Fabulous views from the balcony. Very helpful and accommodating host - my travel went wrong and I was late for check in and panicking a bit but they waited for me.
Location is great for views but difficult for arriving after dark, if you are not used to navigating city spaces like this. Arrived in daylight if at all possible.

I cannot imagine a more breathtaking location. The best view of the old town you could ask for. You could shoot postcards all day and night from your balcony. Impeccably clean. Full kitchen facilities. Friendly owners.
Yes, bathrooms are separate from the rooms - but they are privately assigned, just across the hall, and larger than normal. It really is not an issue. If you don't have a car, make sure that you can handle the 10 minute hike up the hill from the Old Town (but if you don't like walking up hills, then maybe Dubrovnik is not going to be your favorite place.)
