенце положено только одно банное…Правда по просьбе принесли еще.Постельное белье не глаженое, кажется не свежим, подушки оставляют желать лучшего.В комнате есть «письменный стол»- 0,4 м х 0,5 м , который приспособить для приема еды невозможно- на нем стоит дополнительное освещение/ настольная огромная лампа 🤦🏻‍♀️/ Таким образом нет никаких условий для приема пищи и ее приготовления.Зато во дворике стоят несколько столов со стульями, которые в пустовали - конец сентября не летний месяц, холодно

Chambre simple pour un petit séjour

L'hôtel était proche de la mer et à côté de la rue principale. Il y a également l'arrêt de bus qui amène à Dubrovnik à 5 minutes. La chambre est meublé avec deux lit, un bureau et une armoire. La salle de bain est simple. Il y a à chaque étage, un frigo commun et quelques tasses et couvert pour manger ainsi qu'un micro-ondes.

La posizione eccezionale, vicina a tutto: supermercato a due passi, fermata del bus per la Citta Vecchia praticamente dietro l’angolo, nelle vicinanze ci sono ristoranti, bar, tabacchi e la spiaggia a soli 5/10 minuti a piedi. Check in e check out molto semplici e personale cordiale e gentile.

La pulizia troppo superficiale e l’illuminazione della camera lascia a desiderare. In generale la camera era un po’ datata, soprattutto il bagno

Super endroit rapport qualité prix imbattable

L’hôtel est super bien placé: à côté de la plage, d’une rue commerçante avec nombreux resto, en face d’un beau supermarché, et à 2 min du bus. 6 vers le centre de Dubrovnik (1,75€) tout en étant au calme. La communication sur booking et wathsapp était ultra rapide et les explications précises. Je recommande à 100%

La chambre pour 2 était assez petite mais suffisante et propre, avec la Clim! Ce n’est pas le grand luxe mais parfait pour dormir. Nous y avons passer 4 nuits à 2.

A localização é excelente, próximo da praia, ao lado de um supermercado grande, restaurantes e bares muito próximos.

Extremamente sujo, tivemos que lavar a capa do edredon pois cheirava mal, as toalhas cheiram mal, os móveis são velhos e é tudo sujo, na verdade muito sujo. Na varanda haviam beatas de cigarro no cinzeiro, nem isso eles limpam, a casa de banho é cheia de limo. É uma pena pois a vila é linda, mas está completamente abandonada a sugeira e falta de renovação dos quartos e dos móveis.
