Great location and extremely helpful staff. The hotel’s owner was on site and was a great source of information and a delightful person.

The best hospitality we’ve ever experienced at a hotel! A member of the staff met us at our taxi drop off and carried our bags and guided us through old town to the hotel. He spent time with us going over a map where to eat and visit while in old town. Our room was very clean during the multiple days we stayed there. We loved the Nepresso coffee maker. The location of the hotel was perfect! When we left the hotel after our stay ended, the housekeeper insisted on helping carry our suitcases down the steps. We had the best experience at this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Roman, I believe was his name, was more friendly and helpful than anyone I encountered on our 2 week trip. The owner of the establishment let us check in early and leave our bags after our short stay to explore a bit more. This made all the difference in our short trip to the city. The room was clean and very quiet off of the busy main tourist corridor. We would 100% stay here again.

Wonderful stay at this charming hotel in beautiful old town! We were greeted at check in by a young man who brought up all our luggage from the street, then spent about a half hour with us mapping out the city and making helpful recommendations. The owner was very responsive to messages, helping us locate beach towels and directions to the best beaches. We had just ended a cruise and so were off the ship early, and we headed to the hotel to just stow our luggage, and found that they had already prepared our room and let us check in 5 hours early at no extra cost! Highly recommend!
