Everything. Professional courteous Staff, cleanliness of the rooms and outdoor space was well groomed, outdoor gardens were beautifully maintained -spa facilities excellent staff at the spa, excellent buffet and food at the restaurants.

The rooms were dirty, wardrobes were coming away from the wall so the light in the wardrobe was constantly shining through at night, showers were dirty, light in the bathroom looked like it was falling off, the balcony view was of the street parking and staff were unhelpful when asking to change rooms. Considering I paid for the luxury king room with a balcony, this didn’t not feel luxurious or like 5 star hotel. Definitely would not visit again! Ruined honeymoon!

Location, porters, desk staff, Bono and Royal Terrace staff, food was really good, very clean. The lady with the tattoo at the egg station was amazing, best omelette ever!

Key cards kept failing, very frustrating also thin walls as could hear next door talking and snoring!

Massive complex where you can use all the facilities in either of the hotels. Our room was an upgrade (so they said at reception) Massive super king bed 👍 all super clean. Bath/shower etc fridge for our wine 😄 Stunning view. All facilities close by restaurants, bars, pool and loungers.

+we came here for the 5th time speaks for itself +location is perfect +rooms are spacious and clean +mattresses good

-not enough sun beds by the sea. If you come at 10am, rarely anything available and we were there in June. -food and service start to be extremely expensive and the quality doesn't match the price

In general the hotels Royall were, awesome as we choice of restaurants and pools.

Breakfast included, was perfect. Room ,we had 1 bedroom unit, and pillows and matress, not satisfied.

The furniture need upgrade, replacement of fresh towels every was not possible, pellows, and the match a 5 starts hotel, it need to be more confortable.in general

The spa at the royal palm a little tired. Saunas required a deep clean. One was smelly so did not use. Leather settee in suite was torn. Glass chest of drawers cracked. Toilet in room regularly kept flushing which could be annoying.

Beautiful Views

The hotel was good the room and view exceeded my expectations . Room size and facilities were great the bed was very comfortable the view from our balcony was breathtaking. Location is great with lot's to do around the resort, a walk along the promande away from the hotel take you to more restaurants, play areas and shops and leads to the main road where there are buses to old town.

The resort element it was just too big, what it doesn't tell you when you're booking that there are atleast another 4 hotels on the resort of varying stars, if you've booked a 5 star hotel and paid a premium but the other hotels in the resort are less stars and cheaper but still benefiting from the same facilities and perks doesn't make much sense.

My stay at the hotel would have been far more enjoyable if I had met a more suitable person at recp.

Breakfast options boring.The exact same options every morning . Very little fresh fruit…some tinned options not acceptable.

All the staff were most helpful throughout the hotel particularly Mira in housekeeping. One female blond member of staff at reception put a complete negative vibe to my stay with her lack of understanding and empathy to an issue I had with my reservation. She was very unfriendly each day afterwards .My This is unacceptable when working in the hospitality industry.

The hotel has great views and the luxury room with sea view and balcony is good for accommodating a party of three with good space. Very good facilities and pools. Great connection to dubrovnik old town. Tip: taxi to old town costs 20 euros bc of traffic. Uber costs only 6 or 7. Bus costs 2,5 each.

Half board dinner food is a DISASTER. Also it has a catch, beverage not included. If i pay 500d a night it’s not the price that bothers me, it is the fact that you do not up the price and include my simple coca cola on the total amount. No information on which pools are heated so you have to walk all over in the sun to try and find them. If you do not speak english you are totally lost. Room has great views and i liked it but at this price i would expect no details. The chair at the desk was broken, the night tables all scratched. Bathroom door not closing. Very dirty carpet all around. Aisle couch broken. Elevator full of scratches. Again, minor details but in my opinion at this price the night and a 5 star hotel this should not happen.

The view was everything and more, my friends and i got upgraded to the Pent house suite which added a bit of unexpected luxury and comfort to our stay. although the deco was a bit dated but everything else was short of amazing.

I loved the location and the outside area of the hotel. I would definitely use the hotel again. The view from the hotel room was exceptional.

I am being picky but service like changing towels could have been a bit better. I had to call reception to get fresh towels for example.

Beautiful location let down by customer service

The hotel is in a beautiful setting and we loved that you have access to the facilities of all the Royal hotels. It wasn’t too busy so there was plenty of space and always a choice of sun beds.

When we arrived we were allocated a room in the Royal Princess, not the Royal Palm. It was only because I’d read previous reviews where the same situation happened that I was prepared for this and was able to question the room allocation. I was initially told that the hotel set up is “confusing” however there was nothing confusing to us - we had booked a room in the Palm and that is where we expected our room to be. We weren’t impressed that they weren’t honest with us and tried to make out that we were the ones confused. We were eventually told that they’d overbooked which is why we’d been allocated a room in the Princess, but after the check in staff made a phone call and a few conversations, we were given our room in the Palm. Other small points which didn’t make the stay as perfect as it could have been were the air con in our room being extremely loud, having to ask multiple times for an iron, our key card stopping working on more than one occasion and no apology from the staff when we went to rectify this (instead we were questioned as to whether we kept them near magnets!), cigarette butts by the loungers on the beach, and asking for a second drink at a bar one evening which didn’t then arrive, but when we went to pay they tried to charge us for it. Overall, we loved the location and facilities, so had the customer service been better it would have made the stay perfect.

Nice but resort for being some days enjoying the beautiful location and swimming in the fantastic sea at the beach club.

The views from the Luxury suit was toward and parking and not according to expectations. We tried some restaurants at the resort. The food was ok but not worth the money. The atmosphere at the restaurants was quite boring.
