Guest House Vila Micika Dubrovnik

Toni was lovely, he was very helpful when we needed anything and provided us with ideas for our trip. He also provided us an airport shuttle to and from the airport, which was very convenient. The location of the property was perfect. It was right next to the beach, next to a big supermarket and within walking distance to many wonderful restaurants, including a lovely walking path along the coast. The airconditioning worked perfectly, the garden of the villa was great for relaxing and chatting. The beds were comfortable and the facilities were working properly. We were also provided with towels for the beach as well as separate towels for showering, and when we ran out of anything, Toni would provide us with it immediately.

The cleanliness left a lot to be desired, for example: we had to clean every surface in the room, because everything was dusty and left black marks on the tissues and wipes we used. The floor had a lot of dust, hair and other dirt, especially behind the bed and under the couch. There were things left behind from previous guests that were not disposed of. Bugs such as grasshoppers and house centipedes were seen in our room, which made us uncomfortable. The shower seemed slightly unclean, with sand stuck to the floor. The drain was blocked many times and the water rose very fast which made it stressful to shower. We tried to use the “please clean room” sign and left early to make sure we gave the cleaner enough time, however, nobody came to clean which made us feel like the sign was useless.

De airco is erg goed, de bedden lagen fijn en de douche had een goede waterdruk. Handdoeken kreeg je als je erom vroeg. Room cleaning ook.

De kamer was stoffig bij binnenkomst. De deur was soms lastig op slot te doen. Check goed of hij wel echt dicht is.

Je ne pourrais jamais assez remercier le monsieur de l'accueil pour ce qu'il a fais pour moi. Vous avez sauvé mon voyage par votre gentillesse votre grand coeur votre humanité. De meme pour le chauffeur! Deux hommes exceptionnels!!!

Le geste que les messieurs ont fais efface toutes traces de quoi que se soit! J'ai adoré ce pays cet hotel les croates.

Mysigt beläget nära strand, buss, bankomat och andra sevärdheter. Väldigt bra och snabb service, alla som arbetade där var mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma vid incheckning och svarade på alla frågor! 10/10 när det gäller service! Vi fick checka in tidigare och vi fick en gratis parkeringsplats 👍 Läget var även jättebra! Ägaren tog till sig feedback som jag gav eftersom jag tycker stället kan bli ett superbra ställe!

Rummet behövde en renovering och mer städning. Sängarna var lite för mjuka för min smak.
