Location is very good, staff friendly and responsive, room small and basic.

The staff was very friendly and tried her best to get us what we needed. The location is very nice, just outside of the Old Town with easy access to everything you want to see in Dubrovnik. That was great! There are also breakfast vouchers for the restaurant next door which had lovely staff and food.

I was under the impression we had booked a much larger room by what is shown online but I guess that was my interpretation of it based on the title of the room. It is a small space, but likely fairly normal for Europe. There were 4 hangers for the 2 of us...although we asked and she brought us 2 more, that is all they had. Construction dust in the drawers (ikea particle board bits). There is no mini fridge at all (we like to get drinks and snacks), not one water glass provided for drinking, no coffee maker...nothing but bare bones. The patio view is poor, unfortunately.

Good Location, nice new hotel

New hotel, I think our group ( 3 rooms) is sole guests in the hotel. Lobby is under construction. We are lucky meet the owner when we arrive, and he let us drop our bags before check in (he was there checking out final touch up in the hotel). Very nice of him!

It looks like it is still soft opening, we have to communicate with the owner through message. The pillow is too thin!!

It’s a beautifully designed property! It’s brand new, comfy beds, beautiful shower and room! The location is also super close to old town! Everything has been great, the host is super responsive and nice!

Idéal pour un séjour calme à 2 pas du centre historique

Établissement super moderne et design dans un ancien couvent. Tellement calme alors qu’on est à proximité du centre historique. Hôte très arrangeant, nous a permis de rester une heure de plus et nous avons pu laisser nos bagages.

Bien être conscient qu’on ne peut pas parquer sa voiture à proximité … prix de folie pour les parking du centre ville ( 40€ de 0 à 4 heures). Possibilité de décharger les bagages à l’entrée du passage menant à l’établissement.

Séjour d’une nuit en famille

L’emplacement parfait à 2 pas de la vieille ville mais tout en étant encore à l’extérieur donc très facile d’accès. La beauté de l’aménagement et de la décoration. C’est superbe. Canapé lit et lit très confortables. Tout était très propre. Peu d’équipement pour cuisiner par contre. Le petit déjeuné qui est inclus se prend dans un resto à 2 pas, beau et bon! Lit bébé à dispo

gute Lage, schöne Ausstattung mit kleinen Mängeln.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut, man geht max. 100 m bis zum Pile-Tor in die Altstadt. Das Haus ist sehr neu, sehr modern und die Zimmer ansprechend eingerichtet. Gestört hat uns nur, dass das Waschbecken vom Zimmer nicht abgetrennt war und eher sehr klein ist. Der Kosmetikspiegel war nicht gut montiert, drohte abzubrechen, aber sonst das Zimmer in Ordnung. Gereinigt wurde das Zimmer nicht, wird eher wie ein Appartement vermietet, was aber bei booking.com nicht hervorgegangen ist. Ebenso, dass das Frühstück außer Haus und eher in beiden angebotenen Lokalen sehr karg ist, was den Preis des Zimmers pro Person mit EUR 100,-- nicht ganz rechtfertigt. Aber alles in allem kann man Monasteroom empfehlen.

Badezimmer, da es offen zum Raum ist. Auch dass das Frühstück außer Haus ist.

Super !

L’établissement est très bien placé à 3mn de la porte PILE tout en étant au calme absolu dans une ruelle. Le DODO BAR et sa petite plage est également très proche. La chambre est très belle, spacieuse, très propre, bien équipée (cafetière bouilloire mini frigo). Tout est neuf. Les petits déjeuners ne se prennent pas sur place mais au choix dans deux établissements très proches dont le Café festival sur le stadun (super !). Le jeune homme qui nous a accueilli est adorable, répond immédiatement à nos messages et reste joignable très facilement car il ne s’agit pas d’un hôtel classique avec une réception mais d’une guest house. Le nettoyage de la chambre n’est pas fait tous les jours mais la charmante dame chargée du ménage, qui est là tous les matins, répondra très gentiment à vos demandes. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement pour visiter la merveilleuse ville de Dubrovnik.

al lado del centro, pero sin ruido, nuevo..

esta nuevo, la habitacion amplia, limpia, con todo nuevisimo, lugar limpio, la chica que nos recibio atenta y siempre disponible, nos subieron las maletas ya que no tiene elevador. Lo mejor, esta a 2 cuadras de la entrada a la ciudad amurallada, es decir es como estar dentro, pero sin ruido.. 100% recomendable (el lugar efectivamente fue un monasterio de monjas en el pasado)
