Comfortable hotel away from the crowded old town

The environment: it is by the river and very tranquil. Nice to have breakfast included.

Stairs to get to the rooms. Also , we had a very late lunch in the Old Town. By the time we were back at hotel, we just wanted soup. Since we didn’t have “dinner “, we were charged a cover charge. Although it is a small amount, it left a bad taste

Great hotel in a great location

The location of the hotel is fantastic. It’s close enough to Dubrovnik Old Town which can be easily reached by bus but it sits next to the most beautiful river and landscapes that it is hardly necessary to leave the immediate area of the hotel. There is a lovely terrace to spend time in the evening in fresh air. The hotel restaurant serves great food and is located across the road just by the river which gives it a great ambience.

We were disappointed to find a badly soiled blanket in our room. This was replaced after a little hesitation by one of the staff. The soiled blanket should never have been in the room in the first place and then it should have been replaced without question or hesitation. This was a brief but regrettable event.

A lovely first night to our sailing holiday.

Location was fabulous right by the river. Staff were exceptionally friendly especially the gentleman who took our order in the restaurant. Very welcoming lovely modern room and bathroom.

Breakfast was somewhat basic but there was plenty to eat.

Great value for money

The location is good, you can go to the old town by bus and it's charged 2 euros per person. You are going to be in downtown in 15 min. The room is super comfortable and the internet is great! The view of the lake is beautiful, really nice! People is helpful and nice.

The entrance at night change, it will be great if you mentioned during the night. It can be easily doable during checking

Room was perfect for the night before leaving on a sailing holiday. Shower and bathroom were clean and a good size. Bed was comfortable. The surroundings were quiet. I'm a light sleeper so I heard staff preparing the room for breakfast and some of the other guests but not entirely bothersome. The location for lunch and dinner is beautiful and peaceful. Kitchen is fast (maybe a bit too fast) and food was decent.

The speed of the service in the restaurant was a bit too fast. The bread and pate were brought out and I barely had time to enjoy it when my dinner arrived.

Ideal as a base for seeing the surrounding area.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and again, the hospitality, cleanliness and location did not disappoint. We use the hotel as a base for when we are decommissioning our boat at the nearby marina as the food is excellent and the owners and staff could not be more accommodating. Its also in an excellent location for seeing the local area without having to pay the exorbitant Dubrovnik prices. It has a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere which makes us feel comfortable if we need to ask for anything extra, such as extra pillows on this occasion. Will definitely continue to use in the future.

Highly recommend the hotel and the breakfast. I would not eat at the restaurant.

The breakfast was very good. They look Quetion was excellent them to us taking a sailboat trip.

What was disappointing is how we were treated at the restaurant located within the hotel. We were served food we did not order and charged for it. The waiter was not very friendly.
