A perfect place to stay in Dubrovnik

Perfect and I would definitely stay again

The property had amazing views straight out onto the sheet and over to Dubrovnik. It was only nephew hundred steps down into a bathing area, but most of all the house Victoria was so welcoming and helpful.

The best trip ever!!!

My first time visiting this wonderful place. I have no words to describe how nice are people specially Vicky and her husband. They are so welcoming, so kind, so helpful. Always trying to make your stay as delightful as possible. Also this is not included but it is a super nice gesture from them that one time waking up Vicky brought me some croissants in another time she also brought me some yummy fruit. When I arrived the weather was super hot Vicky gave me a delicious home made Lemonade. They provided me with directions, recommendations, etc... You have wifi in the room that works perfect. Also the room is really nice and cozy. Very clean. You have a big bed very comfortable. The view is amazing. You have a view to the old town with the ocean, really nice indeed. Everything is quite close as it's 15 min walk to the old town. You can also walk between 10-15 min to two beautiful beaches. With the old town close you can find lots of restaurants where to eat or if you want to do a small shopping you can do that too. I really enjoyed my stay so much as a solo traveller. I can not be more grateful with Vicky's husband who helped me with my transfer to the airport as I needed to be really early. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this place!!!!!!!!

Amazing

I would like to thank a lot the owners .Everyone was extremely kind and helpful . My boyfriend and I we had food poisoning and they brought us medecin from the pharmacy , they made us a soup and they cooked diner for us to recover. On the other hand the flat is only 20 min walk to old town ( very pretty path) and it has an exceptional view where you can enjoy the sea from youe window. I could say that I was really lucky to stay here especially in a special and hard occasion during a trip. Thanks a lot !

Great location, excellent host!

Our host was so inviting. She even left treats for us in the evening and croissants for breakfast. The room is small like a hotel room, but plenty big enough for us. Very clean. 15 minute walk to the old Town. Close to a neighborhood beach.

Nice place to enjoy Dubrovnik

We loved the location - it's a bit distant from the Old City but is quiet and friendly. St Jacob beach is only few minutes from the place (still mind the 162 stairs down and up:)). The room had a great view to the sea and the city walls. It is not the biggest room I ever stayed but gives enough comfort especially it is very well equipped (and clean). And you can expect all support from the ladies that run the place - many thanks for making our stay comfortable, we really enjoyed it. BTW. there is a private parking in front of the house and we could leave our car there anytime we were arriving back.

Perfect location, just 15 minutes walking distance from the old town. Hostess was exceptional! Personal, beyond expectations. We really liked the small breakfast surprises everyday.

The room was even nicer than the photos suggested. Vicki was friendly bringing breakfast treats croissants strudel even decorated Easter eggs! Super helpful, super clean, luxurious bed and linen. Ideal place for solo or couple visiting dubrovnik.

Room with a View

Vicky was the perfect hostess: kind of nature, accommodating to any requests or questions, and generous in providing breakfast pastries and fruits. The room was immaculately clean with great coffee amenities, great view, and short stroll into Old Town. Wonderful stay and would definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay - great host

A great experience! The views from the room are lovely, there is a great swimming spot in walking distance and the old town is close. The room is clean and comfortable. The best part of the property is the host - she is incredibly accommodating and generous and made our stay very special.

The host is very welcoming, kind, and helpful. She left me fresh fruit and snacks every day. The location is perfect- just a few minutes walk to the sea, 15 minutes walk to the old town, and a lovely quiet spot. Everything you need in the room and a sea view. Have stayed in many places in Croatia- this was the loveliest.

Exceptional

If going to Dubrovnik, this place is a perfect choice. It's just a 10 minutes walk from the old city's gate. It has a parking spot, which is crucial in Dubrovnik. The room is super comfy, very clean and it has amazing view. There is a small, stone beach 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The host is the best we ever had. Vinkica made us feel like a special guests. If we visit Dubrovnik again, we will definitely stay here one more time.

The best host ever!

The owner of the property, Vinkica, is the sweetest person. She was so attentive during all our stay, taking care of her guests. The room is small but very clean and cute. It has all you need for comfort stay, even pillow choice! The inly thing, fridge is really small in the room but you can store some fruits or so in owners fridge downstairs. The bathroom is nice and also in really good condition. Location is just perfect, near Sveti Jakov beach, but also very close to Old city. From windows you can see the sea.

Just keep in mind, it is better to contact the property to have directions. Because it was quite hard to find the right locations of the house. In the night it can get a little bit loud, because of motorbikes crossing the street.

La maison d’hôte était très bien située - à 10/15min à pied de la vieille ville. La chambre était propre et bien équipée. La vue depuis la chambre est magnifique ! L’hôtesse était adorable et au petit soin avec nous. Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Dubrovnik. Un grand merci !

Värdinnan Vinkica tog emot oss med ett otroligt varmt och omtänksamt bemötande och var alltid beredd att hjälpa till med vad vi än behövde. När en åskstorm plötsligt drog in hämtade hon oss till och med från stan, något vi verkligen uppskattade. Rummet var fint, välstädat och gjorde vistelsen väldigt bekväm. Läget nära bad och strand var perfekt. Som sista stopp på vår Kroatienresa kunde vi inte ha önskat oss ett bättre avslut.

Idealne spokojne miejsce na wypoczynek w Dubrowniku

Lokalizacja blisko plaż i przystanku autobusowego, a jednocześnie z dala od zgiełku miasta, widok na morze z okna, zadbane i czyste wnętrze, bardzo dobre wyposażenie, pachnąca pościel i ręczniki. Właścicielka i jej córka przyjęły nas bardzo ciepło. Codziennie zostawiały nam pyszne wypieki i owoce, zrobiły nam małe pranie, a po wymeldowaniu mogliśmy jeszcze zostawić u nich plecaki.

Łazienka była bardzo mała jak dla 2 osób i tę cenę, ale w porównaniu ze wszystkim innym to niewielki drobiazg.

Un véritable coin de paradis face à la mer!! Spot de baignade peu fréquenté à seulement quelques pas. L’accueil est très chaleureux et chaque matin une petite attention vous attend derrière la porte. La chambre est très propre calme et bien équipée. Un séjour paisible et agréable dans un cadre idyllique.
