Location is fantastic. It is away from old town and if you prefer luxuriuous five star stay with ocean view rooms, this is THE place for you. Sunsets are just amazing right from room balcony. Breakfast was unbelivable. Staff is very curteous. Check-in was easy too. Swimming pools on property are also gorgeous. Also try their indoor swimming pool. One of the best I have ever witnessed. If you want to go to old down, bus stand is right in front of the hotel to the entrance of old town, walled city.
If you want to just walk to restaurant in late night and eat, that would be bit of a walk but on site restaurants are great.

The property is very comfortable and the facilities including the spa, pool area and food were all really great. I had the spa to myself most mornings. We had an upgrade to deluxe room on arrival and appreciated the extra space. The hotel was mainly full but we never found it busy but i think there is a lot of people taking trips etc.
The drinks prices for beer was high for dubrovnik but the others were in line with old town.
They also should consider having a bar menu, the food was really good but having the option of club sandwich or burger would be nice at one of the open restaurants/bars.
